Baked Fish Gratinee with Scalloped Potatoes = another favorite that's filling but is not beef or pork. 128522 The serving is pretty big at 230php.

Lunch time and I had this Breaded Cream Dory Fillet with Honey Thyme Mustard sauce (230php). Though it was cripsy on the outside, I reckon the dory itself is too thin that the breading overpowered it. I probably should've gone with a safe dish like Hickory Ribs or Lasagna Roll ups. Anyway, I miss the old Banapple! 128566

I always order my favorite: trio of sausages fettuccine for P235.00. The pasta is actually good for 2.

A few days ago, I dropped by here for something to eat. Had this burger, but was super spicy and I waited for so long for it to be served. 128543

Banoffee Pie's always the safest and best choice for my family. Still, it doesn't disappoint but the pie's a bit too thin so it's not balances with the thickness of both whipped cream/icing and the bananas in it. Nevertheless, it's still yummy.

A month ago I need to date a colleague whom I'm with in SG for more than a month. Need, kasi a year ago na yun at marami na dapat pagchikahan plus she just got engaged!

We are both coming from work but she's in Makati branch and I'm from SM North so we decided to meet halfway Gateway!

Meeting time is 5pm, I was already in Gateway at 4pm; I'm a bit early. Finding a place at Gateway is hard especially on a Friday afternoon, good thing there's a vacant space in Banapple.

I ordered the House Salad and the barbecue rib meal. My order was served after 20 minutes, maybe because the resto is full including the ouside tables. When my order arrived, I'm amazed coz the servings is big. My early dinner starts with a salad; the vegetables are crispy which indicates that its fresh and the dressing is flavorful.

The rib is quite delicious, I liked the smokey barbecue flavored sauce on top of the soft meat. I wasn't able to consume everything and I paid less than P500, not bad!

By the way, this resto is co-branded with their Sandwicheese. It's good to have both brands in one roof because they gave us variations; you can eat best-tasting pasta and burgers with fries at the same time plus the popular banapple cake.

It's pocket friendly and service is quite good. It's just that since the crowd is combination of yuppies and students, it's a bit noisy now. I am missing a quiet environment that is conducive for meetings; this is the reason why we transfered to Starbucks after my dinner.

I just love Banapple and I don't know why. From the door, friendly staff who greets you with a smile, overall interior is so bright and clean, but with the exception of their washroom, its for both men & women equipped with just one toilet bowl and no male urinal. Nonetheless, they serve great tasting food and pastries, fast service with very courteous staff. Oh I love their Banofee pie but this time I tried another one that because it really tastes good, I forgot the name, maybe google can help.

We decided to have dinner together, so my boyfriend and I went straight here after our separate classes. There always comes a time when we suddenly crave for Banapple 128514

So, as usual, his orders are Bacon Fried Chicken Steaks with Milk'shroom Gravy (ugh the name of this entree is too long, I hate saying this when I order our food hahaha) and Banoffee Pie. Well, no doubt he always go for the Bacon Fried Chicken Steak. The crispy chicken fillets were smothered in a "milk'shroom" gravy and was topped with bits of bacons. It comes with garlic rice and corn relish. It's really yummy, I hoped I just ordered this one instead! 128514

Mine was Garlic Beef Tapa with Creamed Parsley Eggs. I wanted a Hickory Smoked Barbecued Ribs but I was looking for an entree that has creamed parsley eggs on it. I really liked their creamed parsley eggs, I don't even know why. 128514 That's why I ended up with tapa, pinilit ang creamed eggs 128514 The tapa was okay. Nothing special about it. Won't order this again haha!

Banoffee pie, of course, is delicious! One of their best sellers. And I tried a new one which is their Dark Chocolate Tiramisu Cheesecake. It's recommended for mocha or coffee lovers. It tasted something similar to mocha/coffee. It's good. 128077🏼

Service: 3/5. We have to call a waitress several times just to ask for a water refill.
Place: 4/5. Always full!! And noisy 128532
Serving time: 2/5. Always matagal 128517

Have you seen banapple at gateway? I really like their wall paper there. It's so bright and sunny (kahit gabi). This was formerly italianis place, i dont know for what reason it became banapple. It was quite jampacked. After we were seated line started to form. It was a good timing. Banapple is known for their big servings.

They have separate caouters for salad and sandwhiches

128204128525Hickory ribs
Same barbecue taste in tender ribs.
128204 fetuccini.
Aldente. Garlicky
128204beef tapa.
Sweet. I thought i was eating tocino but just beef
128204128525chorizo and hangarian sausage
As this is the dish i ordered, i can say i liked it. This is cutlets of hangarian sausage and chorizo. The hangarian is quite full of spices. And the chorizo cutlet one spice stood out. Ot was the rosemary. So think about chorizo taste and rosemary and add the tocino sweetness.
NOTE: i hate the scrambled eggs. Yes it was fluffy and creamy. But it was tasteless. 128560
128204banoffe pie
I say full of whip.
128204white truffle berry cheesecake (featured)
It's the same cheesecake just have the berry flavored ship cream. There's this strawberry syrup in the center.
128204blueberry muffin
The blueberry concentrated on top only. Did not appreciate the flavor in the muffin. I think kulang pa.

Why is it called banapple kaya. And we all thought without the main entres, they would not survive just selling pastries and pies.

Banapple Pies & Cheesecakes has always been a comforting place to visit as it has always given this very welcoming and accommodating feels to all types of group --- families, friends, colleagues, couples, etc.

It has always been a nice restaurant for celebrations, gatherings, dates, etc. Their homey and simple interiors that are similar to all branches gave it a familiarity and comfort that make customers feel at home when they're dining in. The balance between bright and light color combinations inside the restaurant gave it more life and energy, giving customers a happy feel once inside.

One of the reasons why we frequent this place is because of their really delicious cakes and pastries. From muffins to pies to cakes, Banapple Pies & Cheesecakes also have a lot of meals for breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and even midnight snack.

OK, now, let's talk about our family's forever favorite and I am guessing one of Banapple's bestseller, their Banoffee Pie.

This sweet pie can really be addicting in all its sense! The pie's crust itself got this crunchy yet soft texture with its balanced sweetness flavor. At its center were large banana slices drizzled with caramel syrup that were actually a perfect combination for me. The whipped cream mousse on top was perfectly thick and nicely placed on top, giving the pie a soft and mushy feel when eaten. An add on bonus where chocolate scrapes on top that gave the pie a nicer look and presentation.

Perfect for the holiday seasons, Banapple Pies & Cheesecakes Banoffee Pie may be the perfect dessert for your Noche Buena, just like how it is for our family!

Had a simple diet friendly dinner at Banapple's Sandwicheese at Gateway. I ordered their pesto sundried tomato salad for Php140. Creamy pesto sauce covered penne pasta on a bed of crisp lettuce, tasty and light.

Iced tea was good too for Php60-70, they made a fresh batch for my order 127865 woohoo! 128588

Finally after 1234567890 year I have tried Banapple's food!! Hehe. I know Banapple already has a lot of branches but I didn't get the chance to try their food only their cheesecakes. I thought they have a queue in gateway branch like the other branches I am seeing like in ayala triangle and katipunan which holds a long queue and the restaurant is always full. I was surprised that gateway branch doesn't have any queue.

This is lasagna roll ups and Chicken sandwich. What I'm surprise about Banapple is that they don't have a service charge and also you order and pay over the counter unlike other restaurants.

If you'll notice Banapple has a big serving of food. My mom and I didn't even finished the whole plate. My mom only finished half of the sandwich and I only finished 1 lasagna roll. We were very full already after eating half of the plate. So we had to take our left over home.

If you haven't tried Banapple and you think it is pricey, well I'm telling you it is not. Because it could really satisfy your hunger. ;)

First time here in Banapple Gateway Branch. Cozy Interior. Suppperrrr love their food. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana and it didn't disappoint me. For only Php 215.00 it was worth it. Big serving! Tomato sauce on top of the chicken is well made, love the rice (forgot what it's called) buttered carrots could be a little bit tender I guess? But it complimented the dish. My friends tried sandwiches. As far as I remember it's the cheesy sandwich and chicken with pesto sandwich? Haha! Definitely 5 stars for my taste and I'll definitely be back!!! For those who haven't tried, you guys should check it out and share your thoughts :)
