They served 60 grams of chicken in their green chicken curry, my stir fried tofu had a sweEt and sour sauce ( not Thai at all!) AND THERE WAS A LONG STRAND OF HAIR IN THE FOOD !!! STAFF IN THE KITCHEN SHOULD HAVE THEIR HAIR TIED UP !!!

I was in the area of Sucat and a bit hungry, so the lightbulb went off in my head, there is a Thai restaurant in the area. I stopped at Aroi Thai Cuisine restaurant to have a late lunch but to my despair it was horrible!

As my girlfriend and I sat down at a booth we noticed ants crawling on the condiments that are pre set on the table. Upon showing the staff they took it away, but never cleaned the ants away off the table or off the window ledge.

We moved tables and continued to order our food. The staff were pleasant and repeated the order back to insure it is correct. We ordered Green chicken Currie, which had about 50 to 75 grams of chicken and over cooked eggplant with Baguio beans. The taste was ok, but seemed to have a lot of oil in it as we could see the separation of oil and water in the tiny bowl. Next was Stir fried tofu, it had a tomato base and was sweet which is not indicative to Thai cuisine. They added something special to the dish, ( A long Hair) which can be seen in the photos.

Save your money and go elsewhere!

Upon entering this restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the hospitable staff at the counter. There were a lot of people dinning there and while I was eating I saw a celebrity from abs-cbn dinning with family. About the food, I ordered chicken pandan, phad Thai, and Thai iced tea. I love how the pandan leaves provide aroma to the chicken and that the sauce compliments the dish. The phad Thai for me had just the right amount of sour and the ingredients in the dish were balanced. The Thai iced tea was nice and refreshing. Overall, the restaurant had good food and great service. Their staffs were hospitable and attentive. The dishes were affordable and cooked well. Also they were not only instagram worthy but also delicious and authentic. The serving time was perfect and the serving size was good. I would definitely come back to this place. It didn’t disappoint. Definitely a must try restaurant.

Nag date kami ng sarili ko dito because I've always wanted to try this place every time I had the car washed along President's Ave. the place is a little tacky for me, there are other things than Buddha in Thailand, you know.

About the food, I ordered the mango salad which was nice, little bit of spice, tang and sweet. There was nothing really special about it, I think that I can even make it at home. My salad had 2 speckles of ants though, but what the heck, it's the meat of the future. Next order is the sea food pad thai. It was a little too sweet for me and the seafood ingredients were a little too calculated.

Im not coming back to this place. Once is enough.
