The pork steak is juicy and delicious. Unlimited Japanese rice and shredded cabbage salad.

The hamburger steak is also delicious.

We enjoyed the egg wrapped in prosciutto ham and rice paper.

We're a party of three and ordered 2 main dishes and 1 appetizer dish.

They have a chocolate room!!

A room full of chocolate desserts!! So good!

Flourless chocolate cake, Sacher torte, chocolate macaron, chocolate ganache cake, truffles...mmmmmm truffles!

The glass behind is a replica of 2 paintings, made of 100% Belgian chocolate.

I love their dessert!!

They also have a great selection on their dishes. Chinese, Japanese, Mediterranean, etc. Not bad, really

Ramen Yushoken

Ramen or Noodle

Ordered the tokusei tsukemen ramen. Tsukemen is a dish with dry ramen with dipping sauce on the side. The dipping sauce is pork bone broth which they boil for 12 hours. Imagine the flavor in that soup. Priced at P400, the noodles are very al dente! Very flavorful and really really nice!

Their gyoza (P150 for 5pcs) is fresh and juicy.

Will definitely come back to try their other dishes. It's worth the trip!

Charlie Wanton Special

Chinese

Every time I pass by Haig street, Charlie wanton restaurant is always full. At last, my turn to try.

There's a lot to choose from their menu. I ask the waiter for their specialty and he suggested the beef wanton noodle soup. So I went for it.

The BWNS only comes in one size (special size) the others have regular size.

My order came in with a medium sized bowl and with extra small bowl of soup. I was a little disappointed because of the "special" label but when I started to dig on it, the noodles were overflowing. Hehe

It was truly the best noodles I had in San Juan!

The takoyaki balls are not so good. I prefer octoboy's takoyaki ball.

The mango yogurt pop balls drink is not bad though.

Nail Salon

As all nail salons, it's very comfy and inviting! The seats, the scent, etc....

Had the regular manicure and pedicure. Both attendants are very professional. Didn't hurt a bit.

Their place is cute. Posh feel with all the chairs and couches and crystal chandeliers.

I ordered the Nutella chocolate cupcake. It wasn't too sweet 128077but it was dry128078.

I don't know if it's just me or their air con is not working well. I recon there's too much lighting. The spotlights are heating up the place.

Texas Joe's House of Ribs

The place is a saloon type resto. The feel is very authentic. Marlon Brando movies are showing.

The food is great! Had a full slab ribs. Fall off the bone, very tender and juicy. It's worth the scorching heat of Subic Bay.

Had a refreshing calamansi slushie. Had nachos and corn tortilla soup. Very tangy! Yum!

Price wise, it's affordable. Ordered full slab god for 5 people, and some extras. Paid less than 3000.
