I'm not a vegan but everything tasted good to me. I just want more servings. I don't think being vegan means you have to have small portions. They could give more to the guests. I don't know why they need to hold back with the portions. They are so over priced anyway.

A vegan appetizer called fresh spring rolls. Definitely a good start for my lunch.

Pasta Putanesca vegan style. Very nutty taste and lots of tomatoes and some black olives. How does this compare to the meaty Pasta Putanesca version?

to be fair, they serve super pretty plates

but with the exception of the banana heart laing and potato napoleons, everything else tasted like birdfood.

the soups were lukewarm
the salads were a bit limp
the starters and the pizza crust tasted like cardboard
there were leaves floating in my water (and i know they did this deliberately but i cannot stop imagining i have soil on my tongue).

it was depressing and it felt like deprivation

di namin kinaya, nag crispy pata kami nung gabi.

sorry to the chefs. maybe its just not my fate to be vegan.

An interesting gourmet find - 85% raw and only 15% cooked - yet savory to the palate...

In house restaurant of The Farm in San Benito. I was really excited to try this one out. I like veggies but not the much. Stayed in The Farn for 4 days, so I had no choice but the psych myself that for all those days I would be a vegan; a feat I thought would be close to impossible since I love my steak and liempo that much.
Lo and behold I did it with flying colors!

The food is amazing! I would almost always take the 5-course meal option. It's that good!
My favorite soup is the tomato soup. It's rich in flavor and fresh. Mixed organic salad is my salad of choice. It's all greens with candies walnuts, cherry tomatoes, mangos with cashew cheese 128522my favorite meal!
The mains more often than not surprise me with how they do it. French gourmet I tell you!

I love their pasta too! All of it! The carbonara most especially. Made from coconut milk and instead of bacon, they have candied coconut meat. 128541 Sarap!

If you're up for something cooling and refreshing their juices and shakes are the best!

My boyfriend kept on saying the whole time, if only vegan food in the city can taste like this people, even those who hate veggies, would love to eat healthy.
Healthy never tasted so good until Alive!

*note: it's quite pricey but worth it 128515
