We made our reservations a few months ago and thanks to Agoda, we got a $50 discount by using our points! However though when people ask where we're staying, we always forgot the name cos we reserved a while ago. Not anymore though
There are 2 Baguio Le Fern locations and Waze only recognizes one so we went there and when we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the front desk. However, they kindly informed us that we were at the wrong location and told us to input 'The Nook' in Waze which is the resto of the second location. Weird experience but I didn't want to dwell on it.
Finally got to the second location which is right beside Chalet along military cut off road. They have parking slots in front and ample parking at the back as well. Very happy that they allowed for early check in (12:00). While checking in, I enjoyed looking at the mosaic artwork around the lobby.
We were led to our room which was on the 3/F and there was no elevator so yeah I was pretty out of breath every time we went back to the room
Room was quite spacious! It had a lot of space for our stuff, open cabinets and a small balcony too. The bathroom was also very nice with a nice sliding enclosure, bidet and very good water pressure.
Since most hotels in Baguio don't have ac's, we actually had a huge ceiling fan to help circulate the air. TV was nice and new with a lot of cable channels.
One downside though would be the noise level. Since our room was facing the road, you can really hear the traffic outside till about 11PM or so. Maybe we'll request a south facing room next time.
Overall it was a good experience at this new hotel, will defo reserve here again when we go back.
