Food: 7/10
Staff and Service: 6/10
Ambiance: 7/10
Experience: 7/10

Overall Rating:
The place was okay, the pastries lookes delicious physically but nothing extraordinary tbh. It's always jam packed with students and oldies who just wanna chat and post selfies or what not. Their coffee, milkshakes and milk teas seems interesting though. We'll try to go back soon.

This is the third installment to the "must try" restos at the Pines City.

Situated at the center of Session Road located at the 2nd floor of City Center Hotel, this cozy coffee shop is the place to be for coffee drinkers/lovers, students and professionals alike. They serve breakfast food, pastries and different coffee mix drinks to complete the whole "chill" experience.

Their breakfast menu consists of the all-time Pinoy favorite "silog" food, such as tapsilog, longsilog, bangusilog, cornsilog, tocilog, etc. which are priced at Php 150-180.
Their pastries such as a big slice of cake (strawberry short cake) is priced at only Php 75!
Their coffee frappes are priced at Php 65-Php 100 depending on the size of the drinks.
They have a terrace/smoking area to have a more relax time with family and friends.

I think what makes this place stand out aside from being at the center of the city, are the Korean nationals (mostly male teenagers) who frequent the place for their english tutorials, and to meet up with fellow Koreans. It's like watching a live K-Pop concert because of their impeccable fashion styles!128522128076🏼

Caffeine fix! 9749 since i'm very used to the taste of starbucks coffee, this time we tried something different. And i mean other coffee shop 1285229996

We ordered Latte and Chocolate crepe cake. Unfortunately, i don't know what happened to my latte art that's why i rated it just 4stars. The store is packed of tourists and students. Best sellers are also sold out maybe because it's panagbenga festival.

They have a great veranda spot in which you can see the session road (they are located near maharlika, lower session road) so we decided to stay here for us to see the parade for session in bloom. 127803

As I said before, I'm not really a fan of milk tea. For the life of me, I can't differentiate which milk tea house sells the better product. The less sweet the milk tea is, that would be the place I would be going to. Hence Beans Talk.

Aside from my petty demand, what I like about Beans Talk is that they sell pretty decent pastries. They have a plethora to choose from, and often change their menu to keep customers from getting bored of the same 'ol-same 'ol.

For this visit, I got my usual drink, Triple Treat (₱90). This semi-sweet drink made of different berry flavors always hits the spot during the hot afternoons here in Baguio.

Even though I mentioned that their pastries are decent, I'm sad to say that their take on Bread Talk's Floss is not one of them. There was too much bread. Both floss (though the taste was good) and bread were too dry for my liking. This will not deter me from having other pastries by any means!

Because this is a bistro, they, too sell rice dishes that caters to customers of the City Center Hotel, which I will review later on. So please stay tuned!

Happy eating!!!

The latte (on pic) was impressive, I wasn't disappointed. Minus one star because food was a bit tooo pricey, atleast for us students. But it was good overall, we will come back for more!

This hip vibed coffee shop never fails to impress me. We ordered Sticky Buns (one of their best sellers) and Smores Pie. As for our drinks, We ordered hot Caramel Macchiato and Caffe Mocha. Price is really affordable and so sulit as really compare to some known coffee shops. I can even just spend some time there alone and enjoy the cold winds of Baguio. But seriously, one should not miss this place to spike their sugar rush in Baguio. Sticky Buns ftw! I even get back to this place at night just to have a quick caffeine fix.

I love the Matcha Green Tea and Blueberry Danish. I wasn't a fan of the wobbly table that spilled my drink as I was slicing. Good thing the waitress assisted me to transfer to another table when I mentioned it. The barista also came up to ask how my drink was. You can chill out in the place or breathe in the fresh morning Baguio air in its veranda for breakfast.

Free wi-fi and great selection of pastries! It gives a hip place to be kind of vibe, from the menu to the music, from interior to the balcony. Also, during daytime as the two walls are glass, being in the second floor, corner of a building in Session Road, you can enjoy the summer sun and feel the buzzing life of the city, while comfortably distanced from the heat and the street noises. :)

This place is packed, had a hard time finding a seat. I had an Americano and a Yema cake, well it's a obviously a Mamon disguised as a Yema cake. Food is okay, price is reasonable, place is cute and so is the barista. Haha

We went to Baguio just because of the Panabenga and also for food exploration. Beans Talk restau gives the definition of desserts, they cater lots of sweet foodie aside from the usual tapsilog etc. nothing much to say about this store but do drop by when you go to baguio am sure you will also enjoy the sweetness of their food :)

Wifi: yes they have
Place/Ambiance: 128077
Price: not that pricy

They have the best desserts at a very reasonable price.. Yema cake is only PHP35.. Match it with milk tea to get a dose of your sugar high.. 978697869786

I could have given them 5 stars if only their service crew would bother to smile and be a little bit courteous..

It was our last night in Baguio and we were looking for a place to relax and to eat good food. We went to Session Road and found this cafè/milktea house. Just by looking at its interior design we knew that we have found the right place.

We ordered their S'mores pie and chili cheese fries and for our drinks we had caramel machiatto and their specialty milk tea the triple treat (combination of strawberry, raspberry and something)

Their S'mores pie was diviiine :) it complemented my coffee. Their fries was also delicious!! You can really say that it wasn't 'tinipid' because of the ample amount of cheese, fries and beef.

We spent around 400 pesos and it was super sulit! 128518

Red velvet cheesecake + yema cake = sugar high all day long!!! How can you top delicious desserts at reasonable prices? The great ambience and service proves that this place deserves more than 6 stars.
Sidenote: change the red velvet cheesecake name to: the tower of velvet

We got to try this place as it serves City Center Hotel's complimentary breakfast, and based on what we had I can say that their food is good although the portions are a bit on the small side. Prices vary widely from items as little as P15 to more than P100. Good, clean interiors and excellent location, a must try I could say.
