Dasmariñas Village

Managed by the Dasmariñas Village Association, this gated community housing more than 5,000 residents is one of those exclusive villages in Makati. It was originally planned to be part of the Forbes Park.

This exclusive village is one of the most sought after residential destinations of many of the upper class and middle class folk. The village is believed to be the first residential development project that initiated the usage of air conditioning in all of its houses.

With amenities like that, it’s near impossible not to see the appeal it has on many of its residents and aspiring homeowners. The amenities include two parks called the Campanilla Park and Mahogany Park, a post office, a pavilion, a gym, a basketball, tennis, and badminton court, and also a dental and medical clinic.

Many of the local celebrities, respected politicians, and diplomats own houses in Dasmariñas Village.
