Checked in last Jan.5 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Of course with the kiddos as our bodyguards. 128514 Room was clean and super lamig, check in time is 3pm but we were lucky enough to have an early check in (1:30pm). Staff were accommodating. Free shuttle service going to ATC /Festival Mall. Free complimentary massage for two but weren't able to use them because we have kids na super late matulog at super malilikot. 128517 Bfast was good and fulfilling. Pool was okay as well. Kid friendly. We enjoyed our stay. 128149

Other than lunch time, I also look forward to our 3pm coffee break 128513 Today someone treated us with her sweetness of a little piece of cake from Acacia Hotel. This chocolate is a good choice of partner on your favorite caffeine fix 9749️ not too sweet and not too bitter. Just perfect! 127856

Alabang seems to be a very distant place if you reside somewhere in Quezon City or what we call “North”. This is why I hardly get to explore the serene and posh area of Metro Manila. I was lucky though to be invited by Acacia Hotel to celebrate with them the launch of celebrity chef Boy Logro’s dishes in its Acaci restaurant.

Hello, Acacia Hotel.

It was my first time to step foot inside this Filipino restaurant and I was impressed by its high ceiling lobby. I was also mesmerized by the beautiful abstract art that adorns the spacious area. It was then when Acacia Hotel’s Senior Sales Manager, Jason Dinglasan, mentioned that the abstract art near the elevator is actually a dragon split into different canvasses and the metal art on the wall against the front desk is a bird’s eye view of an acacia tree.

Acacia is one of the shortest, if not the lowest, hotel in Alabang. So do not expect a striking view from its roof top. But what Acacia could offer is its accessibility to the malls and other establishments. It is also located right across the road that gets closed every Sunday to cater to joggers and bikers.

After our tour of the hotel, we headed back to Acaci Coffee Shop, the café/buffet area of Acacia, to wait for the start of the launch of Chef Boy Logro’s dishes.

It wasn’t long till the start of the program which was a cooking demo, highlighting two of Chef Boy’s dishes namely Tumeric Lentil Crusted Snapper Fillet and Grilled Rack of Lamb with Potato Malunggay Puree.

During the cooking demo, we were served with a delightful bowl of Cream of Corn Soup with Avocado and Shrimp Tartar which is available at The Lobby & A Steakhouse.

Though I really wasn’t able to taste the avocado and shrimp tartar, I loved how creamy the soup was. They didn’t scrimp on corn as each spoonful had a couple of corn bits.

Next served was the scrumptious Grilled Rack of Lamb with Potato Malunggay Puree which was served with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, guava mint glaze and lamb jus.

I loved that it was succulent and well seasoned. It also went well with the potato malunggay puree which was a healthier version of creamy mashed potato. The veggies used were fresh and crisp.

Last savory dish served was the Tumeric Lentil Crusted Snapper Fillet. The turmeric taste was refreshing and its taste went well with the fish. However, I was not so fond of the powdery texture of the snapper fillet.

To cap our course sampler, we were given a plate of Kahlua Chocolate Marquis which was heavenly. Each bite was decadent yet not cloying. The macaroon piece added texture to the beautiful plate of chocolate dessert.

Aside from these treats, one could also indulge in other dishes such as Rabo De Torro, Spiced Coffee Rubbed Baby Pork Ribs, Ginger Soya Poached Chicken with Kailan Leaves and Pan Fried Tilapia with Chorizo, Bean Ragout and Citrus Beurre Blanc from Acaci Coffee Shop’s buffet spread for only PHP1,395.

Acacia visitors can also avail of the sampler set of The Lobby sans the snapper fillet dish (which is available for in room dining 24 hours) for only PHP980+ per person! That’s not a bad deal at all given the quality of the dishes.

What I liked best about Acacia Hotel and its dining establishments is that it has this warm feel to it. I do not get intimidated at all despite the interiors hence being comfy throughout my quick stay.

Overall, it was a nice meal. Though the savory dishes were more of hit-and-miss, the desserts were really good! Go for the soufflé, espasol, and caramel eclairs!

I'm happy and blessed enough to be part of the gatherings I'm attending together with my hubby. This time though we were just invited by a family friend to go with them attend her relatives' wedding Anniversary. 9786️ Cool!

It's not really often that I reach Filinvest area even if I live in Pasay City only. I actually like Alabang area because of its spacious roads and establishments.

I instantly like this Acacia Hotel. It was held at the Events place on the second Floor, it was again spacious, classy and elegant. 128525

The Lobby chairs are gorgeous, Lobby has high ceiling and spacious area.

It was my first time to dine here. We had buffet lunch. Food was not overflowing. Very limited viands but they have the "paluto area".

Price per head is 1,200 nett and that's sort of expensive compared to Vikings and Sambokojin. But I guess we have to consider the fact that it is a hotel.

Staff were friendly also. 128513

Acacia Hotel Manila is a five star luxury hotel in Alabang. The outer design of its building is inviting and indeed luxurious. And when I stepped inside, it was elegant. They have a lot of waiting areas where you can lounge in different and colorful couches.128522

Checking in and out is hassle free. The receptionist explains everything I need to know before I go to my room.128077

The room. Spacious bedroom with large executive desks, flat screen television, electronic “Do not disturb” and “Make-up Room” signs, fully stocked mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities, multimedia box and luxurious marble baths with separate shower and bath tub. I loved their complimentary bath sets, it smells good! Wi-Fi access is also available for free. I had the room facing Festival supermall and it was awesome. The greens of Filinvest city is majestic.128525

Bed. Most of the reviews online raved about their “Dream Bed”, which is customized orthopedic beds with memory foam tops. It was nice to lie down there and just relax all night long ( I had the King size bed hihi ). You can have different pillow for enhanced sleep quality. Choices includes latex (anti-allergy), memory foam or aromatherapy. I had the aromatherapy for extra relaxing sleep.128134128564

Pool. It was refreshing to take a morning dip on their pool. They also have outdoor Jacuzzi pool. I loved my quick swim.

Breakfast. Their buffet breakfast offers a wide range of food. I loved the cranberry balls! It was chewy and very tasty. Also, I grabbed some bacon, it was crunchy and delicious! They have salad selection, oatmeal and cereals, some sushi rolls, omelet bar, pastries and Filipino breakfast such as tapa, tocino etc. Everything was delightful!

Acacia hotel offers free shuttle from and to Alabang town center or Festival Mall, which is perfect if you don’t want to drive or you commute your way to the hotel.

All in all my experience with Acacia is outstanding and it really deserves a 5 star! 1108811088110881108811088
Promise I will be back!

Acacia is a well placed hotel, if you are looking for a place to stay in during your business trip. Near the business district in the south, not to mention near a lot of good restaurants like IHOP, McDonalds and Army & Navy. Which will alliw you to save up from the expensive room service and food in the cabinet since there is also nearby convince stores.

Service is exquisite, most of the time all you have to do is ask then you shall receive. However their breakfast buffet leaves alot to be desired. Specially when it comes to their eggs and pancakes. Vivre offers a better selection.

Pool area and Jacuzzi could be alot better. Gym area is ok, sadly they have strict policy about shoes to us their treadmill. They are not aware some advocates actually sau is safer to run barefoot.

Tree top - name itself is kinda misleading. When I got there, was really disappointed with the ambience. Makes you wanna cry.

The room was nice, need gives you a relaxing sleep.

Thanks yo the company for women (hehe), I enjoyed a buffet lunch for two at the Acacì hotel. Unlike most buffet, they don't have that many variety for meat (only chicken and fish), or maybe it's because it's lent? Regardless, I loved the marinated salmon, and the wagyu beef (only beef they have) and the do-it-yourself halo-halo. Also ate their stick-o and ice cream, supposedly unlimited but didn't get the chance to devour since it's almost closing time. Would have loved it had the food not been cold. :/

This quaint hotel has it all! As a mom of a 1 year old, I felt really at home in this hotel! They have great amenities like a nice swimming pool, a beautiful rooftop deck and my most favorite is the carpeted play area where my baby girl could play freely!

The room was very spacious, with welcome fruit and a nice bathroom with a bathtub! I also like their choice of toiletries! The Php4,000 rate came with breakfast and wifi as well. I enjoyed the breakfast- although it's not an amazingly wide spread of food, it's more than enough. The friendly servers were also a great plus!

We also ordered room service for dinner and my husband and I were so pleasantly surprised with the price of just Php 1,000 for a Filipino platter- we were brought a Pinoy feast! It really could have fed 4-5 people and the food was absolutely delicious!

Acacia Hotel is truly one of those hidden, underrated hotels that everyone must try! It's affordable and beautiful and the service is definitely world class! A great option for your next staycation! #loolooexplorerpackgiveaway

We stayed at Acacia Hotel over the weekend. Overall, it was a lovely staycation for me and wifey.

- spacious room
- nice comfy bed - to the point that you don't want to get out of bed anymore
- shuttle service within Alabang - we were able to go to ATC using this
- conveniently situated - we actually decided to stay here since we are having our car serviced at Ford which was nearby
- gold standard bathroom - we consider it gold standard if there is a bidet :)
- nice toiletries
- there was mass service - both for Catholic and Christians
- breakfast buffet has a relatively wider selections
- the view of city was nice!!

- inefficient check-in process we had to wait long before we got checked-in
- pool was tiny (hehe) like only 2 can swim side by side. Decided against swimming
- inefficient butler service - took a long time before they were able to provide the TV remote we requested

I am highly recommending this hotel :)

I will go back here again. I enjoyed our stay so much and so does the kids. Free unlimited iced tea at their pool area. In-room menu have reasonable rates. Foods are delectable and the bfast buffet spread is varied. Very homey, people are very accommodating and the location is so near other establishments. They also have a shuttle going to ATC or Molito. Love love it here!

Spent mother's day weekend here with the best-est mom everrr! 12810910084️ Got a deal grocer voucher for a deluxe room and breakfast buffet for 2 for just 5000 pesos. Original price was around 6500.

Rooms were okay. The bed was big enough, comfy and clean. But there's nothing really special and outstanding with the room. It looked plain and too simple. It doesn't bring you that "vacation mode on" feeling. The ref was annoyingly small, as well. Had to remove all the drinks inside just so I can put our bottled water inside.

Breakfast buffet was okay. There were a good number of dishes to choose from. I love breakfast food but their buffet didn't made me one happy breakfast lover. I asked for one sunny side up egg, they gave me a sad scrambled egg. 128527 Fruits available were just melon, watermelon and mango. They were all sweet (in fairness!!). The desserts were just okay. Service was good, though. But not consistent.

Stayed with family here for the long Labor Day weekend. First impressions - the hotel design was too busy, so many things going on, same with the hotel lobby where there's just too many people everywhere -- the hotel didn't feel like a 5-star one at all. We arrived at 310pm, and it still took about 30 mins of waiting time before we were given a room. This is even after advising we'll check in at around 2pm. The room was okay, standard amenities are available. They have 2 swimming pools at the 3rd floor - a kiddie one and one that's probably 5ft -- no signage anywhere of how deep each of the pools were. Both were quite full, too, so the kids decided to just stay in the room. The buffet breakfast spread was okay, service in general was okay. Food (taste) can be improved.

Checked in over the weekend for a staycation...

We got there a bit late due to the traffic, but there were lots of available parking spots... Very important I must say!128077🏻

We entered the very pleasing lobby and I'm pretty sure from the line that they were fully booked that weekend. No matter, the staff were very accommodating and efficient... We were given our own wifi password and unlimited wifi access for the duration of our short stay. Again, very important!128077🏻

While my bf was in line, I started to explore the lobby. It was very pleasing to the eye, mostly black &white with green accents. They had a lot of seats for the guests who were also waiting to get up to their rooms. Several events were simultaneously ongoing, but the staff looked used to the jam-packed schedule.

We went up to our room, which was secure as you need to use the room card in order to gain access to your floor. We were given a smoking floor, the only ones available at the time, and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the air. We entered the hotel room and I liked it immediately! Good thing there was no yosi smell inside the room. The room was spacious enough with complete amenities... They give you two key cards, so you can leave the AC on even if you step out of the room. Weirdly, that's important to me... Boutique hotels don't do this...

Bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. It also had a bathtub and rain shower. In the room, there were lots of sockets for simultaneous charging. There was a strong & fast wifi connection. Complementary bottled water was likewise provided. They also provide a complementary copy of Yummy magazine for their guests (yes, you can take your copy home!)...

Great bed with a pillow butler going around to ask if you would like to try their other different pillows. Yes, different pillows- microfiber, goose down, aromatherapy. We got the aromatherapy but I didn't really smell anything. But I thought it was a nice touch, TBH. Plus, they have a lot of pillows already in the room anyway. The pillows coupled with the uber comfy bed= good nights' sleep! Or so I thought...

Anyway, after just chilling, I looked for nearby places to eat. Obviously, I consulted looloo and I saw that Westgate Center was pretty near. We just strolled towards the area for a quick dinner. It's such an enjoyable walk and very safe as well, I just have to say that for the benefit of non-Alabangers... No need to bring Mace or balisong!128540

If you want other dining options, they do have several places nearby. ATC and Molito Complex are also pretty near, though I can't be sure if it's an easy stroll towards the general area or you need to commute. But dining is definitely not a problem. There are spas and numerous nail salons in the vicinity as well, so you won't run out of things to do. I even saw a Fun Ranch nearby for those with kids in tow. Of course, the hotel itself offers several dining options as well. They have an ongoing Spanish themed buffet at the moment, we just weren't so inclined. Published prices seemed reasonable.

As for the two of us, we explored the hotel post dinner. We planned to use the pool and gym the next day. Afterwards, I jumped into the tub for a relaxing bath, using the bath gel provided. We then just watched TV (they have tons of channels, all working!) and went to bed early! Now this is fun for me, as my mind was blank!128077🏻 noice!

We woke up early the next day and went straight to the pool! Good decision apparently, as the kids were up in a while and they noisily took over the pool. There are pool towels available and supposedly there's iced tea served for the hotel guests. But it was too early for us to avail of the drinks. Take note that the pool area is small, made up of a kiddie pool and an adult pool that isn't too deep. There is also a nearby jacuzzi, which was still turned off when we were there early in the morning.

We headed for brunch after our swim. I'll make a separate review for their food. But after resting a bit, we then used the gym. Before going out of our room, the lobby called to remind us that checkout time is at 11am. That made me wonder, why 11? Isn't it usually 12nn? I didn't mind the gentle reminder anyway.

At the gym, I used the treadmill for a while. It was packed with hotel guests when we got there mid-morning. But the gym is open 24hrs, so you can get your workout in anytime! No excuses!🚫 water and towels provided. Harassed trainers though!128513

We took our time getting ready to leave and ended up checking out at 12nn...

We had a pleasant stay. My only thing is their room was super cold, even if you set the temperature to a more tolerable coolness, it doesn't seem to follow and remains at 19.5C. I'm sorry, wala along lahing penguin, so we had to get up several times in the middle of the night to turn the AC on & off. It resulted in an interrupted sleep. Too bad! I'd give a 3.5 rating but I'll just give a 4-star rating. I would consider this place for another staycation or even an event. I like the facilities in general, plus it looks good in pictures.

As a born and bred QC girl, I also like going away to experience a different vibe. Not too far from where I live, but the difference is striking. It's really more laid back in this area, which was very apparent! I'd love to come back.

Stayed here for 3 days with my siblings, and we really enjoyed our stay 128522 Rooms are clean & spacious. Service is courteous but could still be improved. Acacia offers free shuttle within the area. We availed it going to ATC.
The hotel has 2 pools & a jacuzzi. Pool area isn't that big but noticed that not too many people use the facilities so we had them to ourselves almost the whole time128077 You can order food & drinks at the pool area. There's complimentary iced tea for hotel guests.
The buffet breakfast is quite good. I think it's one of the best I've had. Buffet spread is quite extensive. I like that they serve lunch viands during breakfast, and even included some seafood dishes. I also enjoyed preparing my own taho128513128156

When planning a weekend getaway or an impromptu staycation, I always take into account the travel time it will take to get to our destination. I hate being stuck in traffic, consume so much petrol and waste precious time. That weekend of relaxation with the family will turn into a nightmare soon enough!

Good thing we have more options now – closer to home vacation spots like hotels just outside the metro.

Acacia Hotel Manila aims to provide shade, shelter and strength. Truly, a sanctuary of comfort in the south.
