This (Medium-well) Pepper Steak from Ala Creme is so tender, it melts in your mouth and is perfectly paired with a savory pepper sauce, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. Yum!

Food
Carbonara - creamy, but not so outstanding.

Creamy crab roe pasta - really good! (As per my friends since I don't eat seafoods).

Appetizer platter with dips - really good too! In order of liking: buffalo wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks. All dips were okay.

Desserts
Sinful chocolate cake - heaven! Really creamy and thick! Very smooth mouthfeel.

Blueberry cheesecake - heaven too! Really good!

Service
Fair. Favorable service though limited crews.

Cleanliness
Fair.

Price

I found about A La Creme when we went to Bulacan. I searched for places to eat in San Fernando and A La Creme was one of the results. So after Bulacan we proceeded to San Fernando, Pampanga. We could not find A La Creme so we turned back and while looking at a Buffet we found A La Creme.

There were no diners when we arrived. We seated ourselves and afterwards the waiter came with the Menu. We ordered the Steak A La Creme, Steak & Prawns and Beef Salpicao.

Steak A La Creme - despite the rather high price (385) it was worth it. It was really delicious and the beef was really tender that there was no use anymore for the steak knife.

Steak & Prawns - delicious steak a la creme was served with prawns.

Beef Salpicao - the beef was good and a bit spicy. Didnt like the overflowing sauce on top of the rice. Request that the Salpicao be served seperately from the rice.

Mango Loco Crepe - delicious crepe. Worth it also.

Despite the rather high price of the food, the food was delicious and worth it.

T'was our first time (my boyfriend and I) in this cafe which was introduced by my boss. She keeps on insisting that we try it in here since she knew that we're foodies. So one time that we were in San fernando, we finally gave it a shot. We were surprised with the prices of their food coz my boss keeps on saying that they're super affordable. It's not that they're too pricey, I guess my boss and I just have different definitions of "mura" haha. Anyways, we ordered their best sellers, steak a la creme( medium well) and grilled creme dory and poof! Heaven! One of best steaks we've tried by far! And the creme dory, omg! Super yummy too it melts in your mouth!! The crew can put our plates straight back to the plate rack w/o washing coz they're simot and clean as that. Lol! We also tried their mango crepe for dessert but it's just okay. Nothing really special. We had a total bill of less than 800php without service charge and drinks. I posted the picture above in my fb account and all i got were positve feedbacks from my friends who have tried it here as well. I'm dead curious with their sinful cake so we are definitely coming back!! :))))

I love their red velvet! Flavorful with thick creamcheese filling and not so sweet soft sponge cake128536128525
The chocolate cakes are also divine. I forgot the names 128542though. Their cakes would definitely be worth the trip up north.

One long weekend, I did a foodtrip from south (Batangas and Tagaytay) to north (Clark and San Fernando).

We tried this known desserts place along McArthur Highway. It was a long drive after we wake at Clark and kinda difficult to find.

I forgot all the names of what we oredered but its the taste that I cannot forget! When I looked at my "chocolate sin "---an alternating mousse and walnut encrusted chocolate cake, it was sooooo mouth watering! I was impressed with it's taste. I also oredered their mocha ice blended but I failed to finish it since I was too hyperglycemic at that time.

Unfortunately, I haven't tried the rest of my friends' oreders. We already ate at a known resto here so I was too full that time. But I think the "ube macapuno cake" needs special mention in here since they said it was good and unique.
