After work last Friday, decided to drop by here for some quick late dinner. I had lechon kawali and crablets. It was just okay, the lechon kawali was not crispy.

I had lemon juice from the other stall, and it was good! 128077

Friday night dinner with my friend. We had pasta and pizza, sadly it was served cold. It tasted like it was right out from the fridge. Aww. We just ordered additional barbecue to make our tummy feel a lil bit better. Banchetto is fun if you are willing to try different foods on a low cost budget esp with your food buddy.

We're drinking and chikka time at Padi's, when I decided to withdraw cash at Gateway Mall. We're planning to eat here after Padi's but all stalls were about to close 15minutes before 12mn. So I informed the group. I ordered Grilled Liempo 70, Grilled Squid 50, Kinilaw P50 (discounted). Everything was ok.

Some of the group ordered Lumpia 30 and Cheese sticks 20 at the other stall.

Reminder: Padi's has corkage fee pero nakatakas kami 128516

My college friend invited me to go with her at Banchetto just after we ate at CBTL! 128514

I was still full so I told her I will just have the ihaw ihaw... ISAW AND BBQ! 128513 There were two types-- the one is orange while the other one is pale brown. I asked the vendor what was the difference, he said: "Yung orange po, asado. Yung isa, adobo." NAKS MAY GANON NA PALA MGA IHAW NGAYON. 128514

P30 each stick. Okay na din. 128512

The idea of having a banchetto in Cubao was a good idea, especially since there are some BPO's nearby. The thing that threw me off though were the food being served. I mean, there wasnt really much variation. It felt like all the stalls there were competing as to who had the best tasting barbeque and other streetfoods. The price was also okay.

Craving satisfied!
Been craving for street food! I got chicken skin for Php 100, two bottles of buko juice Php 20, and Mami from Bicol for Php 75 and chicharon bulaklak Php 100. Whoa! Very sinful indeed! Don't go here if you're on a diet, there's no salad here! Haha 128539

Last friday we went there to watch PBA, then decided to just eat within the area.

After looking around the banchetto, we ordered bulalo and sisig from the Boiling Spices. Food is quite delish. And each meal roughly cost P120 (per person).

Although, there were no enough benches and chairs for customers. But overall, experience is great.

When we went to Araneta Ave. to have our frappe, went to Starbucks and stayed outside, I asked my classmate where the banchetto is located, he said that it's just near in Gateway.

He went first to Banchetto to check what they are offering, he came back and told us that there were isaw, barbecue, and others. We gave him 100 and in that 100 pesos, we got 5 isaws. Masyadong malaki and enough na for us! 128077 actually, you can make it assorted naman, you can choose if you want all barbecue, chicken barbecue and other ihaw-ihaw, 128514

My favorite was the MUSHROOM fries! 128077 it's a must try! For only 25 pesos, the serving is generous enough! Dip it with that sauce (nakakimutan ko anog sauce), it's really really delicious! The Mushroom fries was also crunchy! 128077128077

We visit banchetto cubao almost every week because of the variety of food that they serve. From pasta to filipino street foods, from seafoods to lechon baboy. Name it, they have it. All of this at a very affordable price. 2-ulam meal would only cost around 100 pesos. I only gave 4 stars because the place can be too crowded and you'll have a hard time finding a place to eat. For those who would want to visit banchetto cubao, their sched is every Thur-Sat in the evening til around 2am. Enjoy!
