One night after work, I asked Ony if we can try the Banh Mi here. Tried the Traditional Banh Mi (110) and the Iced Vietnamese Coffee (65) and hmmm both were just okay??
Size was too small (especially when you compare it w Bon Banh mi and Banh mi Kitchen). As for the taste, hmm nothing special and worth coming back for? It was just okay.
If I would rate the 3 stores, this would be the 4th because hindi pang top 3! 🤐

I went back at Banh Nam Authentic Banh Mi and Ca Phe to try the Roast Pork Banh Mi. I got one combo of Roast Pork Banh Mi served with Hot or Cold Vietnamese Coffee for Php160.00. Affordable right?
I saw the service staff preparing my Vietnamese Sandwich in the small store and I requested to him to add more pork and liver pate, which he did. 🏼

I was strolling along Venice Grand Canal Mall foodcourt looking for healthy options over the usual rice meals when i saw Banh Nam. It is a stall beside Pie Face that offers Bahn Mi and Vietnamese Coffee.
The 50% discount in their coffee drew me towards it and had me try their combo of Banh Mi Thit Cha paired with Wintermelon Juice for Php140.00.
I loved how the crusty baguette together with its fillings of mayo, cucumber, daikon, carrots, liver pate and pork ham tasted together. Their Wintermelon is a break from the usual milk teas around the area - a little too sweet for me but i still like it.
Safe to say the experience had me going back for a round 2 the next day. Perfect snack after an exhausting Yoga session at Yoga Plus.

There's a newly opened Vietnamese Store which sells Bahn Mi and Vietnamese Coffee inside the Food Court of Venice Grand Canal Mall called Bánh Nãm with a tagline of authentic Banh Mi and Ca Phe.
First I ask the counter if the store is a franchise from Vietnam, she said no but the owner is a Vietnamese and it's a local company here in the Philippines.
I tried 2 flavors of Bahn Mi. The cheapest one is Banh Mi Que for Php60.00 and the other one is a combo of Banh Mi Thit Cha paired with Vietnamese Coffee for Php140.00, fifty percent discount in their coffee when you buy any Bahn Mi except Bahn Mi Que.
️ Banh Mi Que (Stick Liver Pate. A 9 inches Vietnamese Crackling-crusty baguette slathered with homemade pork liver pate sprinkled with cilantro and topped with chili sauce) - ️️️️ 4/5
"This tiny baguette is so flavorful, I like the combination of chili sauce and liver pate. Actually if you're not into spice you can request to the counter to eliminate the chili sauce"
️ Bahn Mi Thit Cha (Traditional Bahn Mi. Vietnamese crackling-crusty baguette layered with mayonnaise, cucumber, slathered with homemade pork liver pate, pork roll-Chalua, pork ham-thit cha and stuffed with cilantro, pickled carrots and daikon) - ️️️️ 4/5
"The 9" Bahn Mi is very affordable at Php110.00 (a la carte), it is fully loaded with meat. The bread is very crunchy. The intense flavor of cilantro also explode in your mouth once you bite it."
️ Ca Phe Sua Nong (Vietnamese Hot Coffee) - ️️️️️ 5/5
"This is a strong one, it will make you awake all night. They add condensed milk as sweetener."
For take away, I got a pack of Banh Nam Coffee inclusive of Vietnamese Brewer called Phin. The one they put on top of the cup as a brewer. It cost Php399.00.
On my next visit I will try the other flavors of Bahn Mi like the Roasted Pork and Grilled Chicken.
