Starmall EDSA
Starmall EDSA, located along EDSA Mandaluyong and the corner of the busy Shaw Boulevard, is the perfect shopping destination for motorists, commuters, students, and office workers just looking for a quick lunch during breaks. The Starmall chain was originally under a thriving mineral company called the Polar Mines and Development Corporation, then it changed its name to Polar Property Holdings Corp., in 2004. In 2012, it was finally renamed to Starmall, signifying the shift from mineral exploration to investment and real estate. Today, Starmall has 12 branches in the country — there’s one in Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Taguig, Mandaluyong, and even in Cebu.
Starmall EDSA has everything a shopping mall needs, from its state-of-the-art 3D cinemas and bowling center to its Finds Department Store and Puregold Jr. supermarket. Aside from the variety of shops, gaming hubs, arcades, and restaurants in the building, Starmall EDSA also has its own Starmall Trade Hall, which is a venue for various exhibits, trade fairs, and entertainment shows. It is also a convenient destination, as it is directly linked to the Metro Rail Transit (MRT).
