One would think 4 hours for 550 is not enough but you wouldn't realize that it's a long time when you're already there. My boyfriend and I went here on a Monday. You would think there's a lot of people but there's swimming classes for children, which makes the entrance look crowded.

Upon entering the spa area, it's so spacious and not much people. When we reached the herbal pool area, we were the only people. The herbl pool has 2 of each, mint (36 degrees), jasmine (38 degrees), and lavender (40 degrees). I could dip my whole body at the lavender but my boyfriend can't. The cold pool was too cold, it hurts my foot. 128540 Since there weren't many people, there were no lines and taking turns at each spa massage. They have descriptions on what parts of your body benefits here, if what position should you be, and the level of hardness. They are color coded, yellow for soft, green for moderate, and red for hard (I may have interchanged the yellow and green ones). One round of everything doesn't take an hour since each has a suggested time of 3-5 minutes only.

One of my favorites was the rainfall acupuncture which lets you lie down as water falls on you like rainfall. It was so refreshing, especially on the legs. The tension on my legs were gone when I woke up the following day (which I feel on mornings). Another was the lazy river. Surrounding the spa area, was a free flowing river. You can grab a big mat floater, lie on it, and let your body be drifted away by the force of the water.

We weren't able to try their cafe because he wanted to take me to a certain Chinese restaurant in Banawe area. I told my mom about this and we plan to take the family there. I enjoyed it so much, I would love to come back. 128513

I liked at Ace Water Spa in Quezon City, it's just so near at my house. The Ace Water Spa has many swimming pools with different pools. The lap pool, the pool massages, the herbal pools and they have a sauna, steamer bath and the cold pool. I liked it there because of the two weather in one. The herbal pools with the 40° maximum highest degrees and the cold pool like a stone cold ice water.
I liked there because of their pool massages are very healthy and it has many health benefits. You should try it sometimes if you need some break from your work or just have fun.
And lasty at Ace Water Spa is perfect for relaxing and for bonding with your mom!

If you want a total relax time without getting to dark and oily inside a massage room, go here! When it comes to swimming pools, i know the number one question if it is clean or not. Well, i am sure it's not sterilized bit it is clean! You can immediately smell chlorine upon entering.. And everyone wears a head cap (provided). Rules are cycling or trunks only (for guys) and swimsuit or anything like cycling wear (for ladies) yeah.. So..
127926we were afraid to get out in the open.. 2..3..4.. Tell the people what we wore...127926
Lol. Ok. That was just a few moments after we were in our suits. Are you insecured of your body? Dont be cause i am sure there are most likely a number of people out there feel the same and most likely you think worse than what is the actual. 128527
After we got in the open, (take a shower first) we immediately joined the crowd into having an aqua massage.
128204aqua theraphy area
1. Do not ran. You might end up in the hospital
2. Do not swim in the aqua theraphy area.. You are provided the lap pool to do it ok.. You will look ridiculous freestyling in those area.
3. Read the instructions or how to's. Okay, you might be saved by just looking what other people are doing, but if other people are doing it wrong, you could be a hero.
128525In this area, i really like the back aqua massage where in you will lie at your tummy and allow the water and pressure to do its healing powers at your back.
128262you may need to search and press those power buttons for your aqua theraphy to get going.
128525I also like the one with the back and butt massage where you need to do a supine position and a dorsal recumbent(google nlng haha) at times to maximize the effect. Just avoid your holy hole from being hit directly by those pressurized water. LOL
128204hot water massage area
128525hot water theraphy!! Finally know where to go to have an onsen experience. There are three tubs.
128262Mint tea -36degrees (where in my keyboard is the degree sign) this is colored green
128262Jasmine tea -38 degrees. It comes with an activated jacuzzi effect. Colored yellow
128262Lavander- 40degrees. It also comes with an activated jacuzzi effect. Colored violet. I really like the smell of this. I love how it warms my body.. Aaah..
1. Do not overstay. Maximum only of 3-5 minutes on each of those pools
2. Rest your neck on the cold pillow pipe to prevent hypertension
3. Hydrate yourself every now and then. You lose water unknowingly. There is a water dispenser nearby. Cups provided but be responsible.
4. It's OK to bring your eyeglasses as long aS You're not going in the lap pool.
5. NEVER HORSEPLAY. PEOPLE WANT TO RELAX.. CHAT LIGHTLY.
128262ice cold water pool. Very very cold. Feels like you are exhaling ice after staying a minute.. But it is only advised to stay for 5-10 seconds..
128077go to the mint. Followed by jasmine then followed by lavander.. Then into the ice cold water!! I guarantee you a good night sleep. I did this like 6 times??
128165The sauna was way too hot i think..
128204lap pool.. I was not able to try this since i only came for the theraphy and onsen. Besides, i am not into swimming 128516

Shower back was good. Head to toe (h2t) soap is provided. Best part... If you forgot to bring plastic, they will provide you! Blower is available too... Towel for rent 150 php.. But i suggest you bring your own. 128532128516128077
Definitely would try to do this quarterly or so..

I had fun at the water spa. all the areas really helps my body relax. im not much of a swimmer but the pool is really non swimmer friendly. I even like their kick board. after the relaxing time in the water, we got hungry. we ate lunch at their cafe. we ordered burgers and salads that are reasonably priced and so delicious. it was truly a fun filled and belly filled day at ace water spa.

This is super late post review. This place is awsome, relaxing place. Can't say anything about this place. You can bring your family and friends. They are very strict in swimming attire. The price is good and worth it. 128077

this is how we usually treat our body after accumulating so much stress from work. 4 hours are so much time to enjoy this whole spa experience for just 550 pesos, and if your paying attention to group deals you can have this for just half the price. And what I like most about this place, they've maintained their facilities in good condition and the cleanliness is just like the way it was the first time I set foot here 7 years ago. I was referred by Kuya J. to join the #loolooiPhone6giveaway!

As a part of our Girly Dates(with my College Close Friends), we decided to have a total relaxation time here at Ace Water Spa. They were strict with the attire but if in case the attire you brought is not allowed, they have swimsuit rentals(towels also) which doesn't cost that much.

After with the registration thingy, we went straight to Locker/Shower Area(which of course is separated by Male or Female). They have a free usage of locker. The shower cubicle have shampoo and liquid soap dispensers. Also, they have free usage of Hair Blower. Sulit! 9996

Upon entering, you will be asked to put towels or cover ups in the rack. You will be asked also to put on your Swimming Caps(provided by AWS also).

My top favorite will be the Herbal Hot Pool. It consists of three aromatic pools namely(if I remembered it correctly): Mint Pool - 38C, Jasmine Pool - 39C and Lavender Pool - 40C. Sadly, I wasn't able to dip in the Lavender Pool because I couldn't handle the temperature!!! 128562 These pools have cold metals where you can rest your head while you are in the water. It has a secret button 128523 where when pressed, it will trigger the pool to produce bubbles. Then you need to jump to this ice cold pool to cap off the experience. Most relaxing thing everrrrr!!! 128517 Aside from the Herbal Pool, I loved the Lazy River wherein you just need to rest your body in a floating board and the water will do the magic. Lol! 128514

It is indeed a very nice and relaxing experience; though my skin were itching after trying some of the water therapies(maybe because it's weekend that time and there were a lot of people). There were mostly Japanese and Chinese that time, btw. Hehe. Nevertheless, it's a good escape from the Metro Life 128540

Ps: sorry in advance, no picture of the actual facilities. Mababasa phone ko. Haha. Post picture oft niece after swimming with her new toy.

Pps: this is again a very late post 128517

Para maiba naman, we all went to ace water
Spa (I don't know why we went to this branch when there's a pasig branch which is nearer us but since libre, no right to complain haha).

Love the different water massage facilities. It's very interactive and somewhat playful.

What I don't like:
✖️ I'm not comfortable wearing cycling shorts lang. Bawal swim shorts e
✖️ Ang daming tao. Diyahe
✖️ effort maghanap ng okay na position at water paraphernalia that will give me the best hilot

It's a new experience and I actually liked it BUT nothing beats the traditional Swedish massage. At least relak talaga :)

PS: YEY FOR SPA LOVER BADGE 128077128077
