Since I am a baker wannabe, I wanted to visit this place too. Baker's Hill has so much to offer. The bakery is located on the entrance. There were lots of pastries and delicacies to choose from. My favorite is the hopia. We bought hopia baboy, hopia hapon, ube hopia. All were delicious and cheap. The hopia baboy was Php 45 per box (10pcs inside) while the hopia hapon and ube hopia were Php 50 per box only (10pcs too).

Outside the bakery was a baker statue welcoming guests. There were also a bunch of statues and backgrounds that were so good, it's perfect for your
photo album (or FB album perhaps or IG). They also have Pizza place but we didn't get anything from it because we are having a lunch after.

They also have some animals inside the cages. Overall, the place was so nice I wanted to go back and buy more hopia. I did hope Baker's Hill was placed in our itinerary first so that I can avail more of their products rather than buying key chains and cashew tarts as a souvenir.

Other than the nice food at their bakery, their park was awesome!
It's something you wouldn't expect from the outside! 128512

Aside from being a tourist spot/destination.. Specifically for picture taking! 128517 this is also a bakeshop slash pasalubong station.

An officemate who just got back from their Palawan vacation was kind and generous enough to bring us pasalubong from Baker's Hill. I've heard a lot of good things about their products and all so when I found out that he bought hopia (monggo and ube) and ensaymada for the whole team, I made sure to try everything. But sadly, though most of my officemates liked the hopia (especially the ube) and the ensaymada. There's nothing extra special about them. I actually found all of them too sweet. 128546 But since I am not into sweet things, my review may not be that "reliable". 128517 My officemates liked everything. The ube according to them was good because they can really taste ube, real ube taste. The ensaymada was soft with lots of cheese and butter/cream. 128563

Hmm, so you might still enjoy it especially when you are a person who loves anything and everything sweet and with lots of sugar! 128514128518

For our 3rd stop of our city tour in Puerto Princesa in Palawan is at Bakers Hill.

According to our tour guide Bakers Hill just started as simple bakery and now has turn into a mini park, it has establishments like bakers kitchen , pizza house , hula shake where my mom and aunt tried their shakes as we were thirsty and took a sip of that apple shake and so refreshing. There was souvenir shop and viewdeck too.

We didn't stay too long here, but we enjoyed picture taking on this place. Before we leave , we went inside the bake shop and bought some goodies. I bought their famous hopia which is their best seller here.

One thing I love in this place is that they don't ask for entrance fees. I'm sure you'll enjoy when you guys visit this place

The place is so picturesque! We enjoyed the WHOLE place cause they have a lot of attractions like the Disney Statues- like what you'll see in Disneyland! Also they have this nice view and house with the landscape that you'll see in the photo. They also have interactive standees and a playground where kids can play! ( also kids at heart like us hahaha! ) What we really enjoyed the most is the place at the top of the hill where you can see the City of Puerto Prinsesa! Breath taking view!

Not only that they have this great place, they also make the best Hopia and Crinkles! That's why everyone I saw in the airport going home to Manila have boxes from Baker's hill! They have all the pastries that you can think of! And everything will satisfy your tastebuds! We're so glad to visit this place and we'll definitely be coming back!

I recommend this to everyone who will be visiting Puerto Prinsesa. Don't forget to try their pastries and bring some home to your loved ones! ( Hopia baboy and crinkles are my favorites! Just a tip. Hehehe )

Can't stop dreaming about this "Palawan Express" since its the best thing eveeeeerrrrr! 128076🏼128076🏼128076🏼 Out of all we've ordered THIS is the only one I've remembered and still remembering. Palawan's all beautiful and wonderful but THIS will also be one of the major reasons I'll go back.

Only downside is service was so slow and it was too humid. But overall, it was a nice experience.

we weren't able to eat in their resto pero ang landscape palang busog ka na.

Baker's hill is a well known pasalubong center in Puerto Princesa. Their hopia is so sarap. Aside sa hopia, I love their Cashew Revel Bar.. super duper duper sarap!!!! Hopia price is between 48 to 50 psos.. Revel bars: 55 pesos..

A must buy: CASHEW REVEL BAR.. masarapa talaga.

When you're in Palawan, Make sure you'll try Baker's Hill (Famous tourist spot in Palawan). It provides a place of serenity for guests. It's like a mini - park with so many attractions. Aside from that, everything is delish especially their hopia and pastries. 9996128171128513

We did not avail of the city tour but reviews say that Baker's Hill is a must-visit in Puerto Princesa. After our Underground River tour, we decided to visit this famous bakeshop on top of a hill. We brought souvenir shirts there. The designs there were more 128077 than in other souvenir shops in the city so I suggest that you buy your souvenir shirts there. Then the bakeshop was heaven esp. for us who love pastries. A must-try: STRAWBERRY CRUMBS, hopia, ensaymada, crinkles, pork asado bun, etc. You can buy your pasalubongs there if you do not like cashew nuts and dried fish, which are the famous delicacies of the province. They also have a resto there but we were not able to try.

Bakers hill in Palawan was famous for their landscaping and especially their food and pasalubongs.

My ate told me to buy her crinkles, so when we went there we bought her some then bought us to try. When we got back to the hotel we tried it and then finished it all and decided to open some of our pasalubongs as well cause it was really good.:)

Another site was the place has lots of snacks and restos to eat, they have great view to take pictures especially when you're with your special someone. They have variety of peacocks also which Palawan's famous for as well.

Pastry wonderland in Puerto Princesa! 128522

Nope, we didn't go here on our last day in PPS, we went here on our 2nd day to buy "snacks" for our long drives along Palawan. 128522 There are lots of statues and flowers, and yeap... PEACOCKS! Hahahaha! We took photos and then headed to their bakery to buy crinkles, hopia, muffins, egg pies. I liked everything! 128522

For the hopia, well after a few hours it isn't that fresh anymore-- it dried up.

Their goodies are cheap.
Bought hopia, crinkles, pastillas, etc. for pasalubong
Here's what i think
crinkles 3/5 - bite size, more on the sugary side rather than the cocoa feel
hopie 4/5 pure ube goodness, you could either choose the hopia with veg oil or pork fat. i chose the veg oil. mongo hopia is ok, so is the hopia hapon
calamansi yema 2/5 couldn't taste the calamansi
pastillas 2/5 i think we could whip up the same taste of their pastillas
ensaymada 5/5 resist the temptation of eating them right away. pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and you won't regret it.

so why did i chose to rank them 5/5?

Go for their hot and freshly baked goodies.
Their pizza breads are really good!
Blueberry muffins are so blueberry-rich. Bought 6 pcs and decided to buy some more but were all out.
Chocolate bacon & cheese breads had a perfect balance of sweetness, saltiness and pure evil. It was that good.

All these baked goodies are really cheap.

Love it here! So many baked goodies to choose from and they are oh-so tempting. Sadly, we were off to El Nido (5-hour ride) that we had to rush things over and the first thing I grabbed for take-home (already?, haha!) was their famous hopia in mongo, ube and pork flavors and yes, four of each! Talkin' 'bout panic buying! The entire area was well-thought. I love their landscape. The mansion, the garden plus their restaurant that I wished I could've tried. Had we had time, we could've hung out there for the afternoon. Perhaps on my next visit. #FingersCrossed
