I have stomach flu but I don't care. Their empaada is the best! 128525 Much better than what I have tasted in Vigan. I need to go back here and eat their other dishes. As far as empanada goes, walang tatalo dito. Panalo. Kinain ko na bago makuhaan ng litrato haha!

BALAY TI EMPANADA offers you real authentic ilocano food, from pinakbet with bagnet to their igado and insarabasab(grilled pork mix with chopped onions and tomatoes). And miki too, Ive always wanted to try their menu whenever i passed by katipunan avenue and when i tried it, i simply cant stop.

Their empanadas(ilocos style) is one of the best i tried here in manila, they also serve pizza ilocano style from bagnet pizza to longganisa pizza. And if u think its expensive to eat there, let me tell you its not! And the staff and the crew are very warm and courteous, which is one of the things i like about this place. The place is also squeaky clean, from their cooking area to their dining area.

I recommend this place when u wanna have lunch or just got out of the office in the evening and looking for a nice good place to eat.

Authentic ilocos shattering crisp Empanada longganiza with egg is awesome ... With options with 1-2 longganiza & 1-2 egg as filling of ur choice ... Cooked or rather deep fried in front of u , served piping hot.. Be careful biting into the hot pocket ... Might burn ur tongue ... Really tasty ... I opt for the double longganiza with a single egg specialty and enjoyed it well dipping into the vinegar on the side to lessen the greasy feel , tried their Pancit topped with Lechon or bagnet too... It's surprisingly flavorful ... More delicious than most of the more expensive & presentable looking Filipino resto around ... A very unassuming eatery type of place ... But the 2 dishes I've tried are really perfect for a good afternoon snack 128077128076
