I am sure we ate at this one and found the Salpicao Rafael too sweet. Only in this branch. Felt like Tapa with the Tocino Marinade. Not really my thing. Hope it’ll be more Savory next time.

It’s my friend’s bachelorette’s party and her sister reserved Banapple’s function room. It’s Php 5,000 for 3 hours and it’s consumable. It can fit around 10-15 pax. Although you can’t stick things on the wall. I got their salpicao. Serving was huge and the meat was tender. That’s what i like about this restaurant some of dishes tastes good and it’s affordable too.

Although the establishment isn’t as well maintained compared to their newest branch they still offer the same quality of food. Limited parkin too.

Due to our bad experience dining in their Gateway branch, we totally forgot to buy banoffee pie. Buti na lang these 2 branches in Marikina are close to our place.

This is where it all started! Banapple when they debut years ago got throngs of patrons that last for months. Lately they still have these packed venues but not as it were. On a visit here after an event, the place was rather empty. Restaurant life?

We bumped into a feast that day since most of their offerings looked and sounded good. We were only 5 and ended ordering for 10. We all agreed Banapple hasn’t lost its charm yet and this was evident in three of their dishes.

First was their Breakfast Ham with Scrambled Egg. This plate had full of life. The ham’s overwhelming taste matched too well with creamy eggs and warm garlic rice. This disappeared too fast and I felt sad when it did.

One of the softest Baby Back Ribs is found here. And what made it better was their wonderfully curated spiced barbecue sauce.

Last was another meat dish that all of us rushed to get their share, Salpicao. It was tender, tasty and garlicky all in one. I can sense the time spent to make this classic piece a continuous favorite.

Other notable dishes were their Penne Pasta in meat sauce as well as the Pesto version. For cake, signature Banapple still gets the vote for its awesome ratio of crust, bananas and cream.

Their Tuna Pie is H U G E. And really heavy. I think if I hurl it at someone's head, it's gonna knock that person out cold. Hahaha.

Generously stuffed with the tuna filling. The pie itself is golden and tasty. For Php50, sulit is an understatement for this.

We ended October with a happy, yummy meal at Banapple Pies and Cheesecakes as I was craving, along with my cousin, Arah, who's bound to left for Dubai by tomorrow. It's been a long while since we last ate at Banapple Pies and Cheesecakes and we were all so happy to be back.

After the tragic incident that hit this pretty Banapple establishment wherein a fire ruined the very lovely and welcoming restaurant, I was so happy to be back and see and experience their newly renovated store that's even more inviting and lovelier now.

From the first level, they have retained their signature look of reds, whites, and yellows paired with their nicely painted walls that feature trees, the skies and a happy place that looked really comforting and peaceful in every way. As soon as you enter, the counter's there along with the cake display so you will get the chance to order instantly and be reminded that they have the pay upon you order process.

Along with my cousins, we ordered their Classic Baked Cheesy Penne, Lasagna Rolls Up, Tuna Pie with Potato Salad, Chicken Pie and the Chicken Parmigiana.

Arah and Louise ordered the Classic Baked Cheesy Penne and it was still extra tasty and delicious since the last time that I ate it. The serving was really good for sharing most especially if you're not that hungry. I liked how the sweetness and saltiness from the sausages were all combined together to give the dish a really nice taste.

The Lasagna Rolls Up was ate Lulu's order and it was totally meaty. I loved how generously filled each roll up was and the taste did not disappoint too, along with its serving.

The Tuna Pie with Potato Salad was my order. The salad was really fresh and the potatoes were really huge. I did not like the dressing that much as it seemed like it was pure mayo only but nevertheless, I enjoyed pairing it with the Tuna Pie.

The Chicken Pie got a bit smaller compared to the time that I ate it a few years back. I enjoyed the pie even more when I drizzled hot sauce on it.

As always, Banapple Pies and Cheesecakes gave us the fix that we were craving for. It was a happy experience as the food was really yum and the price was worth it, too.

After my take to the horrendous traffic in Katipunan. We decided to have our super late lunch at Banapple. This is the first time to eat again after it burned down. The place looks more vibrant than before and more spacious too. I ordered the hickory smoked spareribs and my wife had the beef salpicao.

The spareribs was a bit tangy and on the hard side. The salpicai was okay. So why the 4 stars? For dessert i had the cadbury cheesecake. I loved it! The cheesecake was choking me and that is how I like it. The thick cheesey cake slowly oozing down my throat!

Need I say more?

After all my reviews with regards the Banoffee Pie of Banapple Pies and Cheesecakes, I can proudly say that whatever branch you may get it, it still tastes as delicious and fulfilling as it could be!

The thick pie crust is just so addicting. The freshness and sweetness of the bananas always match well with the thick whipped cream balanced with the chocolate syrup and chocolate shredding on top of it.

Always a fave!

Fantastic choices in food, very diverse and would satisfy most taste buds. And then you can finish your meals with good coffee and the most wonderful cakes and pies. The banoffee pie deserves special mention as it is heaven sent.

Good company, a homey environment, and an enormous amount of food per serving; what more could you ask for?

The last time my Irish cousins were in town, my sister and I took them here for dinner once to let them experience a whole new meaning of CAKE. They don't have a lot of bakeries in Ireland, so we thought it seemed fit to bring them to a place that had a wide variety of savory and sweet foods.

My favorite is the lasagna roll ups and the classic banoffee pie 128076🏼 You can never go wrong with the classics. #loolooexplorerpackgiveaway

It's been a long time since I've eaten at Banapple. I opted for the chicken parmigiana and a slice of blueberry cream cheesecake and had it for take out. After 30mins of driving to work, my food was still warm and the cheese was gooey! Their chicken parmigiana is still definitely a hit. It was tender, tasty and the serving size will really fill that tummy. Now for dessert. I like the cheese cake but after a few mouthful, I got the umay factor. There are better blueberry cheesecake out there. Plus I guess I didn't like the pie factor.

I love everything at Banapple. I love their desserts like pies and cakes. I love their sandwiches, salad, pasta, and rice dishes.

One of my favorite meals is their Tocino. The meal is quite big. I love their creamy scrambled egg and fried rice. It's perfect with their glazed tocino.
