I usually order Quesadillas or Tacos when eating at Army Navy. But on this one fine day, I was really craving for pancakes and I heard that Army Navy is serving breakfast meals so I gave it a try. Their pancakes are really huge, very fluffy and tasty. Though it was a bit pricey considering that I can also order pancakes from Mcdo or Jollibee at a cheaper price, I was not disappointed with this pancake since it was really good. For me, they have really lived up to their "Walk in Hungry, Come out Happy" motto

Aside from pancakes, they also serve other breakfast rice meals such as Tapa, Daing na Bangus and Longganisa. Their breakfast meals are also served all day and this branch is open for 24 hours from Mondays to Fridays, which that means that if ever you would want pancakes at night, you can head to this branch to satisfy your cravings.

Last visit was taco tuesday! Chachi L., Teemee T. and I had our dinner here. Teemee T. and I ordered 2 soft tacos (one chicken and one steak) and got 2 free regular iced tea. The chicken soft taco is one of my default order here. The steak soft taco was my first attempt but i wasn't very happy with it. The steak was not very tender, it was chewy. I had a hard time eating it. We also ordered my favorite freedom fries.

For a light dinner, i usually order their cheese quesadilla for 125 Php. Their quesadilla bread is quite thick, generous serving of cheese spread inside the quesadilla bread, served toasted.

What i just don't like at this branch is it really take long to serve the food especially when there are a lot of people.

Ordered the following on today's dinner visit:
-Freedom fries - perfect as always 128525
-Bacon breakfast - semi toasted bacon with 1 piece of mini garlicky and salty longanisa, soft sunny side up egg and garlic rice
-clam chowder - served hot with just the right amount of potatoes and clams, bit buttery and milky, taste is not salty and not too strong

Really took long before our order got served.

Army Navy is an easy go -to place for some quesadilla, burrito cravings. And I have always been a fan of their steak burrito and steak quesadilla equivalent. Who could say no to their freedom fries, right? Definitely a must to have!! Their starving sailor is very satisfying too. Beef and cheesy goodness in one long sub. 128525 I also like their Libertea. Basically, I just like everything they offer. Haven't tried the breakfast yet though but will do next time.

Burgers + freedom fries + liber-tea = happy tummy.

Burger is really big and juicy. With unlimited ketchup and mustard. I love mustard so whenever I find a burger place with mustard, I keep it in mind for when I crave (I grew up on Tropical Hut, that's why). I like their fries as well. Thinly sliced so it's really crispy. The iced tea is freshly brewed, so worth the price. For this meal, price would be about P500.

They also serve breakfast meals. My fave are the tinapang bangus and bacon meals.

Tries their PI burrito last night and honestly, I was expecting it to be ginormous (I think I ate a huge one before but I can't remember where hence this is my basis for the size), but for 175 pesos, it fell short of my expectations. Regarding taste, I don't na bagay ang chicken adobo and scrambled egg sa burrito. Siguro, mas okay kung wala na ang egg or kung hard boiled yun.

Freedom fries was perfect (my ol time fave)! Single patty quarter pounder burger was a bit dry but still delicious. Cheese quesadilla was superb especially if you combine it with the condiments that goes with it. Serving time was just a bit slow considering there were only 5-6 tables occupied.

Had the Chicken Burrito (PHP175) for brunch and it was oh so good! Just the right amount of delicious filling to make me feel full and ready to start my day!

I gave four stars because this branch is a bit slow but that's okay. The food was oh so worth it!

And this large Libertea saved the day! I was feeling under the weather last night (sinikmura sa baong hapunan) that I needed something sweet to combat it. Immediately thought of this drink as it has the right balance of sweetness and tea. Good drink to cap the night off! 128513

Had a meeting at ayala that ended early which meant I had some 'me time' to spare. Walked all the way to RCBC building to pick up some stuff then I went to Legaspi Village to have a late lunch. By that time I was starving, I thought of having lunch at Your Local but my friends would kill me if I ate there without them.

Then I thought of going cheap and have a surely filling lunch at Kabayan (famous Jolly jeep at esteban st) but they were close.

So I instead went to army navy to have some nachos but I'm a sucker of fried chicken so I had that instead and I honestly dug the flavor of the almost whole pepper corns in the gravy this time around compared to lat time. The chicken itself was flavorful but a bit tough to cut since I was using plastic utensils and my plate kept moving around. I paired my chicken with a very refreshing Libertea!

The heat rises during lunch when the sun hits the glass panel. You may want to steer clear from that area around that time.

Orders are pretty slow but I like that they bring it to your table instead. The chicken quesadilla wasn't as tasty as I thought it would be. I had expected chicken burrito levels (because that surprised me) but maybe without the rice, it wasn't the same. Still filled me up after.

Always a fun lunch with Julie J and Carla M.

Lunch out with Yina M and Julie J again. 128539 I suggested we just eat here since we weren't craving for anything in particular today. The two ladies didn't have any objections. Haha.

It's Taco Tuesday today! I ordered Chicken Soft Taco for P145, and it comes with a free Libertea. The soft taco was pretty tasty but would have been better if they put more chicken. Libertea was also good. Tasted like real tea, and not like those iced tea mixes you can find commercially. 128077 I should've asked them to add ice because it was not that cold. One thing I don't like here is their salsa. Meh, bland. I hope they make it less watery.

It's so hard to find a table here during lunch time. I suggest you come early. Bad exhaust too! You'll smell like grilled meat after. 128529

Soft Taco (chicken) @145 came with a glass of iced tea -- 3 pcs of soft flour chicken tortillas with onions and cilantro served with salsa and lime, pretty good and filling 128076

Slight problem with the exhaust since we kinda smelled like meat after our meal 128514128514128514 Oh well....128513128055

It was burritos night for me and my colleagues! Can't remember the last time I ate here. For that night, I chose their Longganisa Breakfast Burrito. It's been years since I had a last bite of that. 5 years to be exact. Was disturbed by all the oil that came out from it. So how was my experience that night? Still the same! Oil still oozed out from the burrito. Not a pretty sight if you ask me. Good thing the Freedom Fries and large Libertea balanced it out. Prolly won't have that again 128517 (or maybe after 5yrs 128521)

Food Specialty: Burger, Burrito, Tacos, Quesedillas
Price: Php110.00 to Php300
Person: 1 Person

I only eat here on paydays. Hahaha. Well first of all
their price is too high for my daily allowance.

Tried their burger - with bacon add ons and boy it was sooo heavy!
Tried their soft taco chicken - 4 pieces and should be good for sharing coz it's also a heavy meal
Tried their freedom toast topped with blueberry - it was really good!
Tried their 2 pcs chicken with rice - still prefer KFC coz their chicken is too salty for my taste
Today, I tried their blueberry pancake, too bad I eat my onion ringa first that I felt so heavy I was not able to finish my 2 pcs pancake. It was good though and I was curious why the pancakse ia color green. Hehehe
