Snacking before the movie. Ordered Italian Sausage Pizza and a slice of cheesecake. Their cheesecake is one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had. Pizza is nice as well.

Had a paydate at this newly opened resto in Uptown Place. Heard this resto is from Singapore. I ordered their Burger which is really good and I was sure I tasted truffles on the mayo. Friends had their carbonara (torched to melt the cheese) and the sweet and sour chicken (nothing special). We had the Snorlax Waffles for dessert. It was delicious and the combination of the bits of bacon, blueberry compote and waffle works well. It just took them a while to serve it.

We were looking for a place to eat in on a Friday. We saw Naxional and a friend who is bilingual wanted to try South American food so we decided to try it.

They have a wide variety of South American food choices and these are what we ordered:

Vegetarian Ensalada P274 (mixed salad greens, roasted corn, crumbled cheese, black beans and chipotle vinaigrette) - the vinaigrette is really good and different from my usual salad dressing choice which is caesar dressing to be safe.

Bandeja Paisa Platter P599 (griddle steak, crispy pork belly, morcilla, caramelized plantains, black beans, avocado, rice) - I’m pretty sure it has a black sausage (good thing I asked since I know blood sausages has blood in it and I kinda don’t like blood on my food.) and chimichuri sauce which was really good. I like the doneness of the steak and the crispiness of the pork belly and the meat is really tender.

For the drink, we ordered the Watermelon Agua Fresca (P80). It is really refreshing with the right amount of sweetness.

We chose Nido Frito (P165) for dessert. This is funnel cake with a choice of strawberry of mango compote (we chose strawberry of course). And it is served with a really good ice cream. The funnel cake is close to our version of maruya.

Four stars for a very filling and satisfying meal. They also have cool lights and paintings.

Llao Llao never fails to satisfy me in terms of Ice Cream cravings. I always choose the small one with dragon fruit and caramel sauce (P99 + 30 for the caramel sauce).

Ate here during a friend's post birthday dinner. She ordered the following for us:

All Cheese
Bulgogi - it kinda tastes like a barbecue because of the sauce
The Beast - this one is for those who want an all meat pizza.
Sisig Pizza

I liked that you can choose your pizza dough, we tried the traditional and the focaccia (i'm not sure).

I love eating here. I always get their DIY salad because it's sulit and affordable depending on what you put in your bowl. We've tried their whole roasted chicken and 1/4 pork belly as well which is good for 5-6 persons already. They have a lot of options for every gutom. If you are on a diet, you have a lot of options to choose from here.

Finally tried their wagyu burger. P160 for a wagyu cheeseburger and P220 with fried and red iced tea. One of the best burgers I've tried and its wagyu and affordable for me.

Mighty Quinn's beef brisket is indeed really good. Single serving includes coleslaw, pickled onion cucumber (I think) chili and dirty rice for P495.00. For me, it can be shared by 2 people. Its really a must try. We also ordered their chicken wings P408 and rice P50.

I wanted to eat Asian but I can't decide which cuisine so I went here to have many options. I ordered chicken roti, chicken laksa and sugar cane with calamansi (buy 1 take 1).

After our stay in Crosswinds, we decided to take our light lunch here. We ordered Pasta Vongole (its all clam shells with nothing on it but it smells and tasted good) and cheesy pizza which is very cheesy of course. Too bad we were unable to try their salted caramel cheesecake. Next time maybe.
