Authentic food & good atmosphere at Arya on a Fridate. I enjoy Persian dishes, its has consistent flavor and taste. The staple garlic and spicy sauce are just so perfect to mouthwatering dishes.

For appetizer, we had wheat pita breads in curry dip. Its good! Something different from usual humus.

For the main course, we had Shish Platter. A good choice since it has 1 stick of lamb, chicken & beef.It comes with 3 roasted tomatoes & sliced onions. Also, we had Chicken Curry. It consist of tender chicken thigh with yogurt sauce. And for 2, we had one order of Basmati rice with butter.

For drinks, of course I still go for the plain yogurt128076🏼

Verdict: this place satisfies my appetite in a very happy tummy way.

I love middle eastern cuisine so I've been craving to try this place. Finally able to last Saturday with my friend. We ordered the beef sheesh (or is it shish?) kebab platter (P475) and half order of basmati rice (P78). We also got yogurt drinks.

Kebabs (beef and chicken) were so good! Tender and moist. The grilled tomatoes were so so sarap din. I would have loved some grilled onions on the side too like at Persia Grill pero wala eh. The white sauce was just ok for me. I think I like the white sauce at Shomal the most.

The yogurt drinks were awesome. I felt proud drinking a healthy and delicious drink. Hehe.

We were the only one there around 3pm Saturday. Not a payday weekend kaya siguro wala masyado tao. I like the place though it's a bit small so it may be packed at dinner time on weekends. The server was very accommodating to us and even gave us a free sample of the special yogurt drink. Wasn't able to taste it though, my friend had it.

Will most definitely come back here for a kebab fix and yogurt drink.

Shish platter for snack. Why not? Yesterday, my friend, Cel C, suggested a Persian dish. Well, its a yes for me coz its been quite a while. This is something I love once in a while. The shish platter comes with 3 grilled tomatoes and onions plus 3 kebabs: 2 beefs and chicken. I love how it was cooked and flavored, plus tender meat. It is best with Arya's garlic sauce and chili tomato sauce. 128076🏼 And since we are avoiding carbs, we had only half of basmati rice.
Also, when in this type of resto, i felt like having the plain yogurt. The server is also kind enough to give me a sample of this persian drink, Laban. For me it has a hint of lemon + salt+ pepper+ creamy something. Its ok for me, but i guess not everyone will really like it

This place is fancy looking with nice interiors with tapestries. Servers are accommodating and attentive.

The food is good and they have what I've been looking for, Roti with curry dip, which is super good. The ambience of the place looks really nice and middle-eastern. Although the service isn't that great because I had to call the service crew several times before she noticed us, it was still okay. The serving size may not be enough for my partner (He had the lamb) but it is enough for me (I had the chicken). I would visit this place again because the have my favorite Roti.

It's basically a more expensive Mr Kebab. Shout out to my people from the QC area :) It was amazing but really pricey for what we ate. Pictured is the Lamb koubideh.

This is my favorite Middle Eastern restos. I always order their Koobideh Platter (lamb & beef) and Ox Brain. Their yoghurt-garlic sauce is really good and not watered down unlike the other similar restos. Their koobideh platter comes with grilled tomatoes, you can ask their servers to mash it for you (done on the table) and they take charge in seasoning it with their yoghurt sauce & tamarind powder (they told me), really good! I like their pita bread, it's not "floury" and it has a certain chewiness to it which I like.

The food is best paired with yoghurt shake!

Service is okay, fast too.

More expensive than the other more popular kebab restos, but this is quality and value for money.

5 stars for the service and 4 stars for the food!

The sign on the door already said closed but the manager still let us come in and have our (late) dinner which I thought was very nice of him since we were the only ones in the restaurant and they could have just closed up for the night.

There are few Mediterranean restaurants in the Philippines that can provide you with the true Mediterranean taste, Arya is one of those restaurants. They are delicate with the spices and choose only the most fresh ingredients. My favorite dish here is the Chicken Koobideh because it gives you the true flavor of what a Kebab should taste like. It is juicy and succulent, without compromising the taste of onions and spices that are ground in with the chicken. The flavor is not too strong so it doesn't overpower the taste of the chicken (unlike Indian food).

The Moussaka was a great appetizer because of the various vegetables they used. There was eggplant, potato, tomato, and even zucchini and artichoke. What makes this dish different is that the cheese isn't just on top, it is also distributed inside the dish so that all your bites have an equal amount of cheese and vegetables! The Fish Curry was also great because it wasn't too creamy and left the natural flavor of the fish in the curry sauce!

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Mediterranean meal and I can't wait to write my full review on http://girleatsworld.org!

Very late post & so I can't recall the dishes we ordered...

Interior was unique but old & need maintenance. Or change the curtains at least. & the place smells funny .. Probably coz of the spices they use in the dishes

Food was okay. I remember asking them to chAnge the prawns in the assorted kebab platter to something else coz it tasted fishy & old & they did without any problem. The strawberry yogurt smoothie was tasty and refreshing ... Perfect for washing the palate since all the dishes tasted strong. I specially liked the pita bread with dip.

Service was a little slow since we're the only guest around but it did fill up fast .. Which was a little surprising for me.

Arrived without anyone inside w/c i preferred, since i dont want crowds. The Manager was accommodating. I asked if i can have 1-pc chicken & 1-pc beef koobideh for the same price 374.00 and he said ok he will. Had to add 30 bucks for the basmatti rice w/c is reasonable. Kinda sweet for me the white sauce w/c i find odd. Suddenly, diners start to fill up the place. Haist!!!
However, when i got the bill, twas priced at 418 ++ and got only 7.50 change for my 500, w/c of course i hadda leave w/an addl bills for sc.
