360 Fitness Club renovated a bit. Newly painted walls with motivational quotes. This one is found inside their classroom.

What I love the most about 360 is that you get a workout in less than an hour! And it's enough for the day. 128077🏼 What's more is that all the coaches here in the Makati branch are super friendly and approachable. If there's a workout you'd like to try, just ask them how it's done. 128513

This holiday season, 360 Fitness Club is offering gift cards you can give to your friends and family! Like a 2-month membership as a gift! Check out their Facebook page for more details! 128170🏼 Time to get #360fit!

This is a very delayed review, as I did not know you can review gyms... 128566

I started working out at 360 Makati last February and it's been a fun journey ever since. 128077🏼 Photo was taken just this week but this motto has been on the wall since last week. 128514

Anyway, 360 Fitness Club is unlike any other gym out there. They offer a full body workout that you can finish in 30 minutes. Circuit training is actually quite fun, challenging and also a good cardio (depending on the workouts you do). There are 16 stations, you stay 30 seconds in every station with a 30 second break after the 8th station. Repeat for 3x and add a 5-minute finisher and you're done!

The concept of a finisher after a workout to exhaust you. 128514 Putting it in terms that I personally feel after. Hahaha!! It will make your heart rate go up up up, so that your body can continue burning calories even after you workout! 128077🏼

Other than the circuit training – which you can do on your own pace by the way, they also offer classes.

They offer Les Mills classes which last for an hour:
🔺 Body Jam - A dance inspired cardio class, which focuses a lot on hip hop moves. 128077🏼
🔺 Body Combat - Mix martial arts inspired cardio workout which will really give you that needed burn! My fave! 128513
🔺 Body Balance - A mix of yoga, Tai Chi and pilates to help your body find that balance! 128077🏼

They also have 30-minute strengthening and conditioning classes:
🔺 360 Core - Want abs? 128514 This workout is targeting those abdominal muscles and also the whole body using SMRT-Core, suspension training and body weight exercises. Working those abdominal muscles will also help you balance better. 128077🏼
🔺 360 Kettle Bell Strength & Ultimate - There are two levels of kettle bell classes offered. KB Strength is open for all fitness levels and targets to build your foundation on kettle bell exercises. As their site promises, "toned arms, legs, butt and a powerful core"! KB Ultimate can be a bit more intense as this is for more advanced levels already.
🔺 360 HIIT - High intensity interval training is a fast paced workout training you for agility and strength. It's a good cardio workout since it involves sprints and the like. Joining this class can help boost your heart rate levels which in turn, burns more calories.
🔺 360 Kallos - I've never tried this class but it's supposed to be an advanced bodyweight class which will allow you to do hand/headstands and more!

Another plus here in 360 Makati is they offer Pole classes for beginners and advanced every Saturday. 128077🏼 Never tried... Too scared. 128514

If you're interested, feel free to check their website at www.completethecircuit.com and you can also call them up and schedule for a free trial. 128077🏼 During the free trial of the circuit, one of their resident coaches will explain the circuit and the benefits of it. 128513 They're very friendly – the coaches. 128513

A different way to sweat it out 128525

You won't see your usual gym equipment here like treadmill, stationary bike, etc since this place has a different approach on burning those calories 128170🏼

Great for those who wants something different and with limited time to hit the gym.

Staff were helpful.

Shower and lockers might need some renovation.

Tried this gym with my mom, and what I liked most is their circuit training. However, I'm not much of a fan of their group dance class, but my mom enjoyed it though. Small place compared to others so expect smaller facilities and space too! But all in all, it's worth a workout try there!

Had our early morning trial workout in 360 fitness club and I loved it! 128077

You will have 30 seconds to complete a workout per station (20 stations)
Exciting!!! It's very tiring but a good kind of tired! 128077

The coaches are also super nice and will help you adjust since medyo kabado ako at first because it's kind of different from what I usually do but I really enjoyed it. 128522

Hope to be back and be a member soon! Will have to lay down all the pros perfectly to my mom hahahaha LOL 128522

You'll be sweating so much in less than 10 minutes! The place is usually crowded from 6pm onwards. So if you can, try going here in the morning or afternoon. Call or drop by anytime to schedule a free trial session. Don't worry! They won't push you in signing up for membership after the trial. 128522 Open from Monday to Saturday, 6:30am to 10:00pm!

I am a lot stronger now than before I joined 360 Fitness. I'm not one of the strongest, nor the fastest, but comparing to my older self, I see a big difference. I don't pant anymore when walking long distances (looking for food), lifting my luggage is easier when travelling, and I feel better overall!

I've been going for more than two years and it still challenges me. They change the circuit workout every quarter, the theme of the classes and workout of the week change weekly, from endurance, strength, recovery. The coaches are the best.

The fun part is having friends in the gym to goof around with after your workout torture. Fun fun!

Don't be fooled though. I ate more than I exercised today. Add a giant chocolate chip cookie to that. 128540128055128077

Love that they're open til 10PM, which means I can workout even if work ends late. The coaches are great, the range of classes they offer is great too. All for affordable prices.

After a month’s hiatus, I AM BACK! 128588

Aside from cutting our phone line and cable subscription, I also had to freeze my gym membership for a month following the Serendra incident, because all of my work-out clothes and my car keys were stuck in our unit for a week. I had no idea (at that time) when we would be able to retrieve our belongings, so I just assumed that I wouldn’t be able to go all the way to Makati to work-out. Hehe. Sayang naman sa membership fees, diba? I only had to pay PhP 300 for the freezing fee.

A month of no exercise + eating out + looloo = happy and flabby but weak me. 128532

Was happy to be back to 360 after a month!!! I missed the sweat-filled air, the vibrating floors (thanks to kettlebells and weights being dropped on the floor haha), the sounds of huffing, puffing and grunting, and the catchy dance music interrupted by a female voice saying “Next station please!” every 30 seconds. Most of all, I missed being all sweaty and ugly. Walang pakialamanan dun! Bawal ma-conscious! 128517128581

Went back to my trainer, Coach Mapi, after 2 days of avoiding him (I did Zumba and Circuit instead). Ohmygod, parusa. I think medyo naawa na siya sakin at one point, pero ayaw ko sumuko. I’m very competitive and “ma-pride,” so I didn’t want to accept the fact that I was weaker than where I left off. 128542

What I noticed when I went back was…

1. A new station! A trampoline! So much fun! It’s tiring and it makes you sweat a lot, but you don’t really notice it because you’re having so much fun! Wheee!

2. Phil Younghusband is in the ladies locker room. 128561 His face is plastered on the mirror, for an ad of…I dunno, jelly? See picture above for reference. Hahaha!

3. MORE PEOPLE. Man, it was packed. It’s ok that there are a lot of people on the circuit floor, since there is a 30-second limit per station. However, it gets really full inside the studio where all the classes are held. Not much space for jumping and twirling during Body Jam class. 128582 There are also not enough lockers, water closets and shower stalls to accommodate this surge of people. Oh no. -2 stars for this, I’m sorry! 128532 They need bigger facilities! 128703128701

But the good news is, I heard that they are opening a new branch at the Fort, at the Active Fun building! The very same building where Urban Ashram is!!!! 127881 I am the happiest girl in the world! After yoga I can just pop into 360 for an additional work-out, or vice versa. LOL. Adik. I hope this branch is bigger, because for sure, there will be a lot of prospective customers there!!!

360 Fitness Club + Urban Ashram Manila + eating out + looloo = VERY HAPPY and HEALTHY ME! Hurray!

P.S. shout-out to Jennie V, my fellow member! Adik sa WoW! Idol! 128170

minimalist progressive gym. NOT PRETENTIOUS AT ALL. no heavy machinery because they believe the most important machine to work with is the human body itself. makes sense if you ask me. :). the atmosphere is also great for non-elite athletes and gym newbies like me because the coaches as well as the other members encourage and not intimidate. and that's a huge plus for me.

I've been a member since they opened a Makati branch in 2011. I was completely sold with the concept - No machines, 30 minute circuit training workouts, and group classes. Perfect since I hate machines (I almost fell off a treadmill before haha)! I get bored easily so the 30 minute circuit is ideal for me.

Aside from the challenging workouts, what makes me stay in this gym is the community. It's not a very big gym, so the coaches know you personally. I feel that they're always there to correct your form if needed and push you to your limits.

Also, being a small space, it's easy to make friends. You see each other everyday so you're bound to talk about how hard the class you just attended was. You instantly have your support group, comparing workout tips and of course the food you want to eat after!

I am definitely stronger since I became a member. And I have been brainwashed that the goal is to not lose weight but to be fit!! I'm tired of being a weakling 128540

*You guys can go for a free trial, just call and reserve a time slot 128515128077

tried out circuit training today for fun and for FREE! yup, just give them a call for a free trial.
ms. kaye (front desk) is very accommodating :-)

-------

the place looks... cute. it resembles a playground! a trainer will guide you at the beginning to help you out with the exercises. there are stations and in each station, you do an exercise for 30seconds. it will take you 10minutes to complete all/one circuit. you do at least 3 circuits.

started out at level 3 then switched some to level 4 to make things a bit harder. it was fun and made me sweat but.......... it doesn't compare to shaun t's insanity workout! haha, so i'm sticking to that.

but if you're a couch potato, sign up for it or give it a try! being in that playground and seeing others work out will motivate you. it costs around Php2,600 for 10 sessions w/in 3months.

for those who don't want to spend that much, try insanity to get some motivaShaun! haha.

3 stars for circuit training, plus 1 star for their friendly staff!

The best way to beat Monday stress is by exercise! 3 hours of exercise, to be exact!

I started with Body Jam at 6:30, then Zumba at 7:30, then capped it off with some core and stretching exercises in Body Balance. :)

All the classes were really crowded, but i didn't mind. Sweated buckets, and it felt GOOD.

I've been a member since July 2012 and I have loved it since, especially the group classes. <3 I initially tried this gym through Deal Grocer (or was it Deal Dozen?) for the Suspension Training Class, but I soon came back again and again for classes like Body Balance and Power Yoga.

I'm not a dancer so I had a lot of hesitation before trying out Body Jam and Zumba, but now that I've tried them, I love 'em! :) pawis kung pawis!

And of course, the circuit is pretty good, too. Always changes, never boring. :)

I hope they make the locker rooms bigger though. And the showers always seem to run out of hot water.
