Facilities are way better than Elorde in Gilmore and BGC. People are very nice, warm and the trainers would always check if you are ok. Routine for warm up is listed so you won't be left hanging on what to do. Then they'll let your do 2 -3 rounds of circuit training before boxing. Your 2 hours is really worth it.

Very good workout place! It's clean and the environment is great to do exercises. :)

Spend a minimum of at least 1.3 hrs for workout. The circuit exercises for warm up are already tiring. I always end up with a sore body after coming here.

After the circuit training, go at least 5 rounds of boxing with a trainer. They are really accommodating and they teach you the proper way to jab and punch. I even thought teaching a noob like me was hopeless. But after 2 sessions, I'm starting to get better, stronger and I'm really enjoying it. 128514

It's a fun workout place because you also get to do it with other people.

They have a promo and they sell coupons that you can buy there. 15 sessions for P3750. It costs 250 per session if you have a coupon. Bring gloves and wraps :) You can also rent for an additional 75 bucks.

P.S. The speed ball on the photo is so annoying. I still can't get the hang of it. 128514
