Good Italian food. I can't have enough of the antipasto. (It's all gone by the time I decided to make a review!) We had the pizza and pasta samplers. The family could not agree on which one was the best. The risotto was creamy but still firm.
The gelato was really good.

A sad note was the roast chicken was a bit over cooked and dry.

Overall, I'd be happy to return tomorrow. 128077

Remember Popoy and Basha from the movie "One Last Chance"? Dito ang eksena ng confrontation nila after not seeing each other for a long time since they broke up! Un lng ang unang rason bakit ako pumayag na dito kmi kumain. Haha! :)

The food was great, the ambiance was so romantic and the servers are very accomodating. 128536

Wanna know a secret? Dito rin unang nagsabi ng 'iloveyou' ang bf ko, na manliligaw pa lng nung time na kumain kami dito. Naki-ambiance si koya! Haha! 128521

Btw, if you happen to be in the area on a Sunday - Tuesday and want to have a nice meal and listen to good music, don't hesitate to dine here. Say hello to Kuya Danny, the scheduled singer on these days, from our PWD GK Village in Escopa, Q.C.

Before anything else, am so sorry if my photos look weird. I was so excited to put it up on my Instagram Stories that I forgot to take actual photos. Ha ha ha! Woops! I guess I get plus points here for trying to be creative (?) 128527

Anyway so one of my childhood girlfriends celebrated her birthday not too long ago, so we decided to go to our favorite place to carry on with the festivity.

We got a cozy spot (thanks to Signore Roberto) with a great view of the restaurant. My friend and I, both avid fans of Bellini's, ordered pasta and pizza. I forgot the name of the pasta but it was fresh tomato sauce with ground beef over spaghetti. It was just perfect. Not too sweet and not too salty. Altho a hint of fresh herbs like Basil would've been nice. Hi hi hi!

The Ma Luisa pizza was amazingly delicious! The vegetables (carrots, eggplants and zucchinis) didn't overpower the meat (bacon and ground beef). It was just addicting!

I was in awe of their service. We took our time to study the menu and when the cameriere (waiter) approached us, we were constantly changing our minds. But he was so patient and he even asked us about what we like and don't like. He patiently waited for those two girls to finally give their final orders, all with a smile on his face. Ha ha ha! Ang tindi! Sorry for that mister, we literally wanted everything pero hindi pwede. 128584

Bellini's has been here for years and I must say, it feels home to most of the Cubaoñas like us. 128151

I've been to Bellini's a couple of times and they never disappoint. Pastas are excellent! Very authentic! I can imagine the work put into one dish. Once you sit down, service is very good. They'd immediately put water on your glass, provide you with their famous breadsticks and ask if you would like to start with some appetizers. The waiters are also very knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu, what's in it or if it's unavailable, without having to go back to the kitchen and ask. Now that's good service. Since I was craving for a truffle pasta, i got the Tartufo Funghi Con Prosciutto. It's a truffle cream pasta with mushrooms and prosciutto slices. The pasta was cooked perfectly and very al dente. I love that they weren't shy with the truffle oil. The Prosciutto gave the cream pasta the right balance of saltiness. Another thing I love about Bellini's is that they are the only italian restaurant here in manila (that I know of) that has Gnocchi on the menu. I love those little potato pastas and can't get enough of them. It's nice that they give out dessert wine after your meal. Makes us customers feel appreciated. Only problems would probably be the parking and sometimes credit cards don't work so make sure you have cash. It's quite hard to get a parking space in Cubao X most especially at night but will definitely go back again and again 128522

Sino naman ang hindi makakalimot sa intense scene kung nasaan si Basha kasama si Derek (can't remember his name) and Popoy making paliwanag about the famous three month rule in relationships?

Yes! Bellini's is the place. :) Romantic place to have a dinner. Superb Italian dishes from pastas - as in lahat ng pasta nila worth a try. Pizzas... Plus free wine hmmm. Perfecto!

Nice ambiance, great food and definitely worth your penny. (Yes, medyo pricey dito)

So guys, if you want your gfs or soon to be gfs to say yes, bring them here for sure sa sobrang romantic ng place mapapa-yes sila. :)

No picture of the foods because we just want to enjoy the moment in the resto. And feel that we are the barkada on that movie.

PS. We saw the long table of the barkada of One More chance with their names in the chairs and carefully examine the place, and poof connect the dots! It is the place in one more chance, of course even in second chance.

The ambience is nice their food sooooo yummy...
Service good! You just need to wait for your order too be served.. Meals have fresh produce.. Also they give complimentary wine...which home made by the owner... The nice thing is the owner us hands on.. You can even take pictures with the owner... Also their chairs has names at the back ( names of celebrities that dined) overall love their pasta and pizzas. Definitely a must try.. Value of food start around 200 and up! They have branches in marikina and pasay but i never tried it on those branches. Best time to dine would be night time to savor the lights of the night...

Ako at ang aking sister from another mother ay nag ultimate bonding experience sa Bellini's last week. Though, medyo lipas na gagawa pa rin ako ng review. :) feel na feel ko ang Italian vibes sa place na 'to. Lalong lalo na ang feels ng One More Chance. Oh my, Popoy! :') Inorder ang hindi masyadong mahirap ipronounce na Carbonara. And, OMG! Best carbonara in my entire existence! Walang umay factor. :'( Like din namin yung complimentary sweet wine nila. Sobrang accommodating pa ng mga waiters na kahit saang anggulo kami magpapicture, g na g sya. :)

Bread Sticks: Yummy appetizers! :) - It's their complimentary bread. 11088110881108811088

Salad: Mukhang malungkot na salad :( Hehe. I don't know. The plate looked so big, but the salad was little. Parang kinalat lang yung lettuce para mag mukhang puno. Hehe. 110881108811088

Quattro Formaggi: It's good! Perfect with their chili oil. 11088110881108811088

Aglio Olio: Not on their menu, but you can request to order it. It's basically pasta on olive oil and garlic. You may also add shrimp or any other meat such as bacon to go with it. 11088110881108811088

Eggplant Parmigiana: The dish I came to Bellini's for. haha! This is my favorite! Must try! If you're not fond of eating eggplant, this dish will give you a change of heart. 128540 If you're planning to try this, order it before looking at the menu. It can take about 30 mins for them to prepare since they still have to bake it.1108811088110881108811088

The place is full of art. From walls to ceilings, you will be able to feel the Italian ambiance. It's like restaurant and mini art museum in one! 128522 My only complaint during our dinner was their TV was too loud. I can even hear it from the other room. Lol

Another cool thing about this place is that they will give you a complimentary shot of sweet red wine after your meal! It's really good! And if you're lucky, they might have extra bottles in stock for you to order.

If you plan to dine here for dinner, consider making reservations as the place can get packed especially on special occasions.

Date night with my friend, Katie. We met at Gateway Mall to watch Mockingjay and while waiting for the screening, we decided to have our dinner first since we have an hour to spare. I recommended Bellini since it's just a walking distance from the mall and I've been wanting to try it as well. My friend being a fan of the Movie, One More Chance, was kinda excited.

The resto is located at the Cubao Expo near Art Island. The outside of the resto wasn't what I'm expecting to see, it's plain and a bit run down. The inside was different. You can feel the italian vibe, nice ambiance, artsy and rustic. At the back of the chairs were the name of filipino artists who visited the place. I didn't like the lighting, a bit dark to take a good pictures using my phone. 128514

The names of the on the menu were unfamiliar to me, so we've asked the waiter their bestsellers and ended up ordering the ff:

Seafood Marinara. I friend chose this and it was ok for me. I'm not really a fan of the dish but my friend did liked it.

Pizza. I forgot the name but it was great. Thin crusted pizza with lotsa cheese and other stuff. The olive oil with chili wasn't spicy enough for me. 128530

Obama Cake. It's like a two small mamon-size pound cake topped with a cream and pi nuts. This one was good to but the cake was too heavy for us. Better to eat alone with a cup of coffee maybe.

Service was good but took them too looooooooooong with our bill.

Definitely would go back and try other dishes. 128513

Are you a fan of One More Chance? Raise your hand if you are...'cause I am!!! 128587🏼128587🏼128587🏼 Can't wait for the 2nd installment.
Bellini's is the restaurant where Popoy and Basha's barkada regularly hangout. You can't imagine the fan in me when I ate there. My heart was squealing with joy 9786

Interiors are quirky, just like its neighboring establishments. Its an ideal first date kinda place: its not pretentious, they serve good food and its private. 128145

What to Order:

1. Tartufo Funghi con Prosciutto Pasta
2. Marinara Pasta
3. Parma Ham with Arugula Pizza
4. Orange Cake

This my family's favorite Italian place. We always go here every special occasion :) Their pizza is thin and very light, Ravioli is heaven, and my most favorite pana cotta is divine 128150 it melts just perfectly in my mouth. Very creamy unlike other panna cottas i've tasted that are jelly. Place is romantic too 128513

I don't usually post a review until i've had a more or less complete experience of what a place has to offer. And more often than not, i have to go back for a 2nd or 3rd visit. But in this case, i enjoyed my unplanned Bellini's experience so much i think its worth posting a review for. 128077

It was my first time here, though unintentional. Already heard a lot about the place but never really had the chance since its far from where i live and work. So one friday after work with officemates while waiting for others at cubao expo, a team mate suggested we share a pizza to pass the time. Hello Bellini's! But the place was unfortunately full. So we ordered pizza for take out, and a couple slices of cake since they looked really tempting on the display.

We didnt have any idea where to eat them until we went outside and saw some tables that, curiously, no one was using given the full house that evening. I guess these tables were meant for display and part of the exterior design. They were also placed under dripping airconditioning units, so suffice to say some were wet 128540 But hey, a table's a table! We took a dry one and sat on the chairs around it before we devoured our patience extending pizza and cake. The waiters were even kind enough to bring us water outside (after a few requests and follow ups, but still 128539).

The pizza to me was just average. Not bad, but not outstanding either. We had a parma ham and arugula pizza that was not short on the toppings 128522. Could have used more cheese though and I found the crust edges a bit too tough for my liking. 127829

The cakes on the other hand were amazing! We had a slice of dark choclate cake 127856 and another slice of orange cake 127818. The dark chocolate cake had that deep, bold, and dark flavor to it with just the right amount of sweetness coming from the icing. One of the best chocolate cakes i've had in a while. The orange cake was the perfect counterbalance since it had a light, bouncy, and citrusy chiffon base. The candied orange zest topping was a nice touch. This cake was actually quite refreshing and tasted just as orange-y as it smelled, without the orange-ness being too overpowering.

I'm definitely determined to come back here, hopefully dine in, and explore the rest of their bestsellers!

My professor in Liturgical Latin brought the class here to celebrate his birthday. Supposedly, this is the Italian resto where a particularly romantic scene of One More Chance was shot. So, my class, mostly made up of curious food fan priests , clerics and lay people trooped there to find out if there's anything else Bellini's can brag about!

On the outside, it looks so unassuming, maybe a bit rundown-looking (the sun was out so all flaws were seen, must look much better in twilight) but it's very near Art in Island.... Hmmm, a trip here definitely has LOTS of possibilities! 128077🏻

Inside, it had a quaint Italian feel, sort of like Italianni's without the obvious pricey ambiance. The chairs were labelled at the back with the names of famous personnas who has graced the restaurant... Of course, none of them had MY name as this was my first time. 128540

We sat down on a long table and our father professor began ordering. He only ordered one of each dish and we proceeded to divide the 13 dishes amongst the 9 of us. Obviously, we were only able to actually partake of maybe a spoonful or two of each dish because we wanted to be able to taste ALL! But at the end of it, we were all full!

These are what we ordered:
Started off with Negromaro red wine which wasn't too full-bodied so one tended to imbibe a lot only to realize it's getting hotter in here!
1. Some mushroom with arugula on top... I forgot to get the name and take a pix... 128076🏻
2. Prosciutto a Melone (first picture from top left) ... Passed on the melon, not the prosciutto which wasn't too salty, just right 128077🏻
3. Tartufo funghi con prosciutto 128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻 I'd get this again!
4. Pasta al Vongole 128077🏻128077🏻 will get this if the previous pasta is out
5. Bolognese 128076🏻 not too fond of red sauce but I think kids would love this!
6. Bistecca alla Griglia... Skipped this as I don't eat steak but it really looked good and I could see my classmates really enjoyed it
7. Some fish with lemon cream sauce which was my favorite... This I'm sure to get again 128077🏻128077🏻128077🏻
8. Some chicken which the paparazzi waiter said was the favorite of John Lloyd... Meh! Ok, I guess. Not a big chicken fan. But the guys liked it!
9. Insalata Capresse: very fine-looking! Tastes good too! Looked so pretty, you just wanted to stare at it...
10. Insalata Mista Frutti di Mare: 128076🏻 by this time I was already full so...
11. Not in pictures are our desserts: Torta di Ciocolata 128076🏻, Torta di Arancia 128077🏻128077🏻, Pannacotta which the fathers jokingly referred to as taho... Looked like it, felt like it, tasted like it... Must be taho!
12. Capped off with vino dolce (sweet wine in shot glasses) 128077🏻128077🏻

Over-all, good food, good wine, good company, free treat by prof, no actual Latin class... More of Italian, ahhhh! If only classes would aways be like this!

Bellini's has a nice interior especially the murals. Went here and immediately the server handed us the menu and gave us water and bread sticks -- which is good actually. We ordered Pepperoni Pizza and Spaghetti Vongole (priced at 300php). Vongole is the bomb! I mean it is simple but the flavor and the clams are so good you want to order more! I am not a fan of Pepperoni Pizzas so I'm not sure though for the taste of it. But the crust is cruncy but chewy on the inside. Overall, it is a great experience and it makes you want to travel to Italy! :)

This was where the famous encounter scene between Popoy and Basha from One More Chance was shot. Absolutely loved the place. It's homey and the lights are dimmed which gives you this romantic vibe. What's also interesting is all their seats have our local artists' name on it. My seat was "Cherry Pie Picache". The food was superb! They honestly have one of the best Truffle Pasta I've ever had. We also tried the Quatrizza (four kinds of pizza) and it was heaven! The Italian owner himself (didn't get his name tho) is there to see to things, and he even asks customers if how was the food or if there's anything else you need. My first time here and this definitely made it to my favorite go-to date places. 10084

My first Bellini's experience was in their Marikina branch, so when we went to Art in Island and discovered that this is just outside the museum, we beelined our way there afterwards.

Being the original branch, the decor that strives for a homey Italian feel is already dated, the place was filled with heavy curtains so it was too dark even for lunch. However, the food was delectable and the service admirable, just like in the other branch, but this one jad much bigger space. My daughter and I also had fun seeing what famous actor's/actress's name would be written on the back of chairs.

Must try: Orange Cake is still my favorite here
