BANH MI!!!!! I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food so I was really excited that we’re also eating here. Yayyyy!!! #VietNaViet 🤗

**Hopefully, the positive reviews online are true!! 128123128123

PLACE is really nice. Clean, simple, and spacious. Liked the wall arts and quotes.

FOOD. We ordered the following:

BANH MI

The bread was kind of soft and kind of crunchy. Not sure if they really meant it to be like that. 🤔 It’s not Banh Mi Kitchen nor Bon Banh Mi crunchy. ☹️

Though every bite was tasty, the taste is not the same with Bon Banh Mi. I was looking for the distinct taste of the liver pate and cilantro.. This is probably the reason why Ony liked this (he is not a fan of liver pate). 128517

It was good but not omg good. I should probably try the Special Combination next time.

FRESH SPRING ROLLS

This was light and refreshing. Very siksik! Loved the peanut sauce! Even better w sriracha. 128123

VIETNAMESE COFFEE

Gooood! Strong but luckily, we were still able to sleep that night. It’s nice that we get to control the amount of condensed milk.

My friend suggested that we get the drip coffee and then ask for ice. Will do this next time. 🤗

THAI MILK TEA

I am still not sure why they have THAI MILK TEA in a Vietnamese restaurant but this was surprisingly good. No weird taste and not too sweet as well. For 90 pesos, sulit na!!

SERVICE was just okay. It was fast but it was kind of hard trying to get the attention of the waiters.

OVERALL, this visit was still a pretty good one. Will definitely be back for the Viet Coffee and Thai Milk Tea. And will want to try the other Banh Mi options, Pho, Fried Spring Rolls, and the DRY NOODLES!!!!

The banh mi were good but the baguette had no crunch and I sort of like it although I’m not sure if it was meant to be that way. Anyway, I found it very, very odd? Bad? Nah... maybe just new to me. The banh mi with chicharon was really good and ofcourse, unconventional. Good idea and execution, really delicious, even better than the orig flavor.

The salad was the bomb and loved the mystery meat too haha

The shrimp roll was normal.

This is a really great option to dine in when in Pampanga or for a stop-over when heading North but I would not say it’s worth a trip to since there are good ones avail around Manila too 128523

Banh Mi is owned by Chef Rex Soriano from NYC. I love this place because the interiors are unique. It's like a garage converted to a restaurant. You can see pipes and unpainted walls. Hehe

Food here is great! I already tried three different Viet Restos here in Pampanga, and I think this is the best!

We ordered..
• Signature Salad Roll w/ Roasted Peanut Dip - vietnamese spring rolls
• Pho Bo - beef noodle soup
• Goi Gah - roast chicken veggie salad (fave! i can eat three! lol)
• Special Banh Mi Combination - foot long banh mi sandwich

5 stars for Banh Mi! 10084

When me and my friends want to take a break from the heavy yet satisfying Pampanga Foodie Meat Journey, we hop over to Banh Mi and refresh our palate with their light and right Vietnamese cuisine, you can even go here just for a simple snack or grab something 'to-go' 12852210084

For that Banh Mi quick fix, we got the fresh vietnamese spring rolls and the friend spring rolls where you do the wrapping tradition with condiments... Yum yum yum 12852210084

I love the modest yet upfront interiors, the modern pinoy industrialized - look dining place 128522

Now I'm craving for more again128518128518128518 hehehe 12852210084128077🏻

I must say, their food was so good I had this sudden craving shortly after our Pampanga visit! Definitely one of the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever tasted, even just thinking about it makes me want to drive to Pampanga just to eat here again. The interior of the place also didn’t disappoint! I like how hipster and cool the place is!

Comfort food at its finest! The place, ambiance, staff and food I would give them all a rating of 5 or whatever is the highest!

My personal favorite is their Pho, beef noodle soup perfectly combined with hoisin, chili sauce, sriracha and a lot of cilantro and bean sprouts. Pair your pho with their banh mi's! I always order their pork bbq banh mi bec I like their bbq sauce not too sweet or tangy it hits all the right spots on you tastebuds for that bbq perfection I am looking for!

Newly renovated - with airconditioning now, so its a lot more comfortable. Try the Pork BBQ Bahn Mi and the Spring Rolls (fresh or fried). Best Vietnamese this side of the metro!
