All time favorite breakfast spot in BF. I love how affordable and worth it Banapple is. For nothing more than 250 pesos, you already get to enjoy generous serving of your favorite breakfast food. I usually get the hungarian sausage or the tapa with their oh so yummy, oh so fluffy perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. 128155128155

For the mains, aside from the breakfast options, we like ordering the BBQ ribs. I used to not like this because it was too sweet but eventually liked and enjoyed it. Masarap naman pala talaga. Plus meat is tender! 128077🏼

For the pasta, the Trio of Sausage is our all time favorite. I don't like white/cream based pasta but this one's an exception! This is good and loaded with 3 kinds of sausages. Best enjoyed with lots of parmesan cheese and chili flakes! 128513128518

The salads were just okay, though. Kind of pricey since serving size was not that much. Plus there were more "sahog" than the actual star which are the vegetables especially the lettuce. It's more sulit to buy salad from Sandwicheese! 128521

For dessert, it's the Banoffee Pie that I like the most. The other cheesecakes are pretty okay too! As well as the chocolate cake! The Apple Pie was good but not the best Apple Pie in town! 128517

And oh, the chicken pie is also a must try! 128076🏼

Their tapa will always be included in my top favorite tapsilogs. I love how tender and tasty the beef strips are, how the level of saltiness and sweetness is just right. I can still eat it on it's own (papak 128517). Since it's not the overly OA type that you can't fully enjoy the dish anymore. Either you add a lot of vinegar (too sour) or eat it with a lot of rice 127834127834127834128557128529 And not to forget about the egg!!! One of the best scrambled egg for me. It's creamy, fluffy, and oh so yummy. The best hihi 128155

What's not to like? The serving of their Lasagna Roll Up is generous, the tomato sauce has a balanced taste of sweet and tarty sour. The cheese is oozing and complimented the meat sauce very well. With every pasta dish it is a sign of deliciousness when i wipe off the remaining sauce with the bread that comes with it.

Service was quick and very friendly.

Senior cards are honored.

Decided to have some dessert at banapple and I'm happy to say that this experience was better than the last 128077🏼
Got an order of iced mocha and a chewy chocolate chip cookie. Hubby got the peanut butter shake and a crinkle. We sat upstairs in their dining area. Nice interiors and nice view of president's ave too.
Orders arrived and my drink was pretty good! Served in a huge ass glass too. My cookie was good however the crinkle tasted more like cardboard 128514 the shake was a bit too sweet for me but the peanut butter taste is really there!

Had a lot of dishes here since it's been a while since we've had banapple. Loved the lasgna roll up's and i think it's still my fave among all the other dishes here. I say skip the creamy penne and the chicken something that's on the pic. Those are just too boring if you are to indulge in a heavy weight gain carb contest from this place. On the other hand, We liked the tapa and pork ribs! Both were scrumptious and tender enough. Also Loved the chicken pie with the potato salad too! Very, very delicious. A new discovery for me. The pie was soft and buttery while the filling was creamy and truly generous too. As for the cakes, the salted caramel tasted like it came out of the bottle, i hope it's just that good but the cake itself was a bit dry and stale already that it was tough to slice in. Skip the smores something. That cake is made for 5 year old alone bec even my 8yo chocoholic niece hated it. Lol. The banoffe was amazing as usual we had to order two slices lol. I'm so happy it's near home and they close pretty late 128522

I have high standards when it comes to desserts.

My expectations were high for Banapple because everything in the store looked so good. Unfortunately things looked better than they tasted.

We bought a whole blueberry cheesecake and a fudgymudgymud pie for dessert after mother's day lunch. Neither cake was sweet enough for our taste. The bottom crust of the cheesecake was a bit soggy. The cream on the mud pie was light and not creamy, and contrary to its name, it wasn't fudgy. Given the price of the cakes, I'd rather buy from Conti's.

I did like their fat and chewy chocolate chip cookie, which I also tried today. It was big, very chewy, and filled with giant chocolate chunks. It's a bit pricey, though, at 80 pesos a cookie.

I'm still willing to give the other dishes and desserts at Banapple a try, but I'm not likely to order these two cakes again. Any recommendations for next time?

After a study session in a nearby café overlapped with my dinner time, I looked for a quick reliever for my hunger. I arrived here at around 10 pm and so I was not feeling a full dinner anymore. As a result, I ordered one of their sandwiches for the first time. I usually order the lasagna roll-up and the hickory smoked barbecued country ribs.

I scanned through the sandwich portion of their menu and found the prices to be quite low. I was surprised but quickly countered my thoughts of a fulfilling meal by imagining a very small serving to match the price. I got their terrific tuna sandwich for 155 PHP. For some reason, I was really setting myself up for disappointment. Fortunately, my expectations did not pan out and I was served a very healthy amount of tuna in my sandwich. The serving size was quite big that I had to take home half of it home. Although, remember this was way past dinner time. The menu was not lying when it said that the sandwich would include mounds of creamy tuna salad. It had mounds of tuna accompanied well with lettuce and some other ingredients I didn’t notice while eating. It was quite a moist sandwich which I surprisingly liked.

As proof that we were there way past dinner time, we were actually approached by the guard that the place was closed. We were shooed away politely. After getting my packed dinner, we left.

That’s it for now. Take care everyone!

Espesyal ata ang Banapple sa bahay kasi 2x na ako kumain dito in span of three days. This time, nagpakatotoo na ako at nag order ng rice meal, pero siempre pa healthy pa din, kaya bangus belly naman. Medyo malansa pero kebs ko na, gutom jones na ako ng bongga.

Ps. May premyo ba pag 2x mo na in review ang isang lugar, looloo?

Lasagna rollups - just what I needed after a very long day. It's delicious, very flavorful and the best part is... the serving size, it's good for two!

Banoffee Pie was okay. I'd rate it 3 stars.

Their store was about to close in 10mins. but they still let us in. I kinda felt bad because they had to stay for another 30 mins. 5stars for their service!

I will comeback again at this branch that's for sure! 128522

Bow.

This is a bit of a late post, we actually went here a day after it opened. Our team actually felt that our officemate was on the lookout when this branch would open. He immediately convinced us to have our lunchout here because it was FINALLY open. Haha

Anyway, since this was a new branch of banapple, I knew I had to order something new! Something I haven’t ordered before. BUT I was pressured by my officemates who lined up behind me, so I couldn’t systematically choose my experimental dish. With that being said, went with my usual order, the hickory smoked barbecued country ribs for only 220 pesos. Always felt that value for moneywise, all their meals here are satisfactory.

Service was great, with two waitresses assigned to take care of the second floor. I can project that this place may get too crowded every now and then. Our group actually had no available couch tables anymore, which resulted in an awkward set-up for our group of 8: two round tables placed side by side. Unfortunately for me, I was seated in front of the tangent point which made for a not so comfortable dining experience.

Food was great, as usual. Serving was just right for me, but since two of my companions did not finish their food, had to incinerate those as well in my tummy. And so I went home very full.

My issue with the place was the low ceiling when going up the stairs. I’m 5’ 9 and 3/4’ (Yes, the ¾ is important), and if I wasn’t paying attention, I would have bumped my head going up. Okay, to be honest, I wasn’t paying attention and was texting during that time. But good thing i’m usually slouching and I was looking at my phone. This helped me avoid an embarrassing accident.

Anyway, that’s it. Take care everyone!

This branch is the newest kid on the block, literally! It's right on the corner of president's and tahanan village so it's highly visible.
After running some errands the other day, decided to get a salad for take out. Noticed however that most of their staff (who were on break I guess) were all 'naka tambay' at the stairs outside. It's a narrow staircase so mejo 'umm, excuse me, excuse me'.
Oh well, told this to the staff in the store so I hope they do something about it. Decided to get the house salad to go. Have never tried it but it had pecans, banana chips etc so it sounded interesting. Waited for about ten mins for my order.
When I opened it a few hours later, was disappointed to see that they didn't seal the dressing container well so it spilled all over. The veggies were in foil. I don't know but it seemed unnecessary.
Anyways, salad was ok, maybe better if I eat it in the resto. Service though needs some tweaking.
