Dont get why AlFarsi's rating here is just 3 stars. I believe they deserve a 4! (Considering the taste of their food and prices)

I liked AlFarsi more than Ababu (Katip people, you know this!) why?

Food: Lots to order! We had Single beef kebab and keema and they were all so good :) they had different sauces pa to choose from which gives you the freedom to 'create' your own accdg to your desired taste.

Taste: authentic persian taste! Walang reklamo, it's really good!

Price: affordable/student price you'll love! Ok araw arawin :)) Busog for such a small price

Place: ok this aspect needs improvement. Like a lot :) but anyway, kaya naman. It's clean but may problem sa ventilation and lighting:) overall ok lang, again better than ababu's :)

I wasnt able to take a photo of our food, sorry.

Place 1108811088
when we came here, I couldnt feel any ventilation inside even if the aircon was already turned on. The fixtures were okay, but it was really hot.

Service 110881108811088
Service was so-so. Just your typical expected service. Nothing special. The waitress was attentive though.

Food 1108811088
What. We wanted to order Falafel and Samosa but they weren't available (these do not include the wide range of items that aren't available. Lol) their curry was spicy but the meat was kinda "matigas". Their kebab is okay.

We got the beef kebab, beef biryani and that zucchini salad.

Beef kebab: 3/5
Pretty much the most decent one on the list. Less pepper though please.

Beef biryani: 2/5
Please use turmeric in moderation. Its fragrant - too fragrant, borderline headache-inducing. We were eating turmeric 'the size of carrots you find in bopis'.

Zucchini salad: 1/5
Does the owner own a pepper farm or something?

Overall Verdict: 2/5
The food tasted as if the cook just threw his spice rack on the dishes. Its like persian food on steriods. I don't think they could actually claim that the food is authentic - I know persians and indians love spice, but this was overkill. Trust me, I've tasted the real thing and it was nothing like this.

Oh PS - they make their own yogurt. That usually is a good thing, unless it tastes like 'gata', like what we had. We pretty much didn't touch our yogurt shakes, nor the sauces.

I'm sorry for the harsh review. I love persian food, so I really hate it when it gets uh... like this.

First of all, exploring the middle eastern cuisine is not for the weak heart. Not everyone would feel enthusiastic eating spice-filled dishes as to eating raw sushi.

Anyways, me and my Huggy ordered Keema pie that tasted very good lest its crunchiness. It's a must try for those searching for pizza with having the Persian taste. Next, we really loved the Alfarsi roll kebab. It's a petite-meat roll package for meat lovers. Plus, the restaurant offers variety of garlic sauces that would suit one's taste. We highly recommend their garlic cheese and garlic herb combined with hot sauce. :)

We tried their butterfly ice tea and we decided that we can't differentiate it from the other powdered ice teas.

Approx cost for 2: 300-500php

If your craving for some persian armpits, you've come to the right place. Joke lang, but honestly their food was not good at all. It tasted like their cook dropped all the spices on their spice rack on to our food. But if YOU HAVE eat here, a gun to your head. Just get the shawarma or chicken kebab. Thats probably the most decent thing I could recommend.
