Can't help but to always buy pandesal here whenever we're in the area visiting my ninang. Their pandesal is really good and tasty especially when freshly made and still hot. But be sure to eat it right away because mabilis siya tumigas (but that's not so hard because once you start eating, you just can't help but have some more!! #TrueStory 128517128518). We bought pandesal for lola and even though it's very late already when we got home, she still ate hmmm 3 or 4pcs? Haha 128076🏼

Mini pandesals! These one-bite pandesals are so cute. No need to put palaman. Hahaha it's actually hard to put palaman coz it's so small eh. 9786

Loved their pandesalitas!i visit them often almost every night after shift from work since they are open 24 hrs. Anytime there's a hot pandesal ready, just inform them that you like and want it hot!

Popped by for a carbo fix for an out of towner for the wife and ordered me a few goodies to take home (this was during a break from the diet during those two long weekends128534128561128553).

Hadn't tried - Cinnamon Roll - it ain't Cinnabon but it tasted good. 4/5

Hotdog Swirl - with TJ Hotdog. Still the best. Soft bread too. 5/5

Cheese Bread - one of their best sellers 4.5/5

Pan de Coco - yummmm, a personal fave of mine 5/5

Also ordered (at a huge premium) their Lotus Biscoff (aka Speculoos) crunchy spread. And had to order big pandesal (no pandesalitas128555) to try it! Needless to say that my next two days were carbs overload. 128560

I'm not impress when a friend of mine gave it to me. I was like, "lahat na lang ginawang red velvet eh." But yeah, I know they wouldn't give me something that they know I won't like.

I tried it ... Bite ... Bite ... Sana may something to enhance the taste para kasing ang boring .. Bite ... Oh there's that something I'm looking for!!! 128525128525128525

I'm not a big fan of anything carbs, but this one I really LOVE! It's really good! I haven't tried their ensaymada and other specialties but the pandesal (for me9786) is a winner and a must-try. It's very dense, a little sweet and just the right amount of airines. Definitely perfect for breakfast with coffee or for merienda with our favorite Coco jam or the more susyal, Cookie butter.128523

For the fourth time this week, my wife and I popped by Balai Pandesal and ordered Cheese Roll, among their top sellers.

Also tried the hotdog roll (soft bread with TJ Hotdog), Spanish bread (big chunk but needs to be softer ala Fortune Bakery), and Pan De Coco (again). Carbo load! Oh no.

New Chocnut Ensaymada, Chocolate Spanish Bread and their own version of (Red?) Pink Velvet Mamon with real cream cheese in the center.

My wife's favorite is their quezo de bola ensaymada. Deliciously sinful. :-) Work off those carbs after!:-)

Neighborhood pandesal plus enhancements. :-)

Added a pic of their latest flyer.

Great pandesalitas! (Small pandesals that's a bit sweetish, throwback to those neighborhood small pandesals). Different recipe from their big pandesals (which can compete with the more established one of Pan de Manila).

Spoke with Angelo, the owner, and he really researched all over the philippines for what best recipes work for their baked goods.

Also great to eat is their cheese rolls and cheese pandesals.

Brightly lit and deliciously inviting to come inside, Balai Pandesal is worth trying for your everyday breakfast table needs and also snack and pasalubong. Carb galore! :-)
