Looking for a place that would serve seafood at its freshest, Alma's grill didn't disappoint. The steamed oysters, grilled scallops, and the buttered prawns were simply cooked so as not to overwhelm the taste. Seafoods were fresh. And of course, we were able to taste the famed Diwal, the shellfish that is found only in Roxas.. Service was fast, and the ambiance is very much conducive to eating.. Overall, a must go to place when one visits Roxas City.

My first meal in Roxas. In general, I was really expecting that there'll be an abundance of seafoods in Roxas, but was disappointed to find out that there seems to be more choices in Bacolod or Iloilo. I guess most are being shipped out of Roxas.
Anyway, this was recommended by the wife of my officemate. Apparently this is one of the restos where locals bring their visitors.
The seafoods were already portioned and are per order (scallops, oysters), while some are per kilo. These are all placed in individual styro boxes.
These are what we had:
Baked Oysters, Garlic Butter Shrimps, Grilled Marlin, Clams Soup, Lato Salad. They were all fresh and tasted ok, typical Dampa style cooking.
The resto is beachfront so we got a cool breeze and awesome view.
