This hotel was advertised as a 4-star hotel so we pretty much arrived in disappointment as we discovered it was only a 3-star rate- the hotel frontage looked very old, there was no valet, etc. Their lobby is in great need of a facelift/renovation and their furniture needs some reupholstery work.

The room we got was on the second floor so we could pretty much hear everything that was going on in the street below. But on the bright side, their family room was very spacious complete with a dining area and mini-kitchen sans the range (though it looked much much better in the photos). Wooden floor and fairly simple decoration, it was adequate for our sleeping needs. The bathroom was not the best nor cleanest looking comfort room plus it needed more lighting fixtures.

In terms of service, the hotel staff was very accommodating. We only dined in their in-house restaurant (Sunflower Cafe) for breakfast. There were 3 kinds of breakfast plates to choose from (American, Filipino, Continental I think) which were all fairly filling.

Overall, the accommodation was fair. In terms of proximity to Baguio attractions, this hotel is just across Burnham Park so it's a good place to stay if you want direct access to the area.

Aside from the cold weather of the city, this suites provide a homey or better living ambiance. The room is big enough and interior design simple yet elegant. A best place to stay in Baguio City.
