I love the place. It is so relaxing! Affordable nail service. The staffs are friendly! I'll give a 5 star for this. I would definitely go back here!

Ever since college, I have always been so into having my nails cleaned and colored whenever I have time and whenever I need to find time to do it so.
I do not have a specific nail salon that I would always visit way back in college. I have tried a number of nail spas like Nail Files, Enza Salon, Ms. V Salon, Blue Water Day Spa, etc. and I haven't found a place to go back to again and again until I discovered this one near our place.
I discovered Alchemy Nail Lounge through my cousin, as it was referred to her by her best friend. It was located at Sparrow St., near the village closest to Marikina Sports Center.
The nail salon is actually part of the owner's house. The front part of the spa has this porch where we often see the staff hanging out, having their lunch, while waiting for their customers.
When the salon was barely new, we didn't need to call and make reservations even on weekdays. But when the salon was already marketed well, we needed to make reservations all the time. On weekends, they are always jam packed from morning until afternoon.
It was a few Saturdays back when we visited the salon after making a reservation at around 10 in the morning. We arrived there and the staff were already waiting for us.
As always, I had my usual service --- Regular Pedicure (50 pesos) and Gel Manicure (300 pesos). For the regular ones, they use generic polish brands like Bobbie, etc. For the upgrade, they use Orly and for Gel, they use another international brand too.
For every gel removal, an additional 50 pesos must be paid for both hands or feet already. It actually takes 10 minutes to do that so. Afterwards, the process already starts.
I love how gel polish looks good on nails. More than that, they can last extra long, maximum of 2 months, which is something needed by busy people like me.
The regular polish for my feet was OK. It lasts long too, but gel is better as always.
More than that, the staff at Alchemy are always welcoming, inviting and entertaining. Their WiFi works well too!
