It's not my first time here. Been here 2 months ago for my haircut with Sir Andy. Today, I told my sister to go with me here at Azta for our hair color and treatment. Sir Andy was not around so we had no choice but to try other stylist. I forgot their names (I'll just comment down below their names pagnaalala ko)

To cut the long story short. I usually spend around 3k for hair color but here, overpriced for hair color (4,500php) lagpas konti ng shoulder length, Ang hapdi ng gamot, masakit pa sa eyes. Okay lang naman na mahal pero sana maayos.. Sa sister ko maling hair color dye ang nilagay and super hapdi din. And ngayon ko lang na experience pati neck nilalagyan ng dye. Wth right? They forgot to put cover sa ears for protection. Because as you all know mahapdi siya sa skin.

Azta is a very well known salon here at Citywalk and I saw lots of good reviews here but bakit ganito service nila. NOT SATISFIED, seriously.

Never coming back again.

Excellent customer service! Had a relaxing salon day thanks to the cool ambiance, reasonable product and service prices, yummy cold milk tea, free working wifi, and super friendly staff. 10084

Been doing a lot of treatments to my hair, but this was actually the first time for me to experience hair rebond, a Steambond to be exact, wherein they use L'oreal products and a steampod to iron your hair. They said it was the "healthier" version of rebonding, so why not give it a try? 128584

Duration: 7 hours! But it then includes me having full hair color on the onset. I actually finished an entire ebook! Their wifi connection is fairly good, so just be sure to bring your chargers when you go here.

Service: Not my first time for my hair to be handled by Azta, and I can say that their service have not faltered. You can actually feel that you get the most of what you are paying for. My stylist was Mr. Echo. Even with the place packed with customers, he was doing rounds to monitor the works of his assistants, but he handled me personally for the major treatments.

Cost: Their steambond was actually cheaper than other salons that offer the same service! They will give you an estimate on how much your hair treatment would cost, so you will not be surprised when they finally billed you in the end. 128077🏼

But did I like it? Of course! It was the result that I actually expected. I think I even went out their door smiling. (but hungry 128517)

RESERVATION IS A MUST!

I've decided to dye my hair violet. And I did.

I still went to Azta knowing that the procedure would be expensive. Well, I have two reasons. One is that, if I go to a salon which isn't known or something, my hair might be damaged. Two, I worked hard for the money I earned, so a reward for myself is a must. :))

My hair was done by Sir Andy and his assistant, Bon. They were great stylists and really took care of me and my hair. It's just that... I think Andy chopped my hair too short. :( I asked him to cut it up until my collarbone (or just below them) but now, my hair's up my shoulders. Huhu. :( That's why I'm only giving the salon 4 stars. But nonetheless, I'm happy with my violet hair. Will def come back. :)

Girl problems. Do you feel like cutting your hair for no reason?

Err. I didn't came from a breakup nor a major milestone in my life. I just want change in my hair.

It's been 6 years since I last had my hair cut shorter. I usually go for 1-2inches trim. My appointment was at 12 noon and disappointed that they don't have much staff at that moment. So the stylist was the one who washed my hair. I was scared at first that the cut might go wrong. And at the back of my head I'm thinking like "Is he cutting it too short? OMG that's a lot of hair falling down! Waaaait." 128514 But when he was finished, I fell in love on the result! Haha. Kabado pa kasi! 128512

Despite setting an appointment, the stylist was almost 45 minutes late. They still do a great job accommodating you here and your hair is styled perfectly, but a bad impression stays with you.

Hope it won't be the same case for you.

Finally wrote a review about my first experience in Azta Eastwood. I went there last August to have a dip dye because I finally had the courage to do so. So I showed the stylist some pictures and told him how I wanted it to be. The good thing about the stylist is that he told me that since I wanted purple on my locks, which is a part of their funky colors, it will wash off within 2-3weeks and that additional bleach may be applied to achieve the color I wanted. They told me the approximate cost already. I was trying to decide if I should push through because it was a bit pricey and I'm gonna enjoy the color for only that small amount of time. But what the heck, I just said yes!

Above is the result of my hair and I love how purpley it was. Everytime I took a bath the color washes away even if I used a shampoo for color treated hair. The color faded eventually but it gave me a variety of purple over a few weeks until it became pink to light peach and then blonde. The stylist and staff were friendly and even gave me a free haircut.

1st time that I went here was to have my haircut. Like from waistline long hair to shoulder length hair. 128557
So I trusted them for the hairstyle that will suit me. Aaaand, I love it!
I went there at 12noon on a weekday, and the place was like at peek already, to think that they just opened at 11am. I think they're really that good.

Then, my 2nd visit was for my hair color. I went there like 8pm, hesitant if they'll still accept customers (since they close at 9pm, I think, 128540 ) and luckily, they still accommodated me.
Andy was my stylist that day. He was giving straightforward points and suggestions on what color will suit me. So I let him choose my hair color.

Miles was his assistant, silently coloring my hair, and I'm glad that they are not chatty. Just doing their businesses.

After 1 and 1/2 hour of color and treatment, Andy's color selection for me was purrrfect! BTW, they also colored my brows so that it will be the same with my hair, for FREE! Well, well, well.. I just saved 200php+ if I will have it done separately on brow salons.

You'll love the ambiance and the way they treat their customers. The price was definitely worth it. My hair will never be touched by other salons.

Got my roots done and hair trimmed - Mr. Joji rocks!
Ricky (?) was the assistant and he was great with my neck/back massage.

It's not a fancy salon but they do get the job done- no chatty service people- for which I am grateful!

Just the other day, I got to get a makeover. However, it wasn't where I would usually go. I would always go to Azta Urban Salon in Katipunan, for my stylist Mody. During that day though, he was under the weather.

I decided to try out the Azta branch in Eastwood. Lo and behold, I liked it so much better there! They got to do what I wanted amazingly well, and fast! I was in and out in 20 minutes! Their service was really good! Sad though, I wasn't able to get the name of the stylist who cut my hair.

I'm an avid azta fan especially of the katipunan and alabang town center branches. But this has got to be the slowest branch ever. I feel bad that I'm giving it only 3 stars because I'm an azta regular, and I usually love going to their salon.

Don't get me wrong they perform services well and they have reasonable prices but come on, half leg wax and just pedicure (just cleaning) in 1 1/2 (and counting...) hours? With only me as their client?

I'm so bored I am able to do this review.
