Becky's, our family's go-to place for any occasion or no occasion at all.. just for our sweet cravings. We've been loyal customers of this store for more than 15 years.

Through the years they were able to maintain the taste and the quality of their cakes and pastries. What i love the most are their chocolate cake because its moist and not that sweet and their chocolate crinkles because idk why, but its really THE BEST EVEEER. Other people's favorite are Lemon Squares, Walnut Fudge brownies, Swiss Choco Cake, Walnut Prune Cake, Chocolate Mousse cake and Blueberry Cheesecake.

On Days before or even after Valentines day, they make heart-shaped cakes and for the Christmas season, the lines are always long kaya you should call in your order so you can just pick it up to avoid the hassle of not only lining up, but also finding a parking space.

Finally got the chance to stop by after passing this place 3-4 times while Waze reroutes me away from traffic 128518

First off, the exterior of this corner patisserie looks so charming...and once you step inside, you'll be further impressed by the Vigan tiles and Capiz window accents. Oh, and the cakes and pastries are something to behold as well!

I just noticed that there's a lot of unused floor space that could hold a few tables and chairs so they could become a cafe - there's potential there - or if they were at one point in time, they need to bring it back because what could be better than enjoying pastries with coffee in such a lovely setting?

So today I tried their prune walnut cake - very potent flavors from the prunes, like a mildly flavored fruitcake yet with a much cakier texture. I found this one very yummy.

Their caramel cake was delicate and not overwhelmingly sweet at all. It's a light chiffon cake with a subtle caramel frosting.

One of their more popular offerings, their brownies, are super moist, very chocolatey, and also have the right amount of sweetness.

None of them had that "umay factor", in my opinion.

Becky's Kitchen is the closest to home-baked you could get. It seems they make their stuff with a lot of thought and love.

This shop is a hole in the wall find along Vito Cruz. They serve one of the best fudge brownies ever. Their fudge brownies are moist, soft, and freshly baked all the time. We would usually buy boxes of these for a giveaway every Christmas. The place is usually packed during holiday season or special occasion. They have a lot of pastry goodies that can satisfy your sweet tooth. A box of brownies with I think 24 big slices is Php 380, I think. The photo above is a Coffee Cream Cake which is their version of Tiramisu. And, it is divine. It's not sweet at all but neither bitter. It balances both! The entire cake is Php 550 only. They have a french apple pie, swiss chocolate cake and a whole lot more. If you're nearby the area, make sure to grab any of their pastries and it will make you happy.

I love it when I unintentionally discover good food. Few years back, probably one yuletide season, my mom came home with baked goods, a gift from an officemate. It came in a box of white and red with a print of typical classic-looking baker mom/grandma and a "Becky's Kitchen" on it. 128523 It looked so simple but little did I know that this box of divine brownies would forever be etched on my heart. Lol! Last Valentine's day, one of our clients gave us 2 boxes of Walnut Fudge brownies as a treat. I almost cried out of joy. And I also almost finished an entire box. 128514128523 Their brownies are just perfectly how I want brownies to be - extremely moist, sticky, fudgy, walnutty 128513 haha. All this lengthy review for a brownie. But that's love, so pardon my passion for such extraordinary ordinary brownies. It's not something I come across everyday like a Mcdonald's when I'm craving for McFlurry so yesterday when I had a chance to take a car to work, I made my way to Becky's Kitchen from Makati, turning to streets I wasn't sure where they were leading to but I eventually stumbled upon it and so I bought a whole box of Walnut Fudge! Their shop gives you vintage vibes especially once you're inside and I don't think they have area for dining in. Will definitely try other pastries but maybe after I get over my Walnut Fudge addiction. 128513128513128513

I have for so long been a fan of Beckys Kitchen. The only place where I loved eating chocolate cake. The food for the gods was great and very tasty. The ensymada is a must try. You just have to wait like 5 to 10mins since people really line up to try and buy.

One of our patients sent us Becky's Kitchen Chocolate cupcakes as a goodbye gift. I thought it was really good especially because it was chilled. The chocolate base was moist and rich, partnered with the chocolate syrup on top. This is a must try for those chocolate lovers and sweet tooths.

Tried their brownies, i think those with raspberry or some other berries, and they were really good! Worth the long walk from Taft Avenue under the scorching heat of the sun! 128077🏻128516

I asked my sups to go around Binondo last week and decided to stop at Becky's Kitchen first. We came from Cabuyao so dropping by at Beckys' is no biggie.

I was ecstatic to find out that nothing has changed! The cakes and pastries are still on the same quality from my last visit. Years ago that I can't even remember the exact date or month. For my favorites, I always go for the mango cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, chocolate cake and brownies.

The brownies are the best in the Metro IMO. It's moist, fudgy and has the right sweetness. I'll tell you a secret, their brownies are more chewy when you let it sit in the fridge for 4-5 hours. Try it!128521

i got this as a gift from friends - prunes and walnut cake. it doesn't look pretty.

it's reminiscent of a fruit cake but it's way yummier and sweeter. the walnuts were generous and provided the needed crunch. definitely no umay sweet taste after. it's good even after staying in a heated room for a few hours.

Affordable and delicious cakes, our default choice for buying cakes for special occasions. Some of the noteworthy cakes we had here include: Prune Walnut cake (bestseller and specialty), Swiss Chocolate (for the sweetest tooth and most eye catching cake they have), Blueberry Cheesecake (best IMO), Cherry Walnut brownie ( a box is not enough 128540), Mango cheesecake (wow), Chocolate Mousse cake (TDF), Sans Rival (lead time 1 day a must have), Ice Box Cake (buttery best) and so much more!

Bought two cakes for my nephew's 10th birthday! One's the Blueberry Cheesecake and the other's Swiss Chocolate Cake (too sweet for my liking tho) both from Becky's. The cakes were tasty and worth the bucks! Price-wise, Becky's Kitchen is cheaper than other bakeshops out there and they offer a variety of yum baked goods! I also recommend you guys to try the Cherry Walnut Brownies. Try it! 128541
