You don’t need to get out of the city to de-stress.

Massage is an immediate relief to relax muscles. Water is essentially the core element of cleansing and healing. Ace Water Spa combined the therapeutic benefits of massage and water.

It utilize a system that controls the flow of the water to condition specific areas of the body. You can choose from light to hard pressure massage.

Management of Ace is strict with dress code and proper swimming attire is required. The shop located at the entrance sells rash guard, trunks, and swimwear for kids.

Upon getting our access, we proceed to the entry point at the 2nd level. The shower room is wide enough to fit all guests. We are provided with swimming caps and keys for the locker to secure our bags. Smartphones and camera is not allowed at the spa area. You can take your photos at the viewdeck before going down at the pool area.

Hydrotherapy stations are labeled with instructions and health benefits. Tight muscles was relieved as I lay down the acupuncture rainshower. High impact rain showers drizzle through my back and legs.

Invigorate your senses at the Herbal Zone with 4 pools of different scents: Mint, Jasmine, Rose, and Lavender. It promises to sooth muscles and keep the skin soft. Each pool is marked with temperature and recommended maximum duration of stay. The herbal pool is located in the corner of the steam and sauna cubicles. It is advisable to dip into the cold pool after the thermal bath to moderate body temperature.

Plunge into the 25-meter Lap Pool with 4 lanes. This is also the venue for the swimming lessons by Bert Lozada.

It is an interactive experience for the whole family. Young ones can play around the kids’s pool, floor fountain, bucket splash and float in the lazy river.

4 hours of relaxing aqua theraphy is priced at P550. Get a discounted vouchers by availing online coupons from Metrodeal. The Spa is open from 6:00am to 11:00pm

After hearing from relatives how enjoyable it is to experience hydrotheraphy at Ace Water Spa, we finally found the perfect excuse to 'getaway' when we decided to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday there.

Located at United street near Pioneer in Pasig, Ace Water Spa boast of being the premier hydrotheraphy spa in the country with plenty.... and I do mean PLENTY exciting massages using soft, medium or hard (whichever suits your fancy) underwater aquatic jets.

Upon entering the facility, you will be assigned to a locker to put your stuff in it (no gadgets or cameras allowed -cotton undies too). So you need to bring fitted swimwear (spandex / lycra) since beach shorts are also not allowed. Smoking isn't allowed either but you're welcome to enjoy all the smoke inside their 'steam room' 128522 before dipping in their 15 degree mini tub.

The place is very well maintained and our 4 hours stay was well worth it.

Just make sure to bring your own bath towel if you're not willing to rent theirs for P150 each (ouch!).

My Tatay always appreciate getting a massage. His go-to massage place is home of course, with Nanay as his expert masseuse. Thus, for a change, I thought of bringing him here as an advance treat for father's day. I also tagged along Nanay because she wouldn't let Tatay go without her..haha!128514 #clingy

I got discount vouchers from MetroDeal. So instead of paying 550/pax, I only paid 385/pax. 30% savings was added to our budget for dinner.

We went there last Thursday (6/16/16) primarily because we wanted to avoid the influx of crowd during the weekend. The place was smaller than I pictured it to be. So going there on a weekday was a good choice. We had enough space and more than enough time to enjoy all the different types of hydrotherapy offered because there were only a few customers during our visit.

We got to try all the facilities-- soft, moderate and hard hydrotherapies. My personal favorite was the Hydro-Acupuncture Bed. It was super relaxing. I would've stayed there longer if only there weren't other customers lining up to also enjoy it. We also relish soaking ourselves in their hot herbal pools (jasmine, lavender, mint). And for the ultimate relaxation treat, we stayed at their steam and sauna rooms for a couple of minutes.

I must say, we all had a great time. My parents eyes were gleaming with delight. I can tell they've really had a wonderful, relaxing time. Ace Water Spa is such a perfect place to de-stress. Every penny spent was worth it so we'll surely be coming back soon even without the discount voucher.

The only negative I can point out was the post-therapy experience. Me and Nanay suffered from itchy skin with small, red rashes for 2-3 days on the leg area because these were the exposed parts. Thank goodness we opted to wear rash guards for our top. I guess the itchiness was caused by the heavy chlorine content of the water. Tatay on the other hand, did not suffer from any adverse aftereffect and when I asked him why, he jokingly responded, "balat kalabaw yata 'to!"128514128514128514

*Cameras and gadgets are not allowed in the Spa Area. You will be given a locker where you can safely leave all your valuables.

Remember that giddy feeling you get when you were a 90s kid entering the vast Kids at Work playground in Megamall? Well that's admittedly (my age) and the same feeling I get when I enter Ace Water Spa.

I've been to Ace Water Spa in 2012 and in 2015. Both times, it has been a good experience. Its not as big as I expected but there are different types of facilities that you can enjoy to relax, rejuvenate and at times feel like a kid again floating along the Lazy River.

Going there at the opening time is a good strategy as the crowd usually trickles in after lunch. Also check if on the day you are visiting, that day is eligible for deal vouchers redemption to avoid the throng of people!

Its very relaxing and fun! Surprisingly, its also a good place to talk with friends while relaxing in their sweet smelling Lavender jacuzzi. People are also very respectful by not hogging the facilities.

I also like the location. After enjoying the facilities, I feel extremely hungry and Capitolyo and its diverse array of restaurants are nearby.

Also, parking is never a problem. Revisit your childhood and visit Ace Water Spa.

First time ever to go to any Ace water spa and i tagged along with my friend and her boyfriend.

Avoid going on a weekend. It's Sunday and there were a lot of people taking their sweet sweet time on some of the facilities. But it's nice probably during weekdays 128513128513

I really had a nice experience on Ace water spa Banawe branch so i decided to visit their branch at Pasig.

I was excited because everything seemed nice, they have ample parking space (5th and 6th) floor of the establishment. The spa is located on the ground floor though. Everything was still nice--accomodating receptionists, clean locker rooms, helpful staff... But then when i began to get into the hydro theraphy area, i suddenly found myself lost because i cannot find a space for me to get the water theraphy-- the place was considerably crowded with only a few slots of theraphy place. 128548
I went in the hot theraphy pools thinking i would enjoy here more, then the 36 degree pool was a joke. I'm sure it was cooler. Gladly the 38 and the 40 degrees were all right. The place was dimmer compared to the banawe branch giving it a gloomy aura--just add decibels of noise! 128548 it was like a park!

Good thing there's the sauna and the steam bath works here. Not going back here. Banawe is way better.

Been hearing about this place ever since. But it never made an appeal since I don't swim, I don't like getting a massage. It's not something I would want to do. But since I have a buy one take one BDJ coupon, might as well use it. Instead of paying 550 pesos each, we just paid 550. That's good for 4hrs. At first, you would think that 4hrs' too short, but in reality, that's already too long. The place is just small. They're just really good with how they presented the place through the pictures available online. 128517 There's a big lap pool on one side and on the other side are the different massages you can try for your legs, back, waist, and for your whole body. Each are designed to target specific body parts and "concerns". They also have an area for kids, there's a slide and a basketball ring. And lastly they have the hot tea herbal pool (Jasmine, Lavander, and Mint), sauna, steam, and the "oh so cold brrrrr pool" (intense!!! 128514128563128563).

Personally, I didn't enjoyed the place. I think it's best to go here with your friends or with good company. Since it's nice and better and happier to share your experiences with your friends! 128521 And I guess adults will enjoy this more especially those who enjoy swimming or getting a massage (too bad I don't enjoy getting a massage! 128529). Instead of feeling relaxed, I felt really tired after. 128529128517 But I did enjoyed the Lazy River where you just lie down and let your body flow. 128521 The hot tea herbal pool was also something interesting. I enjoyed the "hotness" of the water but the massage itself was meh. If you're a strong and brave human being, try going for a quick dip in the cold pool!! 128518128563 It's my first time trying the sauna and it was amazinggg!!! Hahaha, 5minutes inside and I am sweating af! 128563128077🏼

Overall, it was okay? A nice experience. But I hope they do something about their service. For a first timer, I felt really lost. I didn't know what to do, where to go. When I entered the locker room, the staff just asked for my keys and got my shoes. Nothing else. Uhm, what am I supposed to do? I know, I know I should have read the instructions/guidelines outside but it's nice that when you enter they welcome you and somehow brief you again. Isn't that how it's supposed to be? 128563

My aunt brought us here so yay for a free hydrotherapy massage! It's my first time in Ace and loved this place so much! Can't wait for the next one! I would love to bring my friends here and share the joy I experienced 128514 ( I was like a kid and enjoyed floating on the foam so much! )

Loved their hot pool! 128149 Came back twice. I'd like to stay longer in the sauna but found it hard to breathe. Sucks :(

The maximum time you can spend here is four hours. But in two hours I was already sleepy from all the massage I had.

Mind you, this can get very relaxing and very hungry! Hahaha 128523

Their resto is better than other established restos! Food was a bit pricey but they have big servings and good food! Forgot my meal's name but it's cream dory with mango sauce! Liked it 9786️ Also I forgot what bread it was but it was good with the spinach dip. Not sure with the spinach again haha! I think I got my mind preoccupied that time. Lol

Definitely reccommendable! 128079128079128079

I love that there's a hotel in this branch. Perfect for R&R that's within the metro.

Ace Water Spa specializes in hydrotherapy massages. Just like a regular massage, their facilities are categorized as soft, moderate, and hard which is determined by each equipment's water pressure. Each facility has a label and description of what specific area of the body it targets. It comes with a push button to turn it on and run for the number of suggested minutes.

Aside from the massage facilities, they also have a lap pool, hot herbal pools, steam, and sauna.

If you plan to visit, make sure you bring fitted swimwear with spandex material or purchase one from their shop. They are strict in implementing the proper attire rule so you could get the maximum health benefits from the spa.
