Want to feel like a K-pop? 128526 Want to look like Siwon? 128525 Or be at your own Korean hairstyle? 128540

You must try Tony and Jacky Salon at your nearest mall 9986

At first they will handed you magazine or catalogue to choose the hairstyle you want or you can ask the hairstylist what hair style is appropriate for you.

While waiting they served juice or coffee. You can also read magazines at the lobby of the Korean Salon.

When its your turn, like the other salon they will rinse your hair first, then the hairstylist will figure out your chosen hairstyle if it is applicable to your hair. Then they will start there service. Every Korean hairstylist have a Filipino assistant for a better communication with the customer. I usually communicate with them in English but if they cannot understand any sign language will do or baroque English is applicable, they will understand you better. LOL. 128514

You will noticed the Korean Equipment they are using... from the clipper, scissors, blower... so cute... Small, handy and very easy to use.

The Korean Hairstylist will let you feel like the boss, anything you want or do to your hair, they will follow. Of course there is always suggestion from their end.

They also have clean facilities when I visit their salon. The staff were very accommodating.

For someone with a difficult hair to fix and cut just as mine, I always look forward to having a regular hairstylist that can understand my hair! Bad hair days really get to me when haircutters could not do my hair well.

When my regular hairstylist resigned from her salon years back, it was very difficult for me to find someone who can fix my hair regularly. Until I tried Tony & Jackey here near my place. At long last, I encountered Iris - and she and my hair got along real good! Iris was very fast in what she does but the output was perfection. Until one day, she resigned too.

But fortunately for me, Ian, another of their hairstylists knew also how to cut my hair. Finally, I was saved again.

Firstly, I like how they treat customers here. The salon assistants are so "maalaga", they offer you drinks while waiting and a mini pantry where you can makeyour own coffee or tea. By the way, their tea tastes really good!

The hairstylists work fast here and with precision. You can save time here because their service is fast. Although they are really jampacked every weekends.

Now having a scalp treatment after 2 days straight of out of town work. Ian, my regular hairstylist isn't available but Sally is fine with me. Funny when my mom accompanied me here once, she liked their service so much she even drives all the way here from Marikina to Morato just to get a good hair fix!

Got the hair color and hair cut promo of 2500php

I loved how my hair turned out and thats all that matters right? And even after washing im still happy with it.

I didnt want red o wanted the orangey brunette type but i guess this will fade out.

Korean stylist was nice and seemed professional

Their customer service is nice. pinay assistants were accomodating.

They also work fast and know what they are doing

Their shampoo and conditioner at the salon made my hair feel soft.

Will come back. Not perfect bec. They missed on the color i was expecting

I always go to this salon when I want something new. Just like getting my hair cut this short from bra line length!

Thanks to my Korean hairstylist Ian for always doing an awesome job. He chose the color too! 9786

It's so expensive here! I bought a deal for their Hair Blessing in a group buying site... It's a fancy way of saying rebond...

All the senior stylists are Korean, with Filipino assistants... They will serve you water, tea or coffee as you are being dolled up... But it's pretty hard to describe what you want to the stylist (my stylist was Zeus-- o San ka diba?!), as he's very much Korean! Plus they don't have interesting magazines! But they do have fast internet, which kept me distracted... 128563

Beware of their online deals! They don't mention that the hair protectant is not included in the price... You will have to shell out another P1500-2500, depending on what product you choose... The Korean products are cheaper, but they will push the more expensive products (obviously)... I realized then that they have promos in the store itself that costs less vs the online voucher!128563128565128563

Oh, and they ruined my hair! The ends were burned!!!128563

I would choose other salons over this place, honestly...

It's my second time to have DigiPerm here, same branch but different hair stylist. Also tried haircut around 5 times na. My first digiperm was large and now small-medium because they told me i cannot have the large one na because its going to loose. They actually told me to have a small curl , but ayaw ko, so they mixed medium on the upper and small on the lower side. Sana i listen to my hairstylist nalang kasi yes nag loose yung medium curls!haha
Anyway, got my groupon voucher for Php2,999 with haircut :)

If you decide to come here, better make sure that you already know exactly (and I mean downright exactly) what you want done on your hair. Either that or learn to speak Korean. Hah! Good luck with that! 🈹

ALL the stylists here are purely Korean and they DO NOT speak english! Waaaah! 128584

If the only word you know is bulgogi then better have a photo peg ready! Thou cannot afford to have misunderstandings about thy crowning glory! 128134

If you are used to making chika with your stylist, discussing what looks better, what suggestions they have and what will work best, then do not even attempt to do the same here or your nose will bleed! The pinay assistants act as translator but I leave it up to you to trust that they all speak the same language. Im just honestly scared to suddenly turn into a blondie when all I wanted was just a little root touch up! Gah! 128565

If you are used to being offered coffee or tea by your suki salon, then expect none of that here. It seems to me they serve drinks on a by request only basis. E pano kung nakalimutan kong nauuhaw pala ko?! LOL. 128078

If you are used to browsing the latest Vogue and InStyle while getting your hair treated, then I am sorry to disappoint, they don't have em. Not even back issues. They have a couple of Yes, Candy, Cosmo and Metro Working Mom though. But no fashion mags like Preview, Metro and Look. For a big salon with 2 floors and more than 20 seats in place, they have a really poor magazine selection! BUT they have high speed wifi. ✅

If you are skeptical about their skills and know how, I say don't be. The stylists are real experts. Judging by how their own hair looked and how they work their magic on other clients. It's interesting to watch them perform. The only real downside is they do not speak english but they can surely get the job done!

If you are wondering why I only gave 2 stars, it's because of the ff. reasons:

- although I am ok with how my hair turned out, they were not able to achieve the exact shade I asked for.
- the poor magazine selection
- when I asked if they can color my brows too, I was told "cge, gusto mo yan e" in a sarcastic tone. That scared me! I didn't quite understand if the pinay assistant was trying to discourage me or she was having a bad day!
- they did not proactively offer drinks!
- the lack of clear and concise communication; obviously my picture pegs were not enough to get the entire message across 128538

And also, my mother has the same sentiments! I am reviewing for two - sorry for the double ding!

Price:
3,500 for l'oreal hair color (long hair)
1,500 for korean hair color (short hair)

I just tried Tony and Jackey because it's near my house, my favorite stylist from another salon is in Manila and traffic is horrible there especially during Saturdays.

I did not really like the cut the stylist did 128549. It seems like he is not confident with each snip of my hair. I used to have layered hair which really has volume and bounce aaaaand it's gone. Good thing is I grew out my hair and returned back to my favorite stylist in Manila.

This review is for T&J "West of Ayala"..

I have always been happy whenever I get my hair done. The first was Rebond (by Jeannie) a few years ago, and I must say it felt like I can go for hair modeling 128541.. Then in 2011 when my heart got sorta-injured.. All I told Andrew was "I'm sad.. Pls. Make me happy".. He did. Got my hair rebonded with some landi curls (volume rebond) at the tips. That made me really happy! I swear. Then , this year I forgot what they (Rey et al.) did bec it has a very long title. In layman's term-- rebond with digi perm. It felt wild! Coz it's really curly.. So I now have experienced how it is to be 'kulot' 128539.. I liked the Volume rebond better, though. Because it's easier to manage.

Pocket damage: it gets cheaper as the years go by. Then: P10,000 Now: (almost) P7,000 (that's for L'Oreal products) Korean products are cheaper, but they are matapang. L'Oreal is more subtle..

Korean salon and barbershop. Good service from the foreign barbers. Just a little difficulty with the language barrier. My haircut made me look a little bit Korean. Haha! But its still a good place.
