If I had to eat here for the rest of my life, malalaman ko na ang meaning ng true love at a very short time because I would probably not live very long since the food is deliciously sinful. Everything on the menu is cardiac arrest-worthy especially when you call in the Death Eaters - quarter pounder Piggy, Onion Rings, and rootbeer float.

Piggy. Whether grass-fed or house blend, you'll forget Okja when you put your hands on this. The bun as usual, has that fat (butter ba) on it. You have to watch out for the juices if you're a sloppy eater, so better seat yourself somewhere out of sight of people. They'll judge you and you still won't care.

Onion rings. Huhu. This is a very lovely piece of unhealthy goodness sent by the chefs from heaven.

Rootbeer float. Lord. Amen.

Besides burgers they also have fish and chips (Php245). For the price it was a bit expensive 4 strips of fish would have been better instead of 3 or more fries to compensate the price. Taste wise i liked it because it had this bbq flavor.

I was craving for buffalo wings for lunch today but it was hard to find a place that serves it. Fortunately, I chanced upon 8 Cuts so not only did I get my wings, I also got to try the burger.

Price wise it was reasonable. You get a burger, drink, fried or wings for less than 300 bucks.

The wings were ok. Nice crisp outside, tasty and tender inside. Everything would have been OK if not for the last piece that still had some blood inside.

The 1/4 lb. cheese burger was soft and juicy but a tad salty. It felt like the salt did not dissolve properly into the patty.

The fries were just ok but the onion rings were good. Crunchy not soggy with the right amount of breading plus a hint of barbecue spice in it.

I give it a 3 because of the bloody wing and the patty that was salty but I would maybe give the place a second chance in the future.

8 Cuts is my favorite burger joint, that is a fact. And i find it a lil odd that this is the first time i am dining at their Mega Fashion Hall Branch considering that i am always in the area every weekend.

We share the same craving that moment - Potatoes. 8 Cuts it is.

The mutual craving vanished after a couple of seconds as i changed my mind and opted for onion rings. How do we solve this? Get both. Har-har.

The onion rings is divine as always. Crunchy and flavored well. Do not ask me about the fries as i didnt try 'em, i was fixated on dem rings.

Cheeseburger #3 is still the best burger in my book. 8 Cuts uses the best burger bun. Brioche, i suppose. Soft, lightly toasted with a dab of butter.

Not a big fan of burgers but on some occasions I give in and have some of it anyway. The burger phase is back and it is stronger than ever. From a still growing fast food chains, we now have a long list of gourmet burger outlets too.

8 cuts takes burger in a whole new paradigm. There’s detail in their creations as seen in different blends of beef. They have House Blend (Short Rib and Rib Eye), Beef Bomb (Chuck and Short Rib), Steak Cut (Sirloin and Chuck), Big Game (Hanger and Brisket) and Ox Blend (Flank, Ox Tail and Rib Eye). Yes you can create your own burger here complete with choice of bun, toppings, cheese, sauces and even more toppings.

You can also choose from already made Tributes. My sister had the best selling 4 cheese which has parmesan, aged gruyere, yellow cheddar and mozarella. Its a good balance of light and strong flavored cheeses. This is made perfect to cheese fans.

Two friends shared a ‘normal’ cheeseburger. I had a bite and enjoyed the patty by itself. Surprisingly juicy and tasty as it is. Other burger hubs put more emphasis on toppings to create a vibrant taste.

I had a customized Grilled Chicken burger with jalapeño and tomatoes. This is not in the menu. I edited the deep fried version, Chicken Wich. If you can request the same this is an amazing pick. I enjoyed this a whole lot.

The Shrimp and Tomato Alfredo got our thumbs up for its well prepared pasta and sauce. They didn’t scrimp on ingredients here. Must have to pair with burgers.

I also had the Holiday Salad. It was meant to be shared but none of my other 3 companions actually eat vegetables. That was somehow okay as this was a winner. Strawberry bits, green leaves and feta cheese!

The only one that did not fly was the Crispy Sweet Potato fries. For me it was too oily and too thin.

Apologies for the pictures. We were in a hurry to eat. 128514
This is a veerrry late review. Sorry.

Onion rings - 1108811088110881108811088️ best ever! Never becomes soggy. Still crispy even when cold. The seasoning reminds me of that childhood snack Pritos Ring? Hahahha

Classic Fries - 11088110881108811088️ nice thin and crisp. Seasoning was great too.

Classic Cheeseburger - can't rate this since my sister ordered this and we did not share. But base on her reaction I'll peg it at 11088110881108811088

Four Cheese on brioche - 1108811088110881108811088️ patty was excellent. Buns were perfectly grilled and buttered. Cheese overflows.

Lemonade - not my order too so let's say 11088110881108811088

Arnold Palmer - 1108811088110881108811088️ a mix of lemonade and ice tea. Winner! 128514

Side rant: couple seated front-right of us did not eat the top buns and did not finished their burgers. I'm sorry but why eat at a burger place if you're going to be on a "diet". 128548

As the saying goes, it's better late than never! 128518 I had dinner last night with a previous colleague, A, and finally tried 8Cuts × Ooma's limited edition burger, the Soft Shell Crab 'Wich (Php 299). 128525 We also shared an order of the Skinny Fries (Php 60), and he got the Four Cheese 2.0.

✔ SOFT SHELL CRAB 'WICH (Php 299) - 11088110881108811088
I FINALLY GOT A CHANCE TO TASTE THIS BEAUTY 128525 When we got to 8Cuts, I immediately asked if it was available (I don't want to get my heart broken 128557), and luckily, it was. YAY! 128588 My burger was served after 10-15 minutes.
WOW, when I saw the burger's size (height), I was already thinking how I would eay it as it's bound to get pretty messy. 128527
There seems to be so much going on in this sandwich: Ooma's unagi sauce (128525), their equally umami aligue mayo, herbed aioli, melted mozzarella cheese, mango salsa, and crispy salmon skin flakes. Those are only the sauces and toppings! 128561 All eyes on the main event, the beer-battered soft shell crab, sanwiched between 8Cuts' buttery brioche buns. 128076 The soft shell crab "patty" was seriously big, as it was already spilling out of the buns.
After a moment of ogling at the aesthetically appealing and well crafted masterpiece, I sliced the burger in half, then started eating, one bite at a time.
THE VERDICT? Contrary to most of the reviews I read, I easily detected the taste of the soft shell crab. I like how flavorful and fresh the crab was, then meat had that sweet seafood taste that's sure to get you wanting for more. The beer batter added a certain twist to the usual Japanese favorite, making it more flavorful than ever. (I've tasted Ooma's soft shell crab tempura, and they were quite bland, especially in comparison to this). Now, you would think that the various sauces will compete to be king, but this was not the case. The aligue mayo packed an additional seafood goodness for this fare, the herbed aioli for additional flavor, the mango salad to balance the taste so it will not be cloying or too oily, the salmon skin for added texture, and the unagi sauce bound the components together. See how I forgot about the mozzarella cheese? I'm not sure if it was there, I surely did not feel it. 128586
I was generally satisfied with this seasonal item, but I felt like it could do more than this. Nevertheless, I enjoyed still enjoyed, and will forever remember this 'wich long after it's gone. 128546 It probably deserves a spot on the regular menu, though.

You may choose to pair it with their Skinny Fries (Php 60), which reminded me so much of McDonald's twister fries, and Army Navy's Freedom Fries. Yummy and it comes in a big serving size. Most of all, it's so crispy! 128076128158

The service was just okay. They were generally attentive, though they still gave me cold water even after reiterating that I wanted lukewarm water. Oh well. 128546

Go grab your soft shell crab 'wich now, as it's only available until April 30! 127828

staff are so accommodating. i ordered the soft shell crab 'wich. i'm a bit disappointed since i didn't get to taste much of the soft shell crab but more of the breading and the sauce. the sauce which is more like a salsa (mangoes, onions, leeks) tastes good. good thing the skinny fries tasted like twister fries: hehe i guess i expected too much since i read rave reviews about this crab 'wich. if you really want a crab wich, i suggest bun appetit. the crab/lobster tail meat are real and the simplicity of that bun made all the difference.

tried the burgers here at 8 cuts and i loved them. so better try the burgers instead.

8 cuts has one of the best burgers! Mabilis na nga ang service, Masarap pa ang food at polite ang mga staff. Kahit yung simple lang na burger masarap na. Mas sasarap kapag sinabayan ng onion rings upgraded with cheese, bacon, and sour cream. 🤤128077🏼128077🏼
Ang tanging problema ko lang ay ang water, lasang lasa na tap water so napipilitan akong bumili ng iced tea/drinks.

Classic Burger 1/3 Grass 265
Onion Rings 70 + upgrade 90
Iced tea glass 60
