It's so unlikely that someone would actually give a review of this place. What with all the new, modern restos popping up everywhere but there's something here worth looking at.
The place was still stuck in the 80s back when it ruled the scene and people flocked here in hoards. Its interiors haven't changed much. From the furniture to the windows, it actually smelled and looked really "old" inside. It's like I was half-expecting someone wearing huge shoulder pads to walk in.
BUT the food was good. Filipino food the way you want it--uncomplicated and unhealthy! No fancy presentations or well-crafted names. It was as simple as, "here's your Crispy Pata on a white plate. Eat it."
For a quick, no frills Filipino food fix, i just might go back.
