Im happy that the quality of the food here is still good despite being around for such a long time.

The chicken inasal is tender, juicy, and flavourful! The garlic rice coulve used some imporvement tho. I also had the chicken skin which was crispy and well seasoned.

Service is a little slow, but it was expected as the place was full during our visit.

Di masarap at ang mahal pa. Di sulit ang bayad. Although okay naman ang dessert nila.

Masarap lang tingnan sa picture. XD di na ako babalik. Akala ko parehas ng Inasal Chicken Bacolod magkaiba pala sila. Haha.

Chicken Bacolod Inasal is one of those places where you tend to push aside all dining etiquette and just go "lamon" on their succulent chicken inasal. I was always into the affordable "just to get by" food places. This place is one of them. Even if thankfully, I can ocassionally eat at the slightly fancier places , I still crave for the simple pinoy meals. Sometimes, simplicity makes people happy and satisfied. And I am definitely one of those people.

My go-to place for inasal here in Manila. I like JT's Manukan too but it's not accessible to me, unlike BCI which has branches in most malls.

Went here several weeks ago when our Ops Manager treated me to lunch. Pecho + plain rice + chili toyomansi. Solved. 128523

The Food, was good. We ordered petso, paa. And bangus sisig with molo soup. The chicken was good, the bangus was not cooked well (ata) still good though.

The place was good, this saturday. There are a few waiting outside. But they arranged a row of chairs inside so that the waiting group who would eat, could sit down while waiting. Kapag kakain na, your table was large (for 2-4 persons) if you'll order many, the table was 128077

And then lastly the service. Their service was good, attentive and fast. Pang.

Had a good dinner tho. :) 1280779996

Haven't eaten inasal for the longest time so was excited to try this branch. What a disappointment! The only item we liked was the chicken inasal (paa). The pork bbq was dry and bland. The la paz batchoy which I used to like was bleh 128078. The only "laman" were a few pieces of gummy pork slices. The soup tasted like water with chicharon. The molo soup was even worse. It was starchy with a slightly sour off-taste. 128078 The salmon belly looked so "kawawa". Slices were so thin and were overcooked. The gising-gising was not any better. It was just plain kangkong stems with watery coconut cream that tasted like "instant gata". Even the buko pandan wasn't good. There was too much flavoring. Nakakasuya. The only saving grace was the chicken and the relatively ok service. Don't know if we'll ever be back.

After our Annual Physical Examination at work, we headed to Glorietta for eat. My officemate treated me to lunch so I let him pick where we're gonna eat.

My usual order-- pecho + plain rice 128523

No bloody chicken this time! 128077 Best with spicy toyomansi on the side.

im a fan of bacolod chicken inasal..cant believe they were able to replicate the flavors of the traditional home-cooked ilonggo dishes.

I love their spareribs (as shown in photo), a better version of liempo.too bad one order can only be shared by 2 people, but i want more!

Got ourselves pecho and their dinuguan tastes like no other..if youre into it, its a must try. :)

The chicken was okay. I got the pecho and it was big! However, it lacked flavor so thank God for my spicy toyomansi dip. 128517

Serving was kinda slow and waiters aren't so attentive. There were 6 of us who ate and we only had 1 tissue each 128563 We had to constantly remind them if we need drink refills, or chicken oil and salt for the chicken.

I still like the good ol' Bacolod Chicken House (haha the one in Landmark before) or JT's Manukan for my inasal fix 9786

KBL

I never knew they have this. I thought KBL was only an "imbento" of my mother. 

KBL- Kadyos Baboy Langka
This dish is precious to me. I think the last time I ate this was when I was still 8. (Oh! How time flies so fast )

This is also one of Bacolod's Bestseller.
Kanamit gid! 

The leche flan was fine and sweet, the chicken inasal was good also. But the KBL is something you should rave to. Weeee

Thank you Bacolod Chicken Inasal for bringing up my good-but-not-so-old childhood days. Nyaha! 

Hope you can also try this one guys 
