I don't know where I got the invites for one day trial of this circuit training. Though I've experienced it only once , I can say that it's effective. After I attended the trial, next day I experienced whole body aches,wahhh Kuko ko lang ata hindi pagod128557.
I really want to enroll here but when I was invited I was already enrolled in Gold's gym.

Being an athlete for most, if not all of my high school and college years, i'm pretty used to getting workouts and workout gear for free. So for the first year that i got out of college, i refused to pay for a gym and decided to do circuit training on my own. Yup, lost the pounds i gained after graduation but after awhile it got boring. I've tried yoga, cardio, and kickboxing but i still don't get the workout that i used to get from football.

I've heard a lot about 360 fitness club and finally decided to give it a try last november and instantly fell in love with it! Workouts are quick and fastpaced, and they change all the time! The circuit itself consists of 20 stations, each with 5 levels. Today, i wanted to put it up a notch and challenge myself and do all level 5s and well, guess what? They completely changed the whole 20 stations! The people who also go are a mix of beginners and advanced, which goes to show that anyone, no matter what your fitness level can join. I usually attend a class then do circuit after. Plus, i lost 2 inches off my hips in just 3 weeks!

I also forgot to mention that i've had reconstructive acl surgery and meniscectomy (yes, two separate occassions) on my left knee and it's never felt better!
