Bali Seafood Restaurant.
Listed below are my assessment of our dining experience:
01 Welcoming and greeting of guests.
We were welcome with a smile and guide us on our table.
02 Tables, chairs and ambiance.
It's a handicrafts types of furniture, the ambiance was nice, fresh air.
03 Toilet.
The toilet was clean, it was native type which blends well with the ambiance. The water was clean and they provide bath soap.
04 Taking of orders.
Service staff was polite and knowledgeable, we ordered the set of assorted grilled food.
05 Serving of orders.
The staff served the food based on sequence, he was kind enough to give us free plain hot soup.
While dining, there was a fly, the waiter was kind enough to light a tea candle and placed it on our table.
06 Taste, presentation of food.
The taste and presentation of the food was nice, we enjoyed the grilled mussels, fish, squid, chicken with eggplant and mango salad.
We enjoyed our food with their condiments and fresh chili.
07 Billing and Bidding goodbye.
The prices of their menu was reasonable, they don't have service charge.
The service staff thanked us for dining.
08 Overall impressions.
It was a nice dining experience.
I am willing to recommend this Restaurant and I will definitely come back.

I hurried the photo shoot with the food coz i was having dinner with my bosses. From the project at Calaca, we went down to tagaytay to find some bulalo

So we went here. We ordered salad, super leche flan, liempo, adobong pusit, tawilis, ampalaya with egg and bulalo. The bulalo was ok, the soup was refillable... The adobong pusit was remarkably tasty. I did not appreciate the tawilis cause i dont know how to eat it. My boss said 'you eat it whole' but then again, i refuse to swallow the small fish' bones. Ampalaya was fine... The super leche flan was super creamy and sweet.. You know a sweet tooth when he describes sweet... AS IN.

My point here is the place is soo expensive. We orderd two sets of those food above except for the salad and leche flan... We spent around 4 thousand...

Rice per order is 55pesos... What?!

The service is average. I like the place... Ambiance is not so good cause there's a karaoke bar... Noisy.

I am judging the goto.. It was good! As in!! Hahahaha!! Perfect for a 13 degrees celsius temp.. But I really used to eat here hahaha! I always forgot to take pictures when eating because of excitement on the food. We ate at around 11pm I think and yes they are still open but that is the only available food.

I am really blessed to experience that kind of temperature again in tagaytay.

300 an hour for non-consumable use of a Videoke room good for ten people. Cooled by a fan and cool and clean Tagaytay air.
Beer price around 60.
Bad part is you can hear other people singing in their booths
Decent selection of music and still fun, though.
