Makansutra shares a wide range of Asian flavors that most of us will find new and somehow experimental. These are real flavors mostly from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indian origins. Adam’s Ribs offerings are not that usual and they have Bah Kuh Teh and Stewed Pork as their main dishes.

Bak Kut Teh is pork ribs in rich broth with garlic, white peppercorns, star anise and sugar cane to name a few. It has a medicinal feel to it and is also coined as a medicinal soup. It has its origins in Malaysia and is made popular by Singaporeans. Adam’s version was wonderfully made. The soup and its really soft fall of the bone meat are seemingly just one.

Their Pork Stew on the other hand was a bad choice. It didn’t have anything to offer except pork skin and fat. It’s really all bones for Php 300. I absolutely did not get to eat any from its bowl except its hard boiled eggs. I suggest you take a look at their counter samples and see if its something you would enjoy.

I highly recommend their Braised Salted Vegetables. I had this in both times I went here and I’ll probably have it again here. For a Php 100 it gives you a wonderful sour and salty taste filled with numerous bursting flavors.
