Greenhills is one of my happy places. I'd brave the crowd to score some super cheap garments and I get so much happiness when people compliment it and think that it costs more than what I paid for. 128518

This is also the place where I get the best inutak. There's an area inside the tiangge where food concessionaires showcase local produce. Aside from inutak, other awesome finds are salted eggs and chicken skin.

But one other reason why I adore Greenhills is because of this small bakeshop near the chapel. I'd go here for its pianono and diced mongo hopia.

Yes, I'm talking about Baker's Fair.

Its products are all reasonably priced. If I remember it correctly, a box of hopia wouldn't cost more that PHP150. A container of pianono is also priced less than PHP100.

I loved that every time I buy hopia here, I'm guaranteed a fresh and warm box of delectable mongo cubes!

A friendly warning: There are times when the queue is a bit long. But be patient as the staff's really efficient and will be able to assist you in no time.

I haven't tried the cakes though as the miniature versions of famous characters like Spongebob and Elsa of Frozen looked like they came from some messed up horror movie. 128517

Still thinking if i should post the empty pianono wrapper from yesterday or not. .

This place is a classic, and they've been around since i could remember. They serve old-fashion bread and freshly-made hopia daily. The 'dice' mongo hopia and pianono bread (rolled sponge cake with butter and sugar in the middle) are my two favourite! I love how they both have just the right amount of sweetness to them.

Come before 5pm if you want the hopia prepared fresh on the griddle.

I don't really like hopia because they're too sweet and I don't really see what people like about it. But of course, for everything, there is an exception. Baker's Fair is the only hopia I will ever eat! The only exception. 128523 Whenever we go to Greenhills, we would never leave the place without buying Hopia here. It's always freshly made & always hot!!128515 I enjoy watching them prepare this. 128523

They have two available flavors: Mongo and Ube. Also, there are two shapes/types, Diced and the Original (usual round shape). According to the cashier, the diced version is with butter. 128552 I like the original mongo best! 128525128076🏼

Geeeeez! this is the best tasting hopia ever. Hopia has never been in my crave list but because of this, it is now!!

20 good portions of hopia mongo in a box just for 120. seriously 3 pieces of this and it can make you feel full like you've eaten a cup of rice!

For me the round ones are better because it gives a little crunch to each bite, the feeling makes it even tastier. I always ask them to heat/toast them if in case their not that hot anymore or the batch wasn't browned enough to my liking. But if you're in a hurry and can't wait for the heating up there is nothing to loose because the taste stays good as it is when freshly baked.

Duuuude, if you're a fan of mongo hopia, you've definitely have to try this.

Their diced mongo is always freshly baked and it's awesome. You have to try the diced ones, not the original. The difference? The diced ones has a little butter coating. Let's face it, a little butter goes a long way. Wag na magpanggap #chubbyperohappy

This is one of the oldest and natitirang matibay bakeshop in greenhills. Hahaha! I could still remember how I loved their goods when I was still a kid. Mongo dice is my pinaka-favorite, until now! And... The one who makes it is a deaf and mute person. Since nagkaroon ng baker's fair sa greenhills soya na talaga gumagawa nung mga dice, explains why it still tastes good until now. 9786

Freshly baked diced hopia for only 100 pesos!

This tiny bakery situated inside a crowded mall serves one of the best hopias in town. Ive been buying from this bakery since i was a young kid. I remember standing by the glass, watching the guy make diced hopia and being fascinated. I used to just buy 4 pieces, then 6 pieces. And now i buy a box! Its actually fun to eat. You just pop it in your mouth one by one and before you know it, youve already finished a dozen.

Be prepared to fall in line! Sometimes the line gets really long and they run out of stock.

One of my favorite and oldest bakeshop in Greenhills.. this place brings back loads of my childhood..

They serve the best freshly made diced hopia! I swear you can never go wrong with their hopiang monggo.. also their hot pandesal, pianono and cupcakes are good with reasonable price..

People who live or work within Greenhills know the quality of their product and tend to practice the virtue of loyalty towards this bakeshop..
