My hubby & I were on a best ilocos empanada adventure... Unfortunately, their ilocos empanada was dissapointing.. Their empanada was reheated and wasn't freshly made.. Flavor was blunt, the price is almost the same with other empanadas we tried ( 1 locally in cainta and fariñas)

Food - 1/5
Price - 3/5
Ambiance - 3/5
Service - 2/5

Have you heard about Puke-puke? Yes, you heard it right, its a vegetable dish from the Ilocandia. Eggplant, Tomatoes and Egg sautéed in garlic and onion. I've eaten an authentic puke-puke in Vigan and I'd say, IBagnet's version is somewhat near to it. This is the only place here Metro that I'd would like to eat puke-puke.

Been here countless times but I always forgot to take a picture because we're always in a hurry. Operations Meeting it is!

Try their bagnet meal, bagnet kare-kare, vigan's longganisa meal ---> all of these are my favorite! I'm drooling right now.

Disclaimer: picture grab from IBagnet's FB account.

Love, love, love their bagnets. Plus their position at the back makes it more relaxing to dine. Our default resto when in metrowalk...

Heart stopping menu! Spectacular- unfortunately not. We ordered chicharon bulaklak- which was ok. Barbecue which was tender and saucy, taste was ok. Gising-gising composed of Baguio beans, green chili and a few peices of lechon kawali in coconut milk... Was such a dissappointment. Beer was cheap- only redeeming factor. 220 for a bucket of 5.

As I remember we ordered the papaitan soup, kare kare bagnet and sisig bagnet. To be honest our first reaction was "where's the bagnet?!" It seems like you had to really dig deep and hard to find the tiny pieces of bagnet in those 2 dishes (kare and sisig, the server said it is good for 3 ppl). Taste wise, it was okay. Nothing special from other filipino restos around. The papaitan on the other hand was good but is probably composed of 10% meat and 90% soup. The server came off a bit rude also. Recklessly putting our glasses, plates and utensils on the table.
I also find the prices a bit high for the quantity and taste of their food. I've had way better kare and sisig for much less in other places.
Over all it was an okay experience. But to be honest I have no intentions of dining there again.
