This restau is nearby home so this is like one of those places you go to when you're craving Indian cuisine and you don't want to travel all the way to makati late at night. It's really average. I'm not impressed but I'm not complaining either. Been here twice and I'm happy to say that the second time was better. We had beef korma and buttered chicken, beef kebab, roti, naan and another type of bread. Everything was so-so. Value for money is pricey for the amount of serving though. I think this place has a lot of potential, I hope they make the most out of it.

We tried here their Sheekh Kebab meal and Mutton Korma rice toppings. Both tasted good but I find it generally pricey haha compared to other persian restos :))

If u like Indian-pakistani-middle eastern cuisine, and you live in Parañaque-Las Piñas Area, you'll love it here! Food is so good and price is reasonable. We ordered veggie samosa, roti channai (w/ curry dipping sauce) veggie beryani, and mutton (i forgot the exact name, it is cooked like korma but with yogurt). EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! Servings are good for 2, except for the rice which i think is good for 4. The samosa has a crunchy crust which complements the fillings perfectly, plus the tamarind dipping sauce= heaven. :) We will definitely go back.

My Singaporean friend recommended this place to me about a year ago and it wasn't until last month did I actually try it. It was kind of tricky to find since there were a lot of restos in Aguirre, but my search did pay off.

The main reason I wanted to eat here is for my intense Prata craving. I would remember nights where my dad would drive to this indian bakala near the Jeddah Bowling Center and order all sorts of goodies like String Hoppers, Prata, Roti and Papadam. Ah yes, right in the childhood.

This place has a tricky schedule. On Tuesdays to Thursdays they're open from 5pm to 12mn on Fridays to Sundays they're open from 12nn to 12mn and the lady didn't tell me anything about Monday so I think the schedule could be wrong.

On my first visit I scanned through the menu for the Prata but sadly they didn't have it anymore. Disappointed, I opted to order the Roti instead. I had everything to-go since I was dying to watched the Kardashians on the DVDs I recently bought. (It's a guilty pleasure, don't judge me). The service was quick and the staff was really nice. They even had Free WiFi! This makes it a perfect 'meeting place'.

One thing that's a hassle is the parking. I can't count how many times I had to get out and move my car since all the parking spaces were already taken. (I should really think about opening a parking lot in this area, it'll be a hit!)

The food was perfect! It brought the flavors of India/Pakistan closer to me! (I didn't have to go all the way to Makati for Indian food.) I actually spent over P500 just satisfying my cravings and I'm definitely going back there soon.

Nice casual place for Pakistani Indian Halal food.. I liked Biryani (so far closest to Pakistani style in Manila) .. My kids loved Shawarma. Tandori Chicken and Chicken Tikka is also very tasty. They should improve their Nan bread, they served Pita bread named as Nan. .. It's worth trying and value for money.

Al shams is your casual middle eastern restaurant, the food they serve is 100% authentic, tasty and will definitely take you for an adventure. Just a word of advice, this place is not for those who have sensitive tummies (insert: along came polly. lol)

You can't miss it because it's just along Aguirre. Perfect with the vibe of the south, this restaurant is laid back, you can eat either inside or al fresco style, with free wifi 128513 Parking is also not a problem.

Now for the food, my mom makes a mean korma but their rogan josh is just a notch lower! (Can't blame me for being bias, right? 128540) The mutton is so tender and juicy. Another must try is their ran masala 128076 Roti / naan with curry sauce is a perfect choice for your appetizer.

Prices are reasonable and service is good.
