My happy place!! I stopped for almost a year and just recently went back to practicing yoga again last January 2016. One thing i can say is that Yoga became a big part of my everyday life. I've been practicing 5-7x a week depending on my schedule. Yes, it's actually very relaxing, and need i say addicting as well.
They offer different styles of yoga such as vinyasa 1&2, power yoga, rocket yoga, ashtanga, hot yoga, and etc.; not to mention zumba class and antigravity yoga as well.
The place is very well maintained and very clean. They have readily available mats for the students that can be used for free. Oh, and the building has free basement parking as well! One thing i can say though is that you can hear the cars outside just passing by or even honking at each other because of the traffic.
The receptionists are all friendly and accommodating, and same goes for the teachers as well. In addition, i can say that the teachers really know their stuff and are very knowledgeable in their practice.
Just keep coming to class and you'll never know what your body can do... Namaste 🏻

Tried the anti gravity yoga!
Paid 999 pesos for 3 classes ( anti gravity, yoga and zumba) this is the starter pack by the way.
The class was the FUNdamentals. Perfect for beginners! The poses we did were pretty easy. You just have to get used to being upside down.
I had fun and I hope to come back soon. They currently have discounts! So better try their classes out! AG yoga used to be 1000 pesos a class but now only 650 pesos.

Today was their grand opening! Wow! So they had free trials for the day. I tried their yoga start class!
First of all, the place was really nice, looks brand new. They don't turn the aircon on for this class so that you can really sweat! that's good. For this class, it is perfect for the beginners especially the first timers! I enjoyed it cause I find the poses quite easy to do but don't worry there are options if you wanna take the challenge! Haha. The teacher was really nice too!
After the class we had a group picture and we had a raffle. I was lucky enough to win Jamba Juice drinks. Yay! Afterwards, we had merienda too since it was their grand opening!
I hope to come back soon and avail of their promo for this month too!
Thanks so much to the wonderful staff, they were so accommodating!

Almost done with my coach package of 5 anti-gravity sessions and 1 day unlimited mat yoga! And I don't want it to end just yet..
We first had our mat yoga session - Vinyasa under Teacher Joana. She was amazing and very helpful for my first time to enjoy the mat! I'm beginning to think I should involve myself to yoga in a more serious/religious routine.
For our succeeding sessions, we enjoyed Fundamentals and Flying Fitness under Teacher Kim and Rox. Boy, I went home from those burning sessions with happily sore core, arms and legs. Surely worth it!
Been in BHS Central branch and this time at Greenhills, I'd like to say that Beyondyoga is definitely beyond what is expected for a first-timer (or second in my case, hihi). Keep it up, Beyondyoga and more power in soon-to-open branches!
