I had my first experience with Barre3 last 2011 pa bcos of peer pressure, LOL! I tried it first through a 2week membership with 10 sessions. I had a lot of fun and learnings from the teachers. Sessions were great because it really works on your core I was actually slim when I first tried this haha so naenjoy ko siya, tho a little pricey for my budget. I suggest this workout for those who are trying to improve their postures and those who want to tone their legs and arms. 128077

If intense exercises aren't for you, then you should try Barre3. A combination of the grace of ballet barre, the wisdom of yoga and the strength of Pilates. Only a 60-minute workout to improve balance, increase flexibility and enhance strength.

Barre3 doesn't make me sweat like a pig, it was actually relaxing but I felt my entire body working. My arms, hamstrings and core was burning after the session. The pain (the good kind) continued up to the following day. It could only mean that the workout was indeed effective!

I love how the instructor reminds you to do the exercises on your own capacity but at the same time encourages you to do more, stretch more, pulse more. They're also very friendly and you can approach them before or after your session to ask questions and clarify things with regards to the exercises, or anything under the sun.

Afterwards, you can book yourself a massage since it's located inside The Spa. 128521
