My friend is a part owner of the bar and she invited us after a barkada summer sesh in a private pool. It's a little place located beside Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, alongside with other little bars as well.

I liked the place instantly because of the 90s songs they played. But we asked the bartender to somehow lower down the volume of the player since we were having a hard time hearing each other's voices.

Right on with its name, 3rd Party Bar & Bistro offers you nothing but creative naughty names for your favorite pulutan and alcohol. So here are the titles of our orders:

NI-LIHIM PO: their take on the inihaw na liempo served with rice. 2 slabs of grilled pork is not bad for a single cup of rice.

HOT CHICKS: loved this version of barbecue buffalo wings. Chicken was juicy and really flavorful.

I MELT WITH YOU: chicken cordon bleu. This is what I ordered. Not their specialty though. Chicken was dry and the sauce was just plain mayonnaise - Miracle Whip if I'm not mistaken. Served with corn.

LET'S EAT PUSS-IT: of course you can never go wrong with grilled squid, if it's done perfectly. So far the squid was good, not over-grilled.

PATA NI BABES: their version of crispy pata. Delicious and crispy.

NACHOS-PA: this is the highlight of it all. Their version of nachos uses fried siomai wrappers as nachos that makes it tastier. Plus the cheese on top and dip all go well with it. I kinda missed its taste.

Everything's simply made, but with a touch of creativity and deliciousness. There you go! If you're near the area, go check out the place with your barkada to cap off your night over drinks...before the curfew starts!
