What I like the most here is their eclairs! Soft and delicious! I also like their sylvanas. Not a fan of cream puffs because its too sweet for me, but their cream puffs here are really good. 128077🏼 Plus it's affordable.

Their "coated" big cream puffs for P65 each.

Not sure if it's just me or it's really not that good. Lacks flavor, in my opinion. I would choose Dulcinea's small puffs over their cream puffs.

It's hard to eat it in public. The cream causes mess. Haha. 128513128584

Not bad for "pantawid-gutom" though.

I haven't been back for Beard Papa's for a really long time. But today I had this craving for cream puffs (missing the really yummy cream puffs I've had in Japan and Macau).

The cream puffs were good while fresh. The vanilla cream was still a bit cool but the pastry wasn't as crisp as it should be. For some reason the pastries here in general always get soggy easily, could be because of our hot weather too.

What made my day though was the unusually looking Sylvannas! i never knew Beard Papa made Sylvannas. At first I thought it was a flat ensaymada, hahaha! It was bigger than most Sylvannas I've tasted and much thicker too. It was like a bit of sandwich type Sylvanna. Not too sweet which is what I like about it and the crust is light and crisp despite it being sandwiched with the butter cream.
