If you are craving for South East Asian cuisine but can't decide which specific country's delicacy you want to eat then this restaurant is the place to visit.

Not only do they serve delicious and mouth watering food but the presentation is nice, and the price of their meals are quite reasonable also.

Thai Green Chicken Curry (Php 238)
The mild spicy kick of the curry sauce pleased my taste buds. For me, it is a standout because of the thickness of the sauce.

BBQ Roasted Whole Baby Back Ribs (Php 398)
This was what I enjoyed most. It has a sweet taste and I love it. It's saucy too and tender.

Phad Thai (Php 188)
Different take on the popular Thai noodle dish. They use flat noodles and the flavor is slightly sweet.

The place is really convenient if you're in Greenbelt area. From elevator, you can see it on your right side. The store is a little small for me so it can get a little crowded on lunch time, I guess.

We were there around 12pm so people were coming in to take their lunch breaks. I also love their seats. Very comfy to pair with the food we ordered.

Found a new cuisine that I like: Thai! 128517

Went here for mother's day celebration. Order hainanese chicken, mee goreng, chicken pandan and kangkong.

Hainanese chicken was good. Nothing really special since it's your typical hainanese chicken. Mee goreng was very tasty. Kinda on the spicy side which I like. The chicken pandan was kinda burnt but the good thing is that it didn't taste burnt. It's not bitter. Not sure if it was meant to be like that since it was deep fried. I still like it but I was looking for the pandan flavor.

Their service was not that good. We needed to follow up multiple times for a cup of rice. And they're also kind of slow. The server apologizes and told us that he's still training. It's understandable though. It's kinda late and they might be tired as well.

One of the many reasons I look forward to movie dates in Greenbelt 3 is the opportunity to have dinner here especially when I'm craving for Roti Canai and Pad Thai.

Food-wise, I wasn't disappointed, but the service was. It took us twice/thrice to follow-up on our curry sauce orders before it was served. Good thing, they were served hot because our Roti Canai was getting cold. Tsk.

Had a small christmas dinner here with some officemates.

When we entered the resto there were smoke everywhere. Ventilation is not so good here. Really hurts the eyes and difficult to breathe. The smell even sticks to your clothes and hair when you get out of the restaurant.

We ordered the ff:
Beef rendang - beef was tender and i like the sauce mixed with it. A bit spicy though
Chicken curry with potato slices - i really liked the curry sauce, very rich and good to be mixed with white rice
Fried tilapia - i like the sauced topped on it
Bagoong rice - this was delicious but i couldn't see the bagoong much
Penang rice - this was ok
Pad thai - this was ok
Roast chicken & mango salad - i liked this but i think the sauce was too strong for me.

They dont provide plates but instead they let you eat on a banana leaf which they use as their plate which was a different kind of experience.

Service was just ok, they served the food one at a time and gaps between each dishes was longer and the service water took a little longer to be served.

Pricing was ok for me cause it wasnt that expensive and food was good for sharing.

Pad Thai cravings for almost two weeks. Banana Leaf is the closest, had late dinner with a friend. I've been to Banana Leaf x number of times, i was satisfied with the food then. Tonight is a different story, the pad thai is too spicy (this is coming for an individual who digs chili). When i say spicy, it's not the tear-inducing spicy, it's the annoying-spicy that you cant taste the other flavours of the dish. I dunno what's the purpose of the toasted shredded tofu on top, it looks like sawdust at first glance - not appetizing and dont get me started on the taste. I cannot give an extensive review of the dish due to the excessive amount of chili sauce used.

What happened Banana Leaf????

Before a lunch debacle happens, much discussion goes into making a lunch decision. Is the food for sharing? Was this dish good? Does the place get full early? #thesearethequestions We-ell memories don't serve us well and with |ooloo, we can get right down to stopping the debates. Hence, an easier decision made.

THe craving for Asian food was strong on Monday. My co-worker and I hit Banana leaf and though there were a few people, it wasn't packed. Service was fast. But food size was a little smaller in size than we last remembered. Dishes ordered were:

128073🏼 Tom Yum - I had a serious craving for this but the good thing was it was good to share. I would have had the soup all to myself if I ate here alone. That's how bad it was.

128073🏼 chicken satay - I am no satay expert but the sauce that came with it gave the satay more flavor. Disappointed that a few pieces were dry

128073🏼 Thai fried rice - we had expected this to be bagoong fried rice. Uhh, well it wasn't but it was still yummy and spicy! It complemented our dishes.

128073🏼 pork steak - a dish to share but I had two pieces. The slices looked like roast duck and the photo in the menu was appetizing to order. This was disappointing.

128073🏼 iced Vietnamese coffee - woooohooo turned into waaaaaah waaaaahhh. It was too milky, not even the condensed milky kinda milky. Not a good way to milk this drink.

Total bill amounted to P1,200. Hmmm...

Last wednesday, my officemate and I had a quick dinner here. We ordered chicken curry, fried tilapia in sambal saice and Hainanese rice.

I'm not a curry fan (I don't like it!), but the chicken curry was surprisingly good. I kinda liked it (ma-pride kaya kinda lang 128540 haha). I just wish it had more color. I mean, the curry was yellowish brown then the chicken was of the same color (almost), then the potato and chicken was just coated with the curry. There's just no contrast. It would look appetizing if there was other color. 128521

The fried tilapia was fried perfectly. Crispy skin and soft meat. It was actually good on it's own. We had the sauce separated since I don't like anything that's too salty. The sauce was okay. My officemates loved it! 128077

The Hainanese rice was yummy and very flavorful. Very very malasa! We loved it! 128076

Place was kinda sad. 128528 Just like the curry, it lacked color. Plus it doesn't look clean. I even saw a small ipis 128078

Having been born and brought up in Singapore, I find myself craving for Malaysian and Singaporean food a lot! The only place I've been able to find here (besides Wee Nam Kee) that can satisfy this craving is the Char Kway Teow from Banana Leaf. Though they may not be consistent, it will still do when you want a taste of Malaysian flavors.

The Roti and curry sauce on their menu is quite good too and goes well with the Thai iced tea!

I was referred by Jaya M to join the #loolooiPhone6giveaway!

Food was ok. Service is not professional. I dont know if its the manager or what but manager is even talking and chatting with the workers. You can tell that management service is not managed well. Won't go back here though.

We had dinner at Banana Leaf earlier. Kinda sad that my mom asked to make the laksa mildly spicy but it still satisfied my everlasting laksa craving.

We also ordered their prawn balls with cheese which was really juicy but it was only 4pcs, and the cheese was a bit non-existent, taste-wise (for me).

Out main dish is the one in the picture, Malayan beef curry with potatoes. It was very good and perfect for sharing. The flavor of the curry itself was balanced but I wish the ratio of beef and curry was equal. Or at least serve pita or naan bread to dip in the curry.

All in all, it was a filling meal. The price is reasonable if you're eating with a group of people. 9786

The roti canai with curry is still good. However I wasn't that happy with the chicken satay or the prawn toast. They struck me as too oily. Hubby enjoyed his kangkong in sambal sauce and his char kway teo though.

This is the perfect place to get your asian food fix. The place is more focused on south east asian cuisine. Its really my first time to try the place since i was missing Singaporean food.

Third time here and was a little disappointed. My memory must be failing me because the last time I ate here, I swear I was so in love with everything or it could've been the new resto high 128530

Ordered: Malayan Beef Curry with Potatoes, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Pad Thai, Half Haianese Chicken, Chicken Satay, Vietnamese Fried Rice and Thai Milk Tea.

I was only over the moon about the milk tea. Everything else was missing something. Like the curry for instance needed more chili and when I asked the waiter he said they didn't have any wth it's an Asian restaurant! Never coming back tfs.

TTK still tastes better than banana leaf but you have to give them credit for having good service (at least at this branch) and great ambience. First the cons: the char kway tiaw had too much shrimp paste, the roti was too stale with the curry tasting like it was made from instant powder. The pros? The satay tasted good (considering they had to rush it because the trainee effed up) and the peanut sauce was amazing! I'd still recommend this but i still prefer TTK food services in pasong tamo;)

The picture does not do justice how good this dish is. Banana leaf's tilapia with malayan cream sauce and their pandan iced tea are my top picks for this restaurant! For someone who is not too adventurous with food, this is a safe dish to order.
As for their service, it was alright though it's a bit of a let down when one of the waitresses gave the wrong info on how many pcs of samosas are served. They served us a a glass of watered down pandan iced tea and another one that is warm - which they replaced right away when we pointed it out.
