I'm surprised that they have bad reviews because I've always been a satisfied customer of Ahavia QC Branch. It's our second option whenever we can't go to Island Spa in Resorts World. Massage is relaxing. VIP room is clean. Therapists are good. The only downside is that they are overpriced. There's an additional payment of 299 for the first hour use of the VIP room and 199 for the succeeding hours. I know that they're cheaper than Island Spa or any other known spas but still, I don't think the price is right.

NEVER AGAIN. WHO WOULD WANT TO HAVE A TOILET SEAT WITH URINE STAINS (FRESH STAINS I MUST SAY) WHEN YOU PAID FOR A VIP ROOM?!

I'd understand if this was a public toilet, BUT NO. IT'S A SPA. A spa should have a relaxing ambiance and should make your experience stress-free!! And oh, IT SHOULD BE CLEAN. Eek, if OBVIOUS details like that were missed, what assurance of PROPER SANITATION does guests have? For all you know, their sheets might be used sheets!.

HORRIBLE ADMIN SERVICE : After reporting the issue, she left us hanging. ONE DOES NOT LEAVE A CUSTOMER ISSUE UNRESOLVED.

the massage therapists were good though, but still! 128545128544

We were somewhere QC and dicided to try Ahavia Timog branch.

It was mine and hubby's biggest mistake128548128546

The Timog branch is bigger than the San Juan branch but the services is totally not the same – san juan therapist are the best... always the best.

Not sure why this has low reviews, I always have a good experience every time we come here.

First time I went I tried one of their packages that includes a full body massage, body scrub and hair spa.. All for a thousand bucks! Sulit na diba?

A little pricey tho, so we usually come here when we want to splurge a little. Haha

Tried their signature massage. My friend told me that the ambiance is better in San Juan branch. As for me as long as the massage is good then I'll be ok about it. The therapist (which I always want to call them since after the massage as if I'm rejuvenated again) is very nice.. I have special request din kasi on where to put pressure on etc.

Truth be told I only wanted to give this place 1 star. Good thing I actually enjoyed my massage but other wise I didn't like anything else about this place.

Hubdubs and I got to Ahavia around 10 pm, no one was at the desk. After 5 minutes later a girl who was dressed pretty shabby (no uniforms?) appeared to assist us.

After picking our massage of choice, we made it known to the receptionist that we wanted a couples room. She said that the room was closed (not even occupied, just closed) and we can use their VIP room instead. Thing is VIP room will cost us extra 300 per hour and since our massage is 1.5 hours we need to pay for 2 hours of room use. Another option is me joining hubdubs in the men's common room. (Say whuuuuttt??!!)

So of course we opted for the VIP and paid the extra P600. Thing is our 90 minutes anti-stress massage is only P700 each, so it's a bit irritating. The bigger disappointment is... there is nothing special about that VIP room except that you get to use their poorly maintained jacuzzi. Which we didn't bother to try (can I say eeeww?)

Oh and can I just share that their airconditioning is not conducive for a massage! Its too cold! Prior to starting the massage I adjusted the temp to a warmer
19 but the therapist took it to themselves to adjust it to winter levels. I think I cought a cold from having my back exposed to such cold temps. The only bright side to this is that the massage was actually pretty good.

This place is just terribly managed I think. Once our massage was done at around 12. I saw the recep slumped in the receiving area, as if she was just in her living room at home, texting. No proper thank you's or come again. 128561128561128561

P.S.
We tried giving this place another shot coz the massage was actually pretty good so I called in to reserve the couples room. This is so we can avoid the whole VIP room conundrum. Guess what... it was "closed" again! Pretty shady if you ask me. I feel like they're just pushing you to pay more. I have no qualms about paying premium but when it feels like they're tricking you for it... No no no. You're not getting a cent more from me.

Went here yesterday. Got the point pressure massage. Probably my 3rd best massage, The Spa will still be my vest and then blind massage comes in second.

The hot stones are meh.. Swedish, Shihatsu are good. They serve hot tea or cold water after treatments and the masseuses are very friendly. As for the price, it's one of the least expensive I've been to and the ambience is nice. I forgot to take a picture :))v

I've always been a fan of Ahavia in San Juan thats why I was so happy when I found out that they have a new branch in QC (which is nearer my area).

So I went there with my best friend on a Sunday, thinking of rewarding myself after getting through another stressful week in law school. What I immediately noticed is that the one in San Juan is more spacious and has a more relaxing ambiance. It actually didnt feel like a spa to be honest with you. Good thing though because we didnt have to wait.

Come now the massage part. I decided to have an hour of Oriental Massage and it was NOT good. 128532

The masseuse was just pressing my body on the wrong spots. And when i asked if she could press a BIT harder upon reaching my back part, she misinterpreted it as me begging to "knead me like a tough dough" because I felt like she went berserk and tortured my back. I had to tell her to tone it down pa. Also, are they cutting cost on oil? Because for the most part, I felt like getting a dry massage. NOT GOOD.

All in all, I'd rather stick to their branch in San Juan and to the stretch of smaller spas in D. Tuazon. Not only are they cheaper (in D. Tuazon), the massage is far better too.

I'm been looking for a place I could go for a scrub coz the place I usually go to has closed down already. I wanted some place near my home so I was driving around till I saw this place with full parking- so I said to myself, must be worth the try.

Oh my GAWD! If only I could run!!

Service: I didn't finished it couldn't take the place at all! Spa supposed to make you relax not cringed!! Price for my scrub is 799. I paid 800 prior to the service- just to let them know that even a peso they're not worth it! Yes- I asked my peso back! That's how bad they're are! Place is really really CHEAP!!!! They should have charged 199 instead or better yet- close it down! 128545128545128545

P.S. one star for the therapist who let me use the "private" toilet while showering.

Terrible customer service for a soft opening. Their cubicles are common for ladies and gents, beware of some uninvited "audience" you might have while changing clothes. Bottom line, go somewhere else.
