It was birthday and it won't be complete without spending the day with my friends and good food.
Undecided at first where to go we finally decided to try tex-mex specialties at Andale by Agave at SM Aura. Tried their Grilled Pollo and it was superb! Chicken was tender and all the flavors was perfect for the classic tex-mex flavor i know. My friends also tried their enchilada and what they call Combo Tres which they told us a best seller and was both good too. Will definitely come back with my friends when our tex-mex cravings kick-in.

It was my friend's birthday so we're in for a treat. We decided to have Mexican food so we tried Andale by Agave at Sm Aura. It is just a small open space located at the corner of sky garden.

While waitin for our orders they gave us a complimentary snack. Somethin to nibble on while waitin. Chips with 3 choices of of salsa; Light medium and spicy.

I tried their quesadillas with grilled shrimp in it. It was good, very cheesy and they dont skimp on ingredients. I can eat two orders of that. I also tried my friends Grilled Chicken Pollo which is also good. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfectly grilled and golden brown. They serve it with grilled corn, jalapeños and with just two flour tortillas which wasn't enough.

I also tried their Combo Tres I think it is called. Which is one of their best sellers according to the server. It consists of Mexican red rice, Beef Taquitos, beans I think? And a Cheese Enchilada. The dish was surprisingly good or better compared to the other Mexican Restos I've tried.

All in all it was a good experience. I enjoyed my quesadillas and would love to come back for more or try their other dishes. I just wish they have an alfresco area.

Came here for dinner with the wifey. Ordered unlimited margaritas and mojitos. Really great value! Ordered chips wc was huge! Also got a fried chicken burrito and my wife got a platter. Really good food. I wished they used fresh cilantro instead of the dried stuff.
Over all pretty good food!

It was one of those shopping marathon days. It was 3pm and I was tired and needed to sit. So I randomly go to the food area at SM Aura and go to the first empty place I see. It was Andale.

Two waitresses in skimpy cowgirl attire man the tiny joint. I don't think I've ever seen a cowgirl in such tiny skirts. Anyway they gave me a menu so I quickly glanced and ordered the first thing I see - Coco Lychee Margarita (don't judge my 3pm choices, people).

Before it arrives I realize I hadn't had lunch so I order their Nacho Grande. Yes, I thought. Ritas and nachos after shopping! This is the life!

The margarita comes and it looks basic. I did not expect it to be great because it was only 180 pesos, but you know what - I liked it. Lol. It was just the right amount of sweet and definitely had a decent amount of tequila in it. It was not watered-down like I expected! Go me!

My nachos come and it consisted of chips in the colors of the Mexican flag. Unless I'm terribly mistaken with the flag colors. It's pretty basic; obviously bagged chips from a generic supplier. I'm mildly impressed because I've never seen red and green nacho chips before. But then again maybe I was already drunk with half my margarita! The nachos came with chopped tomatoes, black olives and a big squirts of cheese sauce and garlic sauce. There was also a small amount of ground beef sauce in taco spice mix here and there. The dish reminded me of being back in a high school cafeteria. That's not soo bad, really. Ok maybe a little.

At the end of my drink and half a plate of nachos, I was all smiles. The waitress asked to take my photo for their FB account. I said only if they join me. So somewhere out there I have a photo of me with two sexy cowgirls. I felt like a tourist. It was kinda fun. Of maybe it was the Cuervo talking!!

I would not go back for the food per se; but I would go back for a fix of 180 peso coco lychee margarita!! Or two!! When a restaurant doesn't pretend to be something better than it is, I appreciate that. Andale is cheap and fun - I'm down for that any time!

First time to reach the top most floor of SM Aura, and boy did it hold some wonders! (And new places I wanna try) Since it was Christmas Day, and the mall was packed, most of the restaurants were full. Good thing we walked a bit more and saw Andale! 128522

It's a Mexican bar and open (tiny) restaurant by Agave. My brother, cousin, and I gladly gave up our listing for Ramen Nagi (we were number 11 pa 128542) coz we were so hungry. And it turned out to be a good thing!

We got a couple of drinks: Strawberry margarita, Mango margarita, and Mojito 128076 good start. Then we ordered food to share: Beef hard shell taco, Pork soft taco, and Naked Beef Buritto. Sarap!

If craving for Mexican food and you're in Aura, this is the place to be 128077
