Late post again sorry food lovers. I am quite busy with my new job as of the moment. Anyway, we dine here last 3 weeks ago just to satisfy our curiosity. We ordered tekka maki and their vegetable tempura.
The place was quite pricey. Their menu ranges from P300-P400 depending on the dish you'll order.
We were quite disappointed because we are expecting a somewhat 'big serving' of their dishes and it turned out it was not. Although the tekka maki and the tempura were quite okay, we don't consider this resto a good 'value' for your money. We have tried a lot of Japanese restaurants, and only a few can give the satisfaction we always look for when we crave for a Japanese fix. Maybe their ramen will do justify their prices, but for the rest of the menu, I think they should offer a lower price compared to others.
The only thing that amazed us when we were there was, Julia Clarete was also there eating ramen at the same room with us 128522

As what I always do, I asked this ramen house's best seller. And so, I ordered the Ajisen ramen. But for some reason, instead of complementing it with the omnipresent gyoza, as if by gut, I blurted salmon sashimi to the server instead. This proved to be a good thing for the sashimi was superb; not to mention the generous serving. Just take a second look at the photo I posted and you'll know what I mean.

Oh yeah, the Ajisen ramen. Let's just say I'll order the salmon sashimi again and try the gyoza next time. Not that the ramen is bad, it just didn't hit the spot.

I ordered their Beef Gyudon bowl. Well well as a big fan of japanese and with gyudon meals for that matter, was disappointed to note that a hefty price of 238 php does not live up to my expectations. The serving was quite small with beef slices provided sparingly. The price does not commensurate to the quantity. I would rather choose Yoshinoya's gyudon meal at any day. Gyudon tasted more like roast beef than gyudon. Sigh, sorry Ajinsen, for a very expensive meal for lunch, I was expecting more.

Crazy rolls, Jurassic rolls, salmon sashimi, kani salad, tempura, two bowls of ramen. Crazy sushi and amazing ramen! Definitely a must try.

On a rainy day, what do you crave for? A hot bowl of ramen of course!!!

Got their spicy ramen but it was the same as their Ajisen ramen, they just added spicy beef which wasn't even that spicy. I had to put chilli oil to make it at least spicy. It wasn't that hot either. Plus, they charge extra for soup. Srsly? Haha.
Spicy tuna and makis were okay though

I was in the area earlier and looking for Capricciosa in their Greenhills branch but I can't locate it. Is the establishment closed already? Is looloo updated? Sad. 128533

I found Ajisen instead and opted to eat ramen even though it was very humid. This is a Japan based ramen chain, read some blogs, nice and not (I think there was an article online that said they were using MSG.) I'm just doing my research, please don't sue me. 9786 Haven't eaten on an Ajisen branch in Japan before so I can't compare if it's the same quality here.

Anyway, to make my review short, I ordered Ajisen Chashu Ramen. It was warm, not hot. I prefer my ramen piping hot, like steaming piping hot so I can make 「slurp」 sounds while eating. Hehe. 128523 The tonkotsu broth was so so. I want it more milky and porky 128055. Chashu slices though many was very thin. Noodles was ok but in limited quantity.

And I forgot, I also ordered Yuzu Juice. I thought it was just plain water with orange peels. Hahaha. 128516

Thanks for reading. 128075

Another ramen discovery... And another expensive ramen resto! Hahaha

We went there for lunch and i am imagining already the taste of that ramen soup :)

When we arrive not much people are having lunch so we were able to get a good spot to sit for couple picture and food picture..hahaha

Of course, ordered the same food... RAMEN! Sorry di ko memorize yung buong name ng ramen. Quick serving surprisingly... Then here we go. I must say, Yummy! Sarap ng sabaw! Almost the same wth ukkokie but 1point loss due to small serving. Good thing my gf coulnd't finish her noodles so akin na lang (takaw)
The place is lil but smaller maybe less than 20pax can fit in.
The price? Of course same wth other ramen house... Expensive :)

Ehh. Chashu ramen. Bitin lasa. Not recommended kailangan timplahan pa. Go always with miso based ramen. Price is not reasonable. Mas masarap pa daw ang RamenX sabi ng kasama ko hehe.

Ajisen ramen is the best when in comes to value. Their signiture dish is the "Ajisen Ramen" for P235.00. There are plenty more than just ramen as they also serve donburi and very delicious maki(try the jurassic roll) This is the place to go if you want one among the best ramen here in Metro Manila

Ordered the Ajisen ramen. Was a bit disappointed because I had high expectations. Hehe I should've gone to Kombini instead.

Ramen dish was just soso. Although the noodles were al dente, I'm not a fan of their noodles because they used spaghetti noodles instead of the usual ramen noodles.

Upside of this experience was the nice ambiance and great service.
